Here in Atlanta, was hooked up to them through my Insurance company. Kept me waiting for 2 hrs (promised arrival) and then called to say it will take another 1.5 hrs!

They answered the phone and were professional and polite. Their pricing seemed to be a fair price compared to others and the driver was on time for what I was told and helpful getting my car moved….twice actually, since the place I planned to go to decided to close arbitrarily at a random time earlier than their advertised closing time…..despite letting them know I was on the way. So the driver hooked it back up and helped me take it to another place. Was able to pay over phone after the fact once I was back home and had time to call them again. Very accommodating. Definitely recommend if you need a tow in Lehigh.

J&W Towing was recommended to us by another towing company! Our vehicle broke down in the middle of the night, on a holiday weekend coming back from the Keys. Not only were we provided with the fastest service imaginable but they were even more than kind enough to transport us and our golden retriever, home. Why waste your time calling anyone else, when you could call the best?
100% would recommend! Called them on a Friday evening on a holiday weekend after our company vehicle broke down. They had Doug come pick up the vehicle and tow it to us within 45 minutes! Fast and prompt quality service. Will be using them again in the future.

J & W Towing is absolutely amazing...bar none! The prices are fair, and most of all they are honest. I needed a tow and J&W Towing was superior! The driver "James" took great care with my handicap van. During a little bit of chit chat I happened to mention that my oven had quit along with trouble with my wheelchair. That evening I spoke to him again and not only did he locate an oven, but when my van was ready he picked it up for me. You have no idea how difficult it is to have to use a specialized vehicle and when one isn't available you're just out of luck. You would be hard pressed to find a better Towing company and just great human beings. Top notch and I give them the most superior rating because they earned it. You can't do better.

Let me start off by stating that I called other companies in the area and all of them told me they couldn’t tow my car because it was too low and sports car. This guys never gave me an excuse took them less to get to me than expected. Driver very friendly and professional. Took care of my car and I will use them again if I need too. I highly recommend them 5 stars without a doubt
AAA contractor but would not come at 9 :20 pm to change a tire less than 5 miles way. AAA said nothing they could do. Left me alone ,at night, on dark road. Used in past, 10 years ago, and service was better. Watch out , don't depend on them at night.
J&W Tow are amazing. From the women's at the office to the nice men that tows. They're all so friendly and professional. The driver that dropped off my Finance old school car was amazing and so helpful. He took his time and went above and beyond to make sure the car was in the garage. I didn't get his name but thank you again.
This place is so unprofessional. They are so disrespectful to their customers. The girl in the office is rude and she will scream at you for no reason. The guys that drives the trucks almost hit my mothers car and then he started yelling and swearing at us because she beeped the horn. These people Shouldn’t even be in business how awful they treat their customers. This is the second time we have dealt with these people on two different rentals. Both times they have been disrespectful and rude and arrogant

Good trucks.... Knowledgeable driver's, although distracted while driving. Rates are comparable to others these days. $182 for 14 miles.. easy on and off, I'd use again if I had to.
My AAA had called some yahoo prior to me asking them to call J&W which I have used before with no issues. They came picked up my vehicle taking care not to damage it and carefully load it. These guys were not afraid to get it on the flatbed and get it to where I needed it, thank you!!
If I could said - .050 stars that is the reading I will give . He was call because he was only 3 blocks of the location my car was lock with the keys inside . He told me he will come for $85 . I told him we called because he charge $50 . and is a job of 5 minutes . HIS ANSWER WAS LISTEN LADY YOU NEED ME I DON'T NEED YOU. Well right there I decided to put this in the internet . Do not call him he does not need customers. I hang up with him. Call a towing from North Fort Myers , I wait 30 minutes and she charge me $45 and I give her a tip of $20. Please, I fill giving a minus -.050 to J&W is too much . DO NOT CALL HIM . REMEMBER TOWING FRO NORTH FORT MYERS.
This was by far the best experience with a tow truck company we've ever had. We had an emergency and called around but didn't find anyone. Until we called J&W, they were beyond professional, they arrived when they said they would, had so much empathy and their price was more than reasonable specially for a Sunday evening. Thank you!!! I highly recommend this company.
Scheduled an appointment to have my truck picked at 11 am this morning and have it transported to the mechanic. It is now 12:03 and they have not showed up or called. Took time off work to wait at home for them. Tried calling numerous times and their phone is busy.
Jen is by far the most unprofessional “office manager” I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. After discovering a wrecker operator lien on my husbands registration from a vehicle we had sold I contacted J & W looking for a resolution. Upon explaining and expressing we were unaware of these circumstances prior to the lien being placed Jen hung up on me and when I called back she told me she could only accept payment and that she was going to hang up on me again. The customer service is appalling. Luckily, I was able to contact the DMV and dispute this issue. Had Jen had any amount of empathy, communication or listening skills they may have been able to recover some of the money but instead I was able to have the entire lien removed. Avoid this business at all costs and if you find yourself indebted to them do yourself a favor and do your homework. These crooks do not care.
I received a very great hometown, family experience. Driver was great and respected my social distancing as he worked with me. It even turned into a educational experience, as he explained to my son what was going on. This was an experience where I felt totally comfortable leaving my vehicle in someone else's care.
Jen was friendly and very helpful when I called for the tow of my car and she stayed in contact with me as I had requested. The price was the best I could find and the service was great. I will defiantly use their services again.
They came when they said they would! Text ahead of time and was super nice. I felt horrible for not having cash to tip him. I offered a check to him made out to cash and he politely declined. Then I offered him a dinner plate and he again politely declined! We need more customer service like this! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Great service and I would recommend them and will definitely use them again if necessary!!!!
