New management is awful and ripped me off. Did not call to ask me if replacing my cabin filter was ok, replaced it and charged me for it; said they were too busy to call me. I am now selling my vehicle and I went to check the cabin filter and there is no cabin filter. So they took my old filter, charged me 50$ more for my oil change and didnβt even do the service. When I called to let the manager know what happened, instead of being understanding he yelled at me; told me I was never a customer and hung up on me and I called back and left him a message about how awful he treats customers. Youβre welcome Will never ever go back there. Pics for proof sir, I was a customer!
This place is on " point " . Fair prices, honest guys here unlike other places in ocala. If your reading this review to figure out if you should bring your vehicle here ? I've never had an issue here . Like I said these guy's are great !
This place is nothing like how Dave ran it. I took my suburban for a tune up an valve cover gaskets an left with my truck smoking like crazy under my hood. Which wasn't smoking before. (Wasn't over heating)Took it back an they tell me there's nothing wrong an they'll clean it. 2 weeks later it's smoking still an my gear box loosened an leaked all my oil out. An now my truck isn't running. This place is unreliable an Shady. JIM TIM WHATEVER IS A SCAM!!!!
