DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Called to get a quote. Response was, Soooo how much did someone one else quote. REALLY! When re-itterated, can you give a quote for service needed, he hung up. Probably did us a favor. Thanks but NO THANKS!! Rating above is over rated. You sir, get a BIG FAT ZERO!!!!
I called after hours for an emergency in Ocala National Forest and they were the only ones willing to come help immediately. Right before Thanksgiving to boot. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. No complaints.
Just good, all round country folk. Both me and my parents have had the pleasure of their help. They helped my parents when they flipped their truck and they recently helped my brother when he totaled his car. They even helped me with an abandoned car that was left at my place of work. Very polite and prompt, I will definitely be calling them again.
If your stuck and I mean really stuck (10000lb strap broke trying to get out) in the Ocala National Forest these are the people to call. They came out immediately hooked up and had us out in 10min. Great people!
Met the owner while working with a motor vegicle accident victim. Very professional and prompt to the scene. I personally have been taken advantage of from many such services. It was a pleasure to work with and meet such a professional. Honesty and integrity are foremost here. Renewed my faith in the profession by leaps and bounds. Short version...5 STAR! Must know...HONEST! Perhaps a bit "gruff " at first call...due to LARGE amount of backwards JERKS in Marion county who think a tow, ordered by the cops, should be $ 50...no WONDER...but when dealing with them in person...they are HONEST! In fact, I BOUGHT a replacement vehicle from them after my accident and could not be happier!!!
And I am NOT known to be an ' easy sell!

Extremely rude, freely cusses at you and is about as helpful as a candle in hell, apparently this company doesn't like money because when called about a lock issue they simply cussed and hung up the phone. So if you need help whatever you do don't call this company. Just trying to help the next person out
Excellent service. Fair fees. Polite and helpful. I definitely recommend their services for your towing and further storage needs. I would use them again if the time ever comes in need but respectfully hoping I don’t.
The guy who owns this place was so very nice to me. He helped me remove things from my totalled vehicle (and there was a lot) and answered some questions I had.
Marion sherrif sent this guy to pull a stolen truck out of a renters yard..after tearing the yard up knee deep he then busted the main water line to the house and left it blowing water..we did not see this until the following afternoon..i called the sherrif who gave me this number and the man who says he is the owner told me he will be doing nothing about it and i can take him to court..so now we are liable for a tow we did not order? Lesson learned next time verify and check the sources of the tow company if the sherrifs are calling it in
