*DONT BUY* I BOUGHT A BLOWER MOTOR FROM HERE AND IT WAS BURNT ON THE PIECE AND THE MOTOR DIDNT WORK.I DONT KNOW WHERE TGE RECIEPT IS AND AND ALSO WHAT AN HASSLE IF YOU PAY CASH U HAVE TO WAIT FOR A CHECK IN THE MAIL EVERYTHING IS A RUN AROUND HERE. I LEFT TGE NON WORKABLE ITEM ON THE COUNTER AND LEFT. WHAT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It’s a junk yard called about 2014 vw Passat for a front bumper,head light assembly and hood and wanted to charge 1200 dollars and couldn’t even tell me what color the parts would be

It's not pyp pick ur parts drove from Miami to find out fort Myers has no junkyard. Had to drive to Tampa for a real lkq pyp. Fort Myers false advertising on Google maps

I order an AC compressor from here that didn’t work. I returned the AC compressor. They tell me they wasn’t able to give me my cash back. They will have to mail me out a check a week later they tell me they made a mistake on my address they been dragging me to get my money back, but they have the item back . If you can avoid this place by all means necessary just go to the auto store. It’s not worth it still today. I’m waiting on my check. I’m getting very impatient.

One of the sale man in there are very rude I order a part they had send me the wrong part I had to drive 40 minutes to go get that part when I get there. It was the wrong part so it’s OK I was okay with that. so I went I called and I asked for the correct part and I ask him can he make sure that’s the correct part he just hung up on my face very disrespectful.

They do not want to work at all 11:30 and they said they are closed for lunch from the parking lot, Part is about a week late , so my recommendation ,, order somewhere else!!!!! And will update part review because I had to pay for part(used quarter panel) without seeing it because they cant update pics

Terrible customer service/phone etiquette. Kept placing me on random holds without notifying me and the one guy was hacking up a lung like he just got done chain smoking 50 cigarettes. The other lady kept cutting me off every time I tried to talk and was primarily the one who kept placing me on random holds. Do not work in customer service if you cannot deal with people on even a basic human level. Complete amateurs that work here and at least two of them should be fired, guaranteed these two individuals cost you guys money with how unprofessional they are.

Bought a L33 engine from them. Spent way to much time on hold for a commercial customer and finally got my engine. Installed engine and head was blown. Was covered under warranty but they didn't get me the replacement on the day it was supposed to be delivered... The driver showed up with an empty truck. When he finally had it they tried delivering it multiple times before business hours. Even though the driver had been informed of this issue the dispatch driver was rude and uncooperative. Dropped off new motor and was unable to load their core back up. said he would arrive Monday to pick it up and never showed up. Called extension 6697 and the guy just gave me useless excuses and said he would email dispatch. Motor still has not been picked up over 2 weeks since the warranty motor was dropped off. LKQ is clearly understaffed, underequipped and unreliable. I will find ANY other option before ordering a headache from them again. LKQ also created a fraudulent credit account on an account that was COD and attempted to charge me for a motor that they were responsible for and was provided at their agreed upon date - when I paid all invoices and provided cores per their terms. LKQ has been consistently harassing myself and my business . Management has refused to reach out or visit to actually resolve the situation. Internal communications are useless and fail consistently.

I Found the part on line and drove 100 miles to pick up. I was told it would be ready the next day after two. Paid for item and left. I called a dozen times (no answer) the next day to make sure it was ready. I called HQ and finally got “Rafael” to call back. He said it would be ready next day. Drove back another 100 miles and it wasn’t the right part or even the right color. Waste of my time and their time. I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS BUSINESS…

Excellent customer service. They had the part we needed in less than 24hrs and they even gave us a warranty on the part. We will definitely go back to them in the future if needed.

LKQ was a disaster. Charged me $390 for a bumper, that was no problem. They also were trying to charge $120 for an address change!?! Though I canceled the order they still charged $175 plus tax delivery fee even though I canceled the order before delivery. I was not informed of any this before. After I was contacted by a the company again nothing was done, the people was rude and I did not receive a refund. This place is a fraud.

