WARNING BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!
This post is being revised until I can resolve this ongoing issue that I'm having with this business.
Well, I tried talking to them again and there was no resolution to the issue. As it stands I got screwed out of $125.
I received a credit for the bad parts I got from them, then they banned me from their business so I can't use the Credit they gave me. How professional is that?
OK so they won't honor the Credit they gave me. I'm out $125.
Basically they stole my money and banned me from the business, and they thought it was funny. These people are thieves. Stay away from this business.
I'm a person that frequents junkyards quite often, around the entire state of Florida! This is my local area yard now and I'm trying to get acquainted to do business with them... going in there about a week ago I saw a set of wheels on a 4Runner asked how much was given a fantastic price of 120 and a couple door panels I needed a price on but needed to check the VIN on the door panels for the correct year vehicle and then I would be back in about a week for the wheels definitely, fast forwarding to today, I go in and ask for the wheels he said he wasn't quite sure where they were found one of them out back all scratched up with no center cap, 1 center cap and the vehicle itself, and it was like oh well I don't really do nothing unless I have cash in hand you need to get the wheels off the truck man... When I did find the center cap it was beat off of the wheel.. nobody took care and taking them off ..it's unfortunate enough to have lost a sale. and apparently has butchers! Kind of sucks I was looking to do business with that establishment on a regular basis...
They really helped me outta a jam with an odd sized tire. No one around carries it and as the pics show it was badly damaged. They had a used Pirelli P Zero in the exact size. They were able to put it on the car for me. Thanks guys!!!
Called cash for cars an explained to them that I had a 2001 Jaguar XJR that was a parted out car that still had most of its parts but the engine was out. They then asked me for photos. So I Sent them many photos an explained that the car was in a tight spot to move. They took the info a south side auto gave them a quote to give me. Then when they came over they tried to drop it in half. A gentleman’s quote is a gentleman’s word! Basically the owners son came over a saw that it was going to be more work then he wanted to do a decided to try a try a cut the quote in half. Cheap lazy company.
Oh a when he came in the guy backed his truck half way on my drain field because he was trying to dodge my tree branches that were hanging low. Now the branches was my bad a when I saw him showing up I realized that they were low so I grabbed my ladder a tools to chop them down. But as I’m doing that he just proceeds to to try a back in an go over my brand new leach field not thinking.
Better hope I don’t get any issues with it.
Had to give one star but 0 STARS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!! Only thing I will say is you can’t do bad to people and expect good results.

Just paid this place $400 cash for a transmission for my truck and they knew it would not work in my vehicle. Was also told if I get law enforcement involved there would be no warranty any longer. When I called law enforcement he said he would have me trespassed. When the law enforcement officer spoke to me by phone he explained to me that he continues to receive complaints from this place of ripping people off don't go there.
Went to go buy a grille and hood from this place. Upon entry i ask the prices of body parts... Fenders, hoods, grilles etc. I was told 40-50 for grilles and 50- 75 for hoods. When I go and find what i want a grille and hood from a Harley Davidson F-150 the price goes from $125 which would be max price for them to charge with what I was told originally to $250. I recommend them to no one. I'm a Veteran and to me your word means quite a bit and if you go back on it just to benefit yourself or just because you see dollar signs, you won't get my business. Needless to say I walked out empty handed. Not a fan of businesses with no Integrity. If you have different prices then show them individually.
talked to the owner when he then stated to me that if i can not find the person that was last out here that he would be able to come get my junk Explorer right away today. well I called back twice now first he was out to the store would be back in 5 mins. just got off the phone with this place again and now he is gone for the day, Not what i was told in the beginning the first call i made with his business .
I went to four other salvage yards and spent hours looking for doughnut spare for my wife's car. No luck. Came upon this place, asked the yard jock for help, he located the right car, opened the locked trunk, and I was on my way within 10 minutes with a fairly priced spare, and a smile on my face!
Whoever was driving the rollback at 4:24 pm on 9/25/19 tried to run me off the road when I attempted to legally pass him when he was doing 5 under the speed limit. Dangerous, reckless drivers that don't deserve your business.
This is an amazing place. The owners are very nice, friendly and helpful - husband and wife team. Any time I need parts I will come here first. I feel like a kid in a candy store. The prices are amazing.
They bought a stolen car, never checked the Vin # before paying$140 to literal "Crack heads" for a RUNNING 1999 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE!! Having a problem getting it back. Idk if parts have been removed or not.
How can u call yourselves a great place when ur full of cowards and steal engines and call cops over nothing. Worst place to ever go to. I would recommend to NEVER go to this place ever. They dump oil, gas, and antifreeze on the ground regularly. They dont hold true to their warranties and will block u if u give them a bad review or dont have a good experience with them. They steal and lie about their business. They file bankruptcy and start over with a new name but in the same place. They have also stolen property such as peoples vehicles. I repeat...WORST PLACE EVER!!!!
Only gave a star because I had to.These guys are scum. My cousin asked about an engine that they SWORE was running perfectly, so she purchased it. $900 for the engine, $100 for them to pull it. They purchased the engine the day I got out of the Army, so it could be ready by the time I got there. I installed the engine that weekend, started it up, just to see a bunch of oil spewing out of the blow by. My brother and cousin tried to work with them to get the money back, they said only $900 in store credit, despite the fact that their return policy says nothing about in store credit, and the only reason they paid $100 for them to pull it, is because they claimed it ran, which was a flat out lie. Since typically speaking, oil coming out of the blow by is caused by back pressure in the crank case, which is most often caused by piston rings missing or broken, it would have been an easy fix. Except it wasn't. There were metal shavings and dings all over the piston, cylinder wall, and head. This problem has been there, the engine was blown from the start and they lied through their teeth. Then, they refused to exchange it, give a refund, or honor their warranty because they claim that me opening the engine, was the cause. So let me get this straight, I'm qualified to open up turbine engines, which are 100 times more sophisticated than a gas engine, but you won't honor your exchange policy because I opened it up? I work on engines literally 100 times more expensive then the one you sold my cousin, but I can't open it up? These people are scum, the worst of the worst. No wonder they have one star. Their rating speaks for itself. Avoid this place at all costs.
Dealt with Racism from one of guys, he’s about 6’0, 300lbs. Very rude, no customer service. Made me feel like my $$ wasn’t valuable because of skin color!!! If you want good customer service and getting the job done, do not use this company’s service!!!!! Do yourself a favor and spare yourself the horrible customer service..
I asked several times if the engine I was trying to buy was a 4.8 or a 5.3 ls engine. These regards said it was the same thing but it was a 5.3 and even wrote that on the receipt. Come to find out it was a 4.8 completely different crank,rods and pistons and then want to be smart asses when I want to return it.
They were buying a truck from me and didn’t not pay me but took the truck then the manager promised me he would take care of it and get me the money himself but that was another lie this is a horrible business they will steal whatever they can and I will be suing for the full value of my truck plus court costs since they refuse to either pay me or return the vehicle they don’t deserve 1 star and I will do anything I can to see they don’t get any more business from anyone and so will a lot of other people in Ocala since they know how shady they are as well... stealing from people is no way to run a business!
