Their website is not accurate, prices varies and it’s not to par to the website listing . The inventory is never updated if the car was sold or removed . So it makes it seem like they have A LOT of cars but in reality the car is gone or excused that it was sold . I spoke with the manager and just got a bunch of excuses . It’s sad that no one there cares about their job ……
I just went for the first time and was very impressed. The yar is pretty well organized and clean. They have wheel barrow to use for moving all your tools or parts. Pricing was vet fair, even pretty cheap for a lot of the parts. 30 day warranty on everything. The staff was friendly and helpful especially Randy (I think) who really helped me out. I even spoke to the owner for a minute and he was nice. I would recommend going here first before any other junk yard. I found some hard to find parts for a 2006 Escalade in great condition in their "premium" yard for a great price too! I will be back tomorrow and any other time I need parts. Thank you MCAP!
If I could give a zero star, I would actually give them a negative. Disrespectful employees and Sneaky how they do business. Everyone beware when you do business with them
overall fair pricing say 95% of staff are helpful, the yard is getting a little messy though, scattered everywhere it's parts debris from vehicles one thing I would suggest to them if possible cuz I hope the one day they can get the computer system that lkq uses. well you may have 12 Ford explorers out there, but they cant tell u if they have transmissions still in them or not . which means as a customer I go out there and waste an hour or so of my time looking for something that's not there that if they would have just Mark that when they sold the transmission and their computer system and they would know that hey we have 12 trucks out there but only three of them have transmissions left just saying
WATCH YOUR DEBIT TRANSACTIONS IF YOU EVER DO BUSINESS HERE ! I showed 5 people in this place proof that I was overcharged for an item that i paid 100 in cash for 130$ transfer case and i was supposed to be charged $30 to my card. The man charge me the full price for the transfer case because there was never a $30 charge to my card it was for 130.71 Instead.. The man Ronald with the Glasses i believe who sold it to me acknowledged that it was charged after I showed him my bank transaction on the phone after an hour of my time and him and him reassuring me that it wouldnt post that it was just pending transaction would not go through yesterday the charge went through just like he said it wouldnt.This is all recorded while i was in conversation with my bank as well I showed back up to pick up a check this morning for the amount I was overcharged like the young man said and what do ya know hes not there today so Mr.Jomar asked me to wait few minutes no sweat time goes by a white gentleman comes out and me and Mr.Jomar reexplained the situation the gentleman tellsme someone was going to be there shortly to write me my check. So there's a paper trail which is completely understandable because that's how we do business. Well well.. five guys later of me, having to repeat myself I showed all of them my bank statement on the phone and showed them my receipt so im getting aggravated already forst off now Second off, how come nobody hopped on the phone and called the guy who supposedly is off today to just verify real quick
With the circumstances were , instead everyones looking at me like I'm some dumb white guy after makin me sit out front for an hour patiently waiting while they passed me around from one person to another, like a hot potato and then after all of this they send out MrAlex who can barely pronounce what hes even saying to me , too act like they're not the ones who can give me my money back INCONCEIVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL long story short, I just had to cancel my card and contest the transaction.Because people can't do good business and stick to their word anymore I guess i know what junkyard NOT too go to. AND YOU HAVE OFFICIALLY BEEN REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
Said they had the starter i needed that car needed to be lifted. To bussy talking among there self to pay me any mind but had no problem changing me a entire fee. Not a good a place . Decided to go another place took them 30 min
My husband has been a customer for almost 4years now, I can say that customer service is the WORST now. Closing time states 5:00pm if you arrive close to 4:30pm they will let you know it's closed with an attitude.
They were amazing I got the wrong part and they were happy to help me get the right one my dad works for a brake shop in fanning who will now be using them because of how honest and reliable they are.
They picked up my car the same day I called them ( i called early in the AM.) and gave me an acceptable price. They are open on the weekends which is a plus. Very professional service.
I called before I drove a hour was told they had what I needed I get there and owner sold it to somebody else and then tried to sell a different one to me for over $300 and it was just a lightbulb don’t go here at all the place is shit

Man this last visit has left a sour taste for this place. My family has been going here for years because it always has a good selection of vehicles and we were always able to find the parts we needed. However, today they were trying to charge me $91 for two window regulators w/ the motors for an 04 Honda Pilot which is absurd. Why are 21 year old parts the same price as brand new? Make sure to look at the price of new parts before going here to make sure you don’t overpay.

There are lots of vehicles in various stages of disassembly. If your looking for seats and interior parts, the pickings are slim as many of the vehicles are open to the elements. So it's not that they didn't have what I needed, but the condition of what I found. I did find a radio that fit my particular vehicle and it worked. Price was very fair and I'm satisfied. I did have to contact my dealer to get the anti-theft code to unlock the radio.
This place is a ripoff sold us an engine that was known not to fit, they said it would. We bought it because they promised it would fit, then he refused a refund when it was their fault, an if you return the engine they will only give store credit which goes away after 90 days, so spend 700$ to not get it back, an be told if you don’t spend it quick enough we just keep it. The owner is rude and doesn’t understand how it was their fault selling an engine as it would fit, when it doesn’t. Definitely never coming to this place again an I warn everyone to stay away. Oh and his excuse for not giving money back is because “you’ll spend more if you go to lkq” well atleast they will give you your damn money back. (Update) we asked for the right engine cause they said they would fix it, guess what. Charging another 161$ for labor to pull the new engine. Lovely. Makes a mistake “we will fix it you can swap to a new engine” comes to pick it up, oh btw it’s another 161$! How’s that fixing it? I already paid labor. An wasn’t told I would have to pay labor again. I’m going to report this business for shady practices. They also change prices online vs in person.
Im kinda confused about this place. The guys were nice but they told me I couldn't take the part I needed out because 2014 Honda Civics are "premium" cars? I thought the whole point of a junkyard is that you pull the parts yourself. Still ranking it 5 stars because the guys are cool and it seems like a great junkyard.
Went there to buy two rims . I'm disabled and so the only person I have to help me is my 12 year old son and was told he couldn't go in to help. I was then told it was a minimum of $40 labor for them to get them for me. I won't be doing business there and would not recommend them to anyone else.
Best junkyard I've ever been. Lived in Va Beach, leesburg, sterling VA, lake jackson TX. No place has the area and availability this place does.

Horrible company. Alex and his employees lie about prices on the phone to get you to show up then change them, when asked why Alex said the prices are the prices. The truck they sent me to find after a hour of looking for it was not their. They say oh yea that side is not organized oh well if you can't find it nothing we can do. Why tell me it's their then come to find out Alex looks for it and can't find it. No apologies for having me walk for a hour looking for something that didn't exist much less with a fake price to get me to come in to upsell me. Bad company I hope the owner contacts me to make it right till the the post stays up.
This Place Was Kinda Of A Scam. First Thing First, You Literally Have To Do Everything Yourself. If you are super tired and getting a tire or battery replaced or fixed, you literally have to take off the tire or battery by yourself. Not to mention, if you don't have any tools, you're out of luck. Yesterday was my mom's birthday, and our car's battery ran out, we went there to get a replacement. For some stupid reason, they told my dad he had to take out the car battery by himself, to go in there and get a new one. Did I also mention he had to do it all by himself. This took hours. It was super hot as well. Did I also mention it was my mom's birthday. Also, you had to pay a dollar to go back to get whatever item you were getting. 100% scam. Never coming back.
