I always bought my oil and filters from O'Reilly. I was always welcomed to return my old oil when I was finished. But this evening I brought in my previous 2 five quart containers and was going to pick up w more five quart containers and filters but I as told that they couldn't be returned right now. So now they go back on the shelf in my garage. I used to have such a good customer experience. But not being able to return my used motor oil makes shopping at O'Reilly USELESS. DO BETTER.

Bought RAIN-X windshield wipers. Store employee was very helpful. There was no book on premises to look up wipers for vehicle, but she looked up in the computer for proper size. The product direction picture was poor for hook type wiper arms. Diagrams lacked a detailed or exploded view. No user friendly.

I visited the store to ask a question. I had too much air in my tires. Immediately Sandra had a young gentleman fix my problem, his name is Salty. I was so impressed with this young man attitude, kind, understanding. FANTASTIC JOB SALTY!!!!

drove all the way from the lee blvd location because mr. PALMERO told me they have the part i wanted got there and that was not the case i don't like my time wasted and it seems like he does a lot there

Clean. Fast. Friendly. Service. I needed help putting on my new wipers and was given the help I needed in the rain and with no questions. Just came out a replaced them with a smile. Very helpful staff. This is a great store.

I had my battery and air filter changed. The employee was great doing it through all the hassle of all the stuff under the hood to work around doing it. I tried to tip him. Did not accept. Hats off to ya all!!

I usually have terrible experiences at Auto parts stores. But Not this time! Nathan was very professional, attentive and helpful. He made everything a breeze. I would definitely recommend this Auto parts store because a great staff really makes a difference! Thank you again Nathan!

It's ok. But don't count on getting brake rotors turned here. For some reason they have no one to turn them. I offered to turn some for them if they let me turn mine for free. Even offered to come in and do some. Oh well. Good place for cheap parts. God Bless

Great customer service best in town vs the other auto parts stores which are few in this town in close proximity. No line or long wait and seemed quite helpful in assisting me with my budgeted needs.

It's horrible. Called up said part were in stock Dalton Looked up part and still said in stock... then try to give me excuse saying that they're at the other store and it happens after I drove all the way to this location. Walked around store clueless didn't know what location they should be couldn't find the parts. Done going there because its closer at higher prices . What waste of time!!! I'll travel. For better service. There's others that work there that are great. But they can take care everyone .

i went in to pick up an online order for my father, who put me on the pick up list along with my email. and i was helped by this man named Raphael and he was incredibly rude and said I was unable to pick up the order because I wasn’t my father. After showing him my ID, he still refused me regardless of our last names being THE SAME. He didn’t care that i knew the order or the orders full name. he almost made me feel like he was trying to start a problem over nothing. very disrespectful.

I want to give special attention to a young man whose name is Dalton. He installed a battery in my 2007 Toyota Corolla. The installation was not an easy one; however, Dalton went above and beyond what was expected of him to get the battery installed. I want to once again say "Thank You" and to commend O'Reilly Auto Parts on the high quality of their employees.

Service at O'Reilly auto is perfect from start to finish. Carla is the store manager and she is top notch in my book. Her employee Dalton is the young man to go to for he is very polite. Thank you for the great experience!

The staff was very nice and responsive. There are great deals here too. I was able to purchase what I needed and what I wanted in a quick stop. Had my car washed in parking lot by a nice group earning money for their cause. Nice that O'Reilly supports local groups this way.

I was in there today..Jake and Jean both worked with me and even dropped of fuel pump at my home...very impressed and thankful for this shift of employees...There was a spanish girl also there who also was nice enough to help...i will continue to do business with this company..

I like going to this store, the employees are very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. They’ve got a new guy, “Marshall” he’s not a model employee at all. He was rude and inconsiderate, just another dumb kid that “knows all about cars” cause he saw a movie one time. If you can avoid him, this O’Reilly Auto Parts is a great place to go for parts.

Thank you to AJ..!!! From the time I walked in a bit distressed about a dead battery and no cables, AJ was most helpful!! Her professionalism and product knowledge was reassuring it was going to be ok..!! I bought the cables, got the truck back. AJ was busy, she had installed 3 batteries within the hour! However; even in all the rush AJ’s management skills were most expertise! She installed my new battery, my truck fired right up! Now I’m back on the road, rollin with confidence, thank you AJ!!

AJ the manager on duty, on 11-27-18 was beyond excellent. Despite being short staff she was expedient and did a superb job changing out my car battery. We need more people in leadership position like her, perfect person to lead a store...to lead.

If I could give no stars I would. Today was my first and LAST purchase from O'Reilly's. I ordered online to pick up in store. By the time my husband arrived at the store 30 mins later, there was no record of my purchase in their computer. After 45 more minutes of him waiting still nothing. Mind you they had already charged my card, so he couldn't just buy it and I would cancel later. The manager was very rude and no help at all. The associate was trying his best to help. Finally I called customer service to see what I could do from here. Apparently because my billing address was so far from the store they wanted to verify my identity. Which was no problem. My problem is that they didn't even have the comment courtesy to call me or send me an email to notify me of the delay. 'So almost 2 hours was wasted because of this. I guess that it never crossed their mind that you can brake down so far away from your home. That was the worst customer service all around that I have ever experienced. I don't know why they would act like my credit card was stolen and at least not call me to verify. This company must of originated in a high crime area or the owner is paranoid eIther way I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!! They just dont know it but have lost a really good customer that owns a Ford.
