They did great. I sold my car and the company booked them to tow it. They kept in contact and kept me updated. They arrived when they said. Driver was really nice and a helpful guy. He did a great job. If I ever need a tow or other help I would definitely use them again. It's also nice that they are 24 hours.
I call AAA at 6:00 AM for a 7:45 apt. No rain, no wind, no snow, no tornadoes, no hurricanes and still took 3 hours to get a jump. Really this is Florida. Exceptionally disappointing when AAA hangs up on you twice and your service time is changed 4 times and still is not correct ETA.
Poor service, too little staff, and bad route management.
If you need a tow, call Muggsuggs, great communication with updates on arrival. I was told to give one hour notice, received text messages from office on whereabouts of tow truck, I did not wait long. I know sometimes that does happen when you're waiting for them but, I am very confident that the next time I should happen to need a tow; I know I will be notified throughout the wait. Professional, caring, put my vehicle right where I needed it. I am absolutely thrilled with this company & will use them again. Great rate, smiling faces, overall super satisfied. Thank you guys for taking care of me & my vehicle. Recommend 100%

Willy, Amy, and Dave were absolute heroes! I was driving from Tampa to New York when my car wouldn’t start. Not only did they provide a tow service but they also brought the car back to their office and changed the dead battery all within a few hours. They were beyond professional and kind. 5 star service!!
Can't say enough about my experience with MuggsUggs Towing... showed up earlier than estimated...extremely pleasant... great pride in the craft... and holy cow spot-on, pin point accuracy with placing a disabled vehicle... through an obstacle coarse of a yard, he dropped my car with the rear tires touching the ramps I had set out to raise the vehicle for its upcoming repairs...KUDOS SIR! KUDOS! I wish I could remember his name...lol.

I live in northern Indiana and my grandfather lives here in Florida. I was bringing golf cart down from up there. Made phone calls to Muggs. Two minutes conversation about I needed to have golf cart. Unloaded from box truck. Gentleman said no problem. I scheduled them at 7pm. They arrived on time and did exactly what I ask in about 5 minutes. They made my life easy. Job well done!!!!! 5 star for sure!!!

Contact was made to Muggsuggs Towing and Recovery for vehicle towing services, as my insurance provider had dispatched three companies that were unequipped to assist. Upon reaching out to Muggsuggs, they confirmed their availability and we arranged a prompt service time, which they adhered to precisely. Due to malfunctioning air shocks, the vehicle's front end was resting on the wheels, rendering it immobile without the use of dollies. Muggsuggs effectively utilized dollies to tow the vehicle. Their service was satisfactory, and I appreciated the ability to track the driver's progress via text. Muggsuggs succeeded where other companies failed. Thank you!
MuggsUggs is awesome. Think his name was Moe? Checked car to be sure it wasn't something simple that could be addressed without going into the shop. Then he let our little guy push the levers to load the car. Our son loved that experience and still talking about it several days later :).

this company’s driver was totally nasty towards me!!! i had a pickup scheduled with them, and was promised an hour advance call to their arrival. i went to the bathroom and left my phone on the couch. i came out, and missed a call at 11:31am. i called them back at 11:37 (6 minutes!!) and the driver immediately began to go off on me and was totally hostile from the start. i informed the driver that the deal was; i get an hour advance call, and then they show up.. he immediately started cussing me out “you missed out buddy, who do you think you’re talking to, i don’t listen to you!! if i don’t want to come then im not coming!!”
all over a mere 6-minute difference in the phone calls. when i asked him for his name, he HUNG UP ON ME!! this is no way to conduct business, let alone speak to another grown man!! if yall, (the business) would like to respond below with a support email address or anything to gather the details of this encounter to hold the individual accountable, that would be totally appropriate. but this disposition towards a totally agreeable and respectful individual that you DON’T KNOW is absolutely unacceptable.

The owner willie called me and it was staggering just how refreshing it was to talk to someone that came to me from the beginning with a calm and understanding demeanor. i’m a very relaxed and easy-going dude, not hard at all to get along with if i do say so myself. and this gentleman Willie came to me with matched that energy. Thank you Willie for coming to me like a man. like a genuine professional, you chose to have a personal interaction with me after having an adverse experience with an employee, and that kind of work and business ethic is what will set you apart from competitors. good deal.
We broke down on I-75 and Muggsuggs was recommended by another local company. After calling their dispatch, Phillip was given our call. Knowing we were stranded on 75 he hustled to get there as quickly as possible. Phillip was awesome! He was very safety conscious making sure every aspect was covered.
I called them to help my parents who were left on the side of a busy highway after AAA cancelled on them. They came right away. The driver was courteous and professional as well as the people I spoke to on the phone. They are the best company!

After failing miserably with AAA and the fact that they couldn't meet their expectations, We had to call another outside concern. We called Muggsuggs Towing and they came to our rescue after being stranded on the interstate(I-75 exit 341) for over 3hrs. We had a very pleasant experience with Muggsuggs...

The service was exceptional all around. Malia was pleasant to speak to and very accommodating. Philip, the tow truck driver, was excellent. He was punctual and very professional. He insured that my car was safely loaded, drove safely to the location and even went above and beyond when unloading off the my car helping me park it. He deserves a raise. Over all a great price for the service. I highly recommend them.
Willie was a huge help and came through really when we needed it. Due to the incompetence of Mercedes road side, we were sitting for 4 hours. We caled Muggsuggs and they were in 10 minutes. Muggsuggs really did us a solid as our Sprinter Van needed to be hauled to Orlando Mercedes for repairs. Willie was very knowledgeable and gave us a full quote before we even hooked up the vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone.
The other day we had a flat tire and my mom was freaking out because she had to get us to school and she had no other way to get us there. The tow truck driver we had was Chris and he was very nice and polite chris came to our rescue and everything he did just help my family's day to be better and not be as stressful it was the best experience we have had while being towed.
Chris is fantastic! Great personality, made my bad day a great one. Would recommend him to anyone needs a tow if you call for a tow. 5STARS! My night was long & my car broke down on the highway & Chris was here in NO TIME. Got my truck hooked up & had me to my destination still on time.

Even though it was an unfortunate situation.. the service we received from Willie made it a lot easier ! Was able to take my car, got there exactly the time he said, was very kind & knowledgeable about what would go on ! All around great service!
