Above and beyond excellent customer service!! While I was on the way to the dump my truck broke down. He showed up with in 15 mins, we were able to ride with him so my husband didnt have to leave work. He even took us to the dump on the way home to dump the trash I had in the back of the truck. He was friendly and good with my kids. His extra effort really turned a really crappy stressful situation into a frankly enjoyable and affordable one. Guaranteed this will be the only tow service I use in the future.
Highly recommend, I reached out last minute and Josh came out right away. Very professional and most of all very respectful. Again thank you so much for helping my parents last minute.

Josh is very polite, professional, jovial, and a quick problem solver. I appreciate the excellent service and the attention to detail.
The starter went out on my lifted Dodge 2500 (a big truck). Josh was able to (BY HAND!) move my vehicle out of a tight spot and into a better, safer area where he could get his hauler into the best position possible. He was ginger with my baby (the truck lol) and his expertise was put on display for the nearby onlookers.

I can’t thank Josh enough! When I was stuck in a gated community (that I was a guest in/not a resident), he spent 25 minutes navigating security and still arrived with a positive attitude. Instead of a tow, he identified a fuel pump issue on the spot and got me back on the road. All for a fraction of what I expected. Truly a lifesaver! Thank you thank you thank you … ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If I could leave one star I would, wanted to charge me $145 to tow my car less than 5 miles away from where I was, was able to get help from a family member,called to cancel the service and the man I spoke with got nasty with me. NEVER calling this place again
