I can’t say enough good things about Capt Marc and Capt Jake. My family, friends, and I found ourselves stranded on Egmont Key (Gulf side) and even though the ocean conditions were far from ideal, Mark and Jake handled everything like a true professional.
Even in challenging conditions, their professionalism and problem-solving skills stood out. It’s comforting to know there are people like them out there who genuinely care and go above and beyond when things don’t go as planned. Highly recommend his service cause it was truly a lifesaver!
My boat had a fuel leak and we ran out comming in from offshore right as the sun went down. I called Seatow as we were just barely in cell range and they sent Capt. Marc. He had to go through a storm that had 4 foot seas and then ended up having to tow us back to the dock. He made a decision to go north to a further boat ramp avoiding the storms. We stayed on channel 24 keeping in contact the whole way and keeping the mood light. Once at the dock Capt Marc made sure my buddy and I were taken care of getting back to our vehicles since we were at a different boat ramp. Nobody wants to ever have to call for a tow much less when you're out of fuel and storms are starting to build at night. Capt Marc knew his equipment and job well and made decisions to keep us safe even if it took twice the amount of time and fuel. My buddy and I couldn't have asked for a better person to help us on that night.

Captain Marc was incredible! After the nightmare of getting stuck on a sandbar, definitely not something anyone wants to experience. I was able to get in touch with Sea Tow and had help on the way within 15 minutes. Marc arrived quickly, helped calm my kids, made sure everyone felt safe, and then handled everything like a pro. I highly recommend Sea Tow Bradenton, and if you're lucky enough to get Captain Marc, you know your day just went from bad to better!

The other day I found myself in a tight spot and he answered the call for help and resolved the problem for me and my loyal companion Sophia my V dog. We were able to then go about our day to face and overcome other hurdles, but that's another story for another day. The only thing he asked from me to do was... PAY IT FORWARD.
I've been a supporter and champion of that idea/concept for years and by God, my witness I WILL.

SeaTow was a life saver. Not only was Mark fantastic in helping us get off the reef, Raul was very helpful getting us connected with our insurance to have the services covered. Thank you SeaTow, we hope to never need you again but if we do we know we are in good hands!
Sea Tow was top notch. We had an unfortunate break down in Sarasota Bay and they were very quick to respond. They also patched me into Progressive and stayed on the line to assist with the call. Very helpful and professional. They made a stressful situation, not so stressful.
I have seen Sea Tow on the water before and thought wow who ever needs a tow and all of sudden I found myself grounded in my boat and talked to Sea Tow about assisting and they were amazing and showed up on time and as scheduled and worked with my insurance company to ensure direct payment and would highly recommend them to help when your stranded on the water

So thankful for Captain John! We had to use Sea Tow today after a boat rental gone-wrong left my boyfriend and I stranded in the Bay. John was great; him, his supervisor, and the phone operator went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and got us up and running.

Had soft sandbar grounding last week. Low tide, wasn't paying full attention. 7 p.m.
Brian came to us within 10 minutes.
Didn't want to damage our TriToon, recommended we wait 2 hrs for high tide. He took our kids back to ramp while we waited it out.
He kept in radio contact every 30 minutes with tide updates for our location.
He said " you will be floating at 1015."
Exactly 1015 I was able to push off by myself.
Great captain, professional, courteous, helpful. And was only concerned about damaging our boat and getting us safe.

One tow pays for membership dues for many years. CN only give 5 stars, but they deserve 10

The boys at SEA TOW are remarkably skilled at what they do for the business they are in. My boat lift collapsed a week ago with the boat on it, and they were like surgeons removing the boat safely without any further damage. I would not hesitate to call Duke, Sam and Tim for anything that involves a boat wether it’s on the water or not. GREAT WORK GUYS!
Captain Sam Joseph saved our day!!! We were stuck in the gulf and lead us back to the channel. He came to help us very fast (at the exact time he said he would be there) and was very professional. I am more than grateful for his service that day especially that we had kids on board who aren’t used to this heat. I will definitely be calling them if I ever need help with my boat and recommend them to all my boating friends. He also made sure we all made it safe to shore.
Great towing experience with Captain Josh on a busy Sunday boating day. He was friendly and worked safely. Sea Tow arrived quickly and towed us to a marina for our outboard repairs.

We needed a tow over a holiday weekend. Sam, Duke and Captain Jake were great. We were scrambling trying to figure where to take the boat (the marina it was at wanted the boat out). All 3 guys went above and beyond and were patient with us.
I have been boating and a captain for 10 years. I have also operated large marinas for 6 of those years. I for the first time ever needed to use my SeaTow membership yesterday. Fuel issue in Sarasota bay. I called the Sarasota number. It was answer right away. I then spoke with Shawn, robbie, and Joshua R. They were incredible. They got to me quickly as possible. Absolute class act by all the gentleman. Very very rare these days. Thank u again boys!
My family and I were stuck in a low tide, and had been trying for hours to get ourselves out. captain Sam was extremely helpful with getting someone to us. Captain Joshua arrived like our knight in shining sandals. He was so kind and knowledgeable, he got our family out of the horrible storm and took my husband back for the boat. I definitely recommend their services to anyone and everyone. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!
Captain Josh was a life saver! He helped get my 3 kids, my wife, dog, and daughters friend & I off our boat that was stuck on a sandbar during low-tide all while a severe storm was rolling thru the area. I met him again the next morning to retrieve the boat. The team @ Sea Tow are amazing & while I hope I never have the need to use their services again…I sincerely appreciate the team helping us out of a rough spot.
We had a two part tow,from Marine Jack's in Sarasota to Shell Point Marina in Ruskin. Our first leg of the journey was with Josh, who was friendly and kind, but admitted he was new so didn't have much experience. He placed us in the very capable hands of Captain York when we got to Cortez Bridge, near Anna Maria Island to anchor for the night. Captain York was very knowledgeable, and personable. He made sure our anchor was set well, showed us how to make sure we weren't drifting, and shared quite a bit of valuable knowledge. The next morning we continued our journey with Captain York, who made sure we were safe and in good hands, our boat docked and we were taken care of before he left us to the care of the Marina. Captain York was awesome, and we would recommend him to anyone!
Response after the call was okay and arrived on scene of our breakdown decent fast. Operator of towboat was under par. Didn’t seem to have good knowledge of operating boat and hooking up to tow seemed like he struggled in knowing how.. kinda a ok experience but nothing to brag about.
