Very courteous they suggested for my jump-start that I call airport security but they dispatched the truck to me anyway and when I was able to contact the airport security for my jump they returned my money within moments in minutes
GREAT COMPANY. USA towing saw me struggling to with my tire while they were busy on another job and I asked if he had a tool on his truck to help me. He said no. When I called asking for a tow after I had given up a few hours later, he remembered me and came over the next morning with the tools to help me free of charge. Excellent people! Highly recommend!
Yesterday I experienced a complete breakdown in the middle of traffic. Called USA Towing- a very nice female rep answered and had Tom headed to us right away. Superior service. UNFORTUNATELY I call back the next day and a Michael answers. Very rude. Hung up on me twice after telling me I owe money if they towed my car yesterday. He failed to listen to anything I said. I already paid the tow truck driver and was needing another tow from the service center to the dealership due to blown motor. Michael, however, was extremely rude, did not listen to what I was saying and said I needed to come to the center and pay them. I said I don't have a car and don't owe money. I need my car towed to the dealership. He said "that's not my problem". I don't owe money. I have my receipt. So I called back and asked for someone else's help- and informed Michael I didn't like how he was talking to me. He didn't care and said "then call back tomorrow and hung up". Michael needs to hang the keys up and lose the attitude.
I called USA Towing for a work reason. Needed to get a forklift loaded to one of our transport trailers. I work with towing companies all over the country nearly on a daily basis - I wish they were all as professional and courteous as USA Towing. Both Rick and Dawn whom I spoke with were great - and knowledgeable!
They were prompt and did exactly what they said for the price quoted. Thank you! I hope to work with you again.

My mother had just died and I was trying to help my disabled Uncle get his RV off my mother's property. The guy that was sent out to tow the RV came and was in such a hurry in less then 2 minutes he broke the Jake and the RV fell into the palm trees on the right. We had to saw the trees to try again and right when we were ready the guy floored the gas so fast he rammed the fence with the side door and destroyed it along with the siding. When I said, why did you gun it like that. He got in his car and left and never came back. My RV was only half way out.
My daughter just bought a car, it's a 94 Toyota she hasn't had it long. Yesterday while driving on the interstate, her back tires fell off and caused the car to spin out of control luckily she wasn't injured. It had to be towed and since she's only 19, I told her I would call to find a tow truck. The lady I spoke with first was Dawn she said it would be hours before they could get there, and was concerned since it was on the interstate it may not be there by the time they came. Per her advice I called a few other places. After calling other tow companies, some were rude, and some didn't even seem to care to tow her car or if they did they wanted to charge a small fortune for a tow to a place that wasn't even very far. At least I was offered suggestions from Dawn who was the one I called first and who also said if you can't get anyone call us back. After several calls, time was ticking I called Dawn back and she said it would be still around and hour, so I said I will then take my chance to wait for her. The point is.... choosing her company was a great decision. The price was fair and service was outstanding she called to let me know it was taken to where I requested. Being a local one thing I notice is being from here as we get bigger our customer service seems to be a thing of the past. I own a business myself and I truly make it my priority to treat people like I wanted to be treated. It makes me so proud to know as a Floridian , business owner but more importantly as a mom of kids that are on the road driving. To know there are still people like Dawn out there, yes...showing customers you can still make money while being fair!!

When You call and he’s half asleep, the customer service is horrible you get NO and YEAH! Customer service is key to a business clearly you don’t care.
These people are very insensitive to college students. They practically robbed me of all my savings. I have had to move back in with my parents and not go to college for another year. Thanks USA Towing, way to crush a kids dream off of a silly parking incident.
Do not do business with these people!!! They cut my front bumper on my brand new car and denied it to the end and charged me 200$ to get it out not even 10 hours after! The management is horrible and unprofessional!
Unlike the drama queen below my car was towed from the same community because I was wrongfully parked I paid my bill and was on my way great customer service no damage to my Mercedes
USA Towing is amazing!! Got stuck at a friend's house because of axle problems. Called and they had someone out asap. I wouldnt go to anyone else when it comes to tow needs. Best place in town! If I would give 10 stars I would!
WOW!! Talk about fast service I called and they were to me within the hour late at night to pickup me and my car. The driver got me and my car home safely. I will 100% use them again in the future if the need occurs! Thank you USA Towing!
Excellent customer service, reasonably priced.
My experience with them was due to my Father getting into a car crash so I was obviously worried. The gentleman that picked up the car from the road was oh so nice, polite, full of information for me regarding the next steps. He gave me the business car and even told me how to get there from my home.
Once at the office, the attendant took us over to take items out if the car and she even told us how to manage the license plate.
Exceeded my expectations!!! They're really great!!!
They were there in minutes, had the right kind of truck, explained everything to me and got my kids car home. Customer service was excellent, I'll be using them again even if I need to wait. Wish I would have know about them earlier, they were recommended by another towing company that could not get here tonight. I highly recommend them, and have never "reviewed" any other company on google before but my experience with them deserves some recognition.
