I have to say hats off to Napa on pine island road. My part was accidentally shipped to another store. They were able to track it get back to them. Customer service top notch saved the day for me! Keep up the good work and see NAPA soon!
Called about a part, Jacob was very helpful and professional on the phone. Even though they didn’t have what I needed, he ordered it for me through the dealer and told me exactly when and how I could get it. Great experience
Bought a battery here actually bought three ….when I went back to do a warranty claim on one they said without a receipt they can’t do anything yet when they sold me the battery they asked for my phone number for warranty information…… I don’t like giving all my phone number so I didn’t want to, but they insisted so that if I had a problem, I would be able to get the warranty honored
I may be a nobody to them, but I spend a lot of money at that store and I guarantee I will never be back again, but who cares they’ve got plenty of customers.
Went to exchange some incorrectly ordered parts that I got online, I had a coupon that I used for 15% off my original order and after being refunded, the asst and store managers would not honor my coupon because they said it was ordered on their site and the store doesn't deal with online orders so they tried to sell me on a $20 rebate that came with my new order, nothing that went out of their way to satisfy the situation. Had no problem walking out and choosing from many other nearby options. Been a customer of Napa for over 20 years. Not anymore.
Not that good because I went in to buy 3/8 air line. They only have it a few feet with disconnect ends on them. Wanted to buy, by the foot 8 to 10 feet of it. For my air brake system on my motorcoach.
Ran in to ask a quick question. People kept walking in and they were being helped. I was completely overlooked. When finally helped was told as i can see they have no tools.. in a smart way. Will not return to this location.
My GoTo auto store. I need a complete front brake job down to the spindles including flex lines and they got er dunn! Knowledgeable people and parts at a fair price. Truck stops on a Dime now!
Couldn't be happier with this store!! All the employees are so helpful especially Bob!! They know their stuff here!! I don't shop anywhere else and I suggest everyone to use this store!
Based ONLY on the fact that I got a flat tire right outside of their store and they refused to help me. I had my spare tire and all the parts needed, I went in hoping someone knew how to help me put the spare on. I asked every single employee inside and no one wanted to help me and was told a flat out “NO”. I even offered to pay someone to help me considering I thought I got lucky when getting a flat tire RIGHT OUTSIDE OF AN AUTO PARTS STORE. The AAA guy that eventually came to help was appalled that no one inside this store wanted to help me. An entire auto parts store couldn’t help out a girl with a flat tire.
Very unfriendly atmosphere, i ask uncle Bob to kindly call the other store that had give the wrong part,becouse he wasnt sure about the part and he said NO!! YOU CALL THEM IS YOUR TRUCK,I WAS SHOCKED!! ,i dont think I'll be coming back there anytime soon .they made me feel Unwelcome.
These people know what you need and are very knowledgeable about almost everything to do with your vehicle. Uncle Bob is the man! I went to competitive stores and all I got was incompetence and rude treatment....I go here and get awesome help and service with a smile. Some parts I bought were for my boat...did they argue or say " we don't sell boat parts"? No....they said...tell me what you need and we will see about getting it! I will come back here as long as I am able to. I spread the word every day to people looking for a good experience at a parts store that is also very reasonably priced. Thanks guys for your service...keep it up!
