The dispatcher Paul was a HUGE help. The team was timely, polite, and understanding of irregular towing situations. I am going through a mountain of stress and their team eased this process so that it was one less thing to worry about.

Paul and GCA Towing are absolutely outstanding. I was in a tough situation with my RV stolen in Florida while I was all the way in Canada. After working with police to sort it out, things got more complicated and most companies would have walked away from the headache — but not this team.
They stepped in, navigated all the complications, and went out of their way to make sure my RV was properly and safely recovered and back in my possession. Their professionalism, persistence, and genuine care turned what could have been a nightmare into a huge relief.

I want to express my gratitude and praise to GCA towing. My daughter, my 8 yr old grandson and I were stranded in ft Myers due to the car breaking down. I called GCA towing. The gentleman said he could be there in 10 minutes. Before ending the call my daughter was able to start the car. The gentleman said please call me back if the the car breaks down again before you get home. We did make it home. This towing company even called an hour later just to check to make sure we made it home safe. Wow. Thank you. This is the towing company I will use if ever needed again.
This company does an outstanding job. They answer their phones and are always prompt about getting back with you. Paul helped me out a lot at a time when I really needed it. These guys are professionals and they give you a fair price!
I spoke to Paul told him I had an RV that I need moved, told him my budget. And I appreciate his honesty told me it would be over my budget and proceeded to say that look around other agency, because he doesn’t want to take advantage of my situation. GCA Towing and Recovery were most helpful ,punctual.and a great group to work with.My car was in a very difficult position in a dangerous location. They were able to safely extract it and get it on the flatbed and deliver to the Auto shop for mechanical repair. I would highly recommend GCA Towing and Recovery
My best experience with a tow truck company yet. I ran out of gas on the side of the road. I called GCA, they answered first ring. Said it would take 20 minutes to get to me and they were there in 6 minutes. Carlos was my tow truck driver, he was very polite, very fast. Give that boy a raise!! Thank you guys so much!
Called this guy today (5/29/25) for a quote to tow my vehicle. He asked me to text him the information, instead of just writing it down and giving me a quote, but I obliged. Sent him a text at 6:11. He read it at 6:13. It’s currently 7:52, Platinum Towing has already come and towed my vehicle, and I’m yet to get a price from this guy. Do not contact this guy if you’re looking for someone organized, or efficient. He might be cheap, though… Couldn’t tell you. I’m still waiting on a quote…

I was being forced to move by the county some kind of ordinance violation they claimed. These guys did a tremendously professional courteous affordable job which enabled me to relocate to an even better place keep my home and keep my sanity.
Absolutely great service! I called and in less than an hour was safely home with my unfortunate dead pickup truck. Luckily I was not far from home. I would give them 10 stars if could. These guys are life savers. I'm a flat bed trucker who needed help resecuring my load. Carlos and Ariel killed it, no time wasted. Carlos ran to Home Depot, Ariel set up the boom and forklift, I unstrapped the load. They helped me with getting the straps reset. They were knowledgeable of what needed to be done, cutting wedges, raising the load, setting dunnage, amazing. They made sure I would be back on the road ASAP. All around the best experience I have had with a towing company. They are hard workers and happy to help. Thank you so much for saving me today, I owe you many.
Fast service on a Saturday. From the call to dispatch making me feel comfortable in an already stressful situation. To the quick arrival of the flatbed. Did a great job. They had the right equipment to get the job done. Have a 24 ft boat on trailer total length 32 ft. and they made it look easy. If I ever need towing for anything it will be this company.
