Even though we weren't there for the best of reasons...the staff was nice..we were pushing for time trying to get there before they closed at 5:00 PM...we called and were very communicative of we were running late and asked if they would please wait on us...we called a couple of times to inform them what was going on and our time of when we would get there...the last we knew we though we would be having to deal with a flat tire.. but as we were on our way there.. THEY AIRED UP THE TIRE FOR US!! It actually held air! WIN WIN!! WE WERE VERY THANKFUL THEY WAITED FOR US AND AIRED UP THE TIRE!! The only thing is the extra charge for using a debit or credit card.. they charge you an extra percentage as some places do so if you're going here that's an easy solution.. BRING CASH!!

The staff is rude. My contract printed showing 1/4 tank. Truck only had 1/8 tank. After cursing and acting completely unprofessional the woman said she would take $10 off if I brought back at 1/4. Got truck to house and had saw dust screws wood blocks and cardboard in the back. No big deal I cleaned out. Returned truck clean after move and left in key drop. These people not only didn't give $10 off but assseed a cleaning fee if $25. I swept the truck out. My wife called and was spoken to rudely and called a liar and told that the cab was filthy. The cab was used for driving no food or anything. Then when I called the story changed to the back was filthy. Their idea of customer service is yelling at you and calling you a liar. No resolution from the location. Turned to my card services and uhaul corporate for help. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. Moving is stressful enough without being treated rudely and having money stole from you. I'm sure there is good reason they have for sale signs on the establishment. Customer service is huge and there idea of that is telling you "I'm not going to discuss this" what a joke. Uhaul should pull their agreement!

This place is an absolute joke. I rented a uhaul from them around 6 months ago. The truck was old but I didn't think anything of it. The truck was hard to start and left oil stains on my driveway. Jump to October, 2015. I made a reservation for a uhaul at 8am (almost a week prior to moving date) , which is also what time this place opened. I waited until 8:20 and no one showed up (other customers were waiting outside, too). I called UHAUL and they tried a secondary phone # without any luck. Uhaul made a new resvation at a different location. If this place can't get a simple uhaul reservation correct, imagine what they would do to your property. Stay away from this place.

I am so happy it was them who told my van they were and did help me so very much and I'm so grateful the best ever I couldn't have asked for more

Crooks working w lcso 2 days storage 265 i left them a 5 dollar tip cause they need it more than i did

they tow my car to their place due to an accident I had 4 days after the accident I went to pick up my car the bill was 535 dollars administration fee 75 dollars omg never let your car tow to this place
