  November 16, 2017 the "in training" lift driver was so slow we left. No manager around to speak with. November 17, 2017 8:20 am. No lift driver, he had an "emergency". No manager again. Was informed by Dania the manager would be here in 45 minutes to drive the lift. Shouldn't they already be here? We've been here almost an hour, still no lift driver. We will now miss picking up in Fort Pierce and be stuck paying fees. Couldn't go yesterday because we wasted time in line over here. It took the rookie 3 1/2 hours to load 4 cars. This location is a mess and totally proves why COPART is #1 and IAAI is not. I want to cancel these cars and go to FP but my driver boyfriend wants to wait.