From a commercial side of the business . I'm losing money when I buy parts from them . Mostly they don't work and quality controls would prevent a good amount of this . Long phone wait times as well. So far this month 70 % of parts are no good .Now my jobs go from a 2 day turnaround to a week or more of waiting.

Gave them my vin# and they ordered the wrong engine. Correct engine was a 1000$ more and two days out. Go to pick up Engine and its not there and there is no way i can get a discount? Very unacceptable will never order parts or suggest anyone to lkq of fort myers florida, terrible customer service

Worst customer service. Ac compressor I ordered had a piece missing spent like $90. The guy told me without the receipt there was nothing he could do about it. But when I called to order something else, placed on a very long hold just for them to hang up. Not once but four times.

Bobby is the worst over the phone representative of this company. He is very impolite and unprofessional. I tried to place an order, he “didn’t know” how to find my account/company because he does not know how other registered it as in their system. Never gave me a chance to help him spell it out. He was very negative and defiant. Hopefully they can hire somebody with better customer service skills. By the way, this was a call to the 1-800 number

Terrible service! I ordered a key fob and was originally told it would arrive last Tuesday. On last Tuesday I got a call telling me that the key was defective and didn’t pass inspection and that they had found a new that would be mail that day. I was told that the key fob would arrive Yesterday. Since I never received a tracking number in my email as promised and the stated delivery date had come had come and gone, I called this morning. Guess what?! No key had even been shipped. Apparently the second key also didn’t pass their inspection. Why sell a part you don’t have and say that it’s shipping today when I has not been inspected?

Horrible!!! I will never GO back!! Called for a alternator for my ford f150 they sold me the wrong part! Had to go back for them to tell me they had to order the part finally a week later got the part & guess what it was not the right part!! I gave them the vin # plus I brought the old alternator in & they never credited my card for the core charge!! Just a big headache!!!! They don't know what they are doing!! Buyer beware!!!!!!!!

Service was terrible. Ordered part that they had in stock. Was told be ready in an hour. Get there in 2 hours later.. part not ready and I must wait till next week. I said the tail light takes literly 2 minutes to take off. Guy too bad.. We are a 24hr yard. Next time amazon or eBay.

I ordered a alternator my truck and it arrived yesterday. When I picked up the package at the door my alternator was rolling around. I opened up the box and discovered there was absolutely no packing material used. To make things worse the alternator is cracked. Not sure if this was the result of shipping or just cracked from the beginning. Called today to get a refund and they are closed until Monday. Won't be dealing with these people anymore.

We have done business with LKQ for several years. Generally good results until recently. I bought a 4.0L engine for a Ford Explorer from them recently. After the mechanic had installed the engine at $650 and started it, the timing chain guide was bad. Called LKQ and they admitted the engine had not been tested. They sent another engine. This time the mechanic pulled the valve covers and discovered that the timing guide was broken on that one as well. So now I am out the $950 engine cost and the $650 mechanics bill and the customer is upset. I went else where and found a good engine and had it installed. LKQ response was "not sure how this happened, it should not have" The kicker is I have waited more than 3 weeks for a refund. Each time I call I get a different song and dance. Do business with these jerks at your own risk. I had to click on one star to post this but they deserve no stars.

Went there to pick up an ecm for my 04 Jeep that I ordered earlier that day. When I ordered it the guy said it would be available after 2 that day but when I went to pick it up the guy at the counter told me the person on the phone was a liar and it wouldn't be ready for 2 weeks, so I repeated what he said and then the guy said I had an attitude and started yelling at me calling me names and he told me he got off work at 5. Another employee had to come out and send him to the back so theno that employee got on the computer and apologized for the Spanish guy and found my ecm within 2 minutes and it took him 2 more minutes to go get the part. Very unprofessional and I will never go back.
