The employees at this location are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Sunshine store is where I like to shop . They are always very busy and wished they had self check out to make things faster and easier for customers and employees
Every time I go to this location, I leave with a headache. The employees don’t know how to work. I have a commercial account and they REFUSED to help me. Never again.

I Needed a battery for my BMW. Spoke with Christian and Shaylee there were very helpful, friendly, and professional. They helped me with finding the correct battery and installed it. They made sure the battery was prefect for my vehicle!Never was in hurry, rushing to get done, etc. went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied!! Should both get a 100 out of 10 stars!
Every time that I go to one of there stores is the same experience, helpful and wonderful staff that has the main goal to satisfy your needs as customer. It's a pleasant and wonderful experience.

I was really upset at the alternator I bought was bad. Left me stranded. $170 tow and a $180 mechanic bill. Called and complained. Talked to Stacy. She was such a professional. I was angry and she calmed me down and went out of her way to help me. I will go to her store forever and will recommend it to all my friends. Thanks so much and give her a raise. This was the sunshine store in Lehigh Acres.

Came in to buy oil and a filter. 3 associates on duty, I walked up to one of the counters where an associate was filling up some paperwork after helping out a customer, he completely ignores me and walks away to the back somewhere as if I’m not even in front of him. I decided to get the oil and just have them look for the filter I needed. The other young associate couldn’t walk without having a hand holding up his pants, pants sagging and loose fitting hanging below his butt. I couldn’t even get decent help. SMH
I went to get my battery tested, but they said they were too busy to do it. I had already waited about 20 minutes in line for nothing. Very disappointing service — if they’re not able to help, they should at least let customers know before wasting their time.
I had the most wonderful experience at this store I started with a bad day where I couldn't find what I needed and a nice very knowledgeable lady named alby made my day along with Stacy made my day smooth and had everything I needed on spot my number one store
I went to this location to have a check engine light checked.When I got there i am the third person in line.The line got so long it was at the entrance.When I got to the counter the women said theres a long line..I can't help you and its free service..I have to wait.Makes no sense its not my problem that this location is short staffed.

I stopped in for a battery replacement and had an excellent experience thanks to Stacee! She was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She quickly tested my battery, explained everything clearly, and had me back on the road in no time. It’s not often you find such great customer service these days, but Stacee went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I came into the store on August 21 around 5ish to purchase a battery but the sale associate advised me there was no one available to check my battery. Shortly after, another customer came in and asked for the same assistance and received assistance to check her vehicle battery before purchasing a new one.I feel that the customer presented prejudice due to my nationality and I will make to email the corporate office to confirm that this treatment will not be happening again.
My grandmother came into your store today after her car battery had died. She had gotten a jump and came up there to buy a new battery. One of the reasons she came to your store is because it’s advertised that you install batteries. I understand that certain vehicles, like BMWs or Volkswagens, require more complicated installs (under the seat, trunk, or fender well) and that those understandably aren’t covered.
However, in this case, the employee who came out didn’t even open the hood to check. From my understanding, they just looked at the car and said no. The thing is, she drives a Hyundai — the battery is right there under the hood and it’s a very standard, straightforward installation. If you advertise free battery installation, I think it’s only fair that at least some effort is made to verify whether the vehicle qualifies.
What a great team at this store! Carlos had such a refreshing attitude while he changed out my car battery, this is so nice to see, and Alby was super helpful at checkout. I recommend THIS Advance auto store 100%.
Alby was very helpful and gave us a very good bundle towards our purchase and helped me with everything my little sister needed to get started on her journey on the road. She was more than helpful she exceeded past anyone’s performance on customer service in my experience!
