They were very professional, polite, and very efficient. Within probably 10 min of me filling out their quote form online I received a call saying he could have someone on the way to get my car in the next 30 min, and this was on a Saturday at that.. And even when there was a minor misunderstanding Luis made a point to keep in contact with me every step of the way. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. And I didn't catch the young man's name who came and loaded my car up but he also was very professional and very polite. I recommend anyone who needs to have a junk car removed to give them a call. They won't disappoint you.

I called them to pick up my 2009 Kia Optima around 9:45am and by 10:45am we came to an agreement and the car was on the flatbed. They were very professional and prompt with communicating all things need to come to a deal. Highly recommend for Gainesville, FL and surrounding areas.

I was able to call and talk to somebody at 7:00 a.m. about getting a scheduled pickup for my vehicle the next morning. They were super courteous and very attentive. They showed up promptly in the morning with cash, and in no time at all removed my unwanted vehicle. More than happy and will absolutely be telling everybody about these guys .

Omgosh.. I can’t say enough positive things about Lee Paul and his brother Luis. I had requested some parts for my Dodge ram truck.. Lee gave me a fantastic price and was great at communicating. He wanted to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted and gave me directions and a phone number so I couldn’t get lost. I’m an older woman and I felt very secure going to his business and meeting his brother to pick up my parts. I can’t say enough great things about this business.
