Very rude, the assistant manager Jason, was mumbling stuff under his breath about Spanish speaking customers. While I was waiting in line for my turn. I let him greet me as I didn’t walk up and demand service. I let him do it at his own time. Which was never.
He said “you looking for help or something”
I said of course, I was waiting on you. Not standing in line else where.
I was the only person standing in his line. Rude for no reason. If he doesn’t like his job or workplace. He should find somewhere where they accept nasty behavior. Will never return.
I am very grateful to Jason for his exceptional service; he was incredibly helpful, and I truly appreciate everything he did for me. I wholeheartedly recommend O'Reilly and their outstanding service.

I come to this O’reilly Auto Parts location frequently, I always get what I need and it’s a very convenient location. Although, there’s one employee named Johan who gives me nasty looks. I don’t know him, but I think he has something against me and it’s uncomfortable being watched when I’m trying to shop in peace. :(

I needed a battery for my Jeep, ordered it on line, went directly to the store, it was pulled and ready to go. They tested my old battery and installed the new one quickly while I waited.

Professional parts people who you can trust mr.manny.and mr.carl.and jasmine.they are so professional as soon I open the door I heard good morning and then on my turn of Services manny help me with all parts I was needs and give me so much good information about my car from his computer parts description so I used for future parts needs. The young gentlemen Victor short with long hair was very pleasant! He took his time explaining the purpose of the part I needed, and did it with enthusiasm. That is GREAT CUSTOMER servc. You could tell that he really enjoyed his job. I wish more places had people like him! Thank you victor!!
Some of the friendliest well trained staff. They help out with anything automotive. Store is clean and in well working order. I never get a "no" but instead get " we will get it here as soon as possible".
I called as I was driving down the street to get the parts for my car and by the time I pulled into the parking lot and hung up the phone the gentleman behind the counter was already pulling my parts and getting my order ready for me! Great place for hard to find parts. Staff is bilingual Spanish/English and are very knowledgeable with vehicles of all kinds. Prices are competitive. They price match.
My first visit to an O'Reilly store. Nicely surprised by the great staff there, the lady spent the time looking for the proper part, and was very helpful finding info about the part I needed. They didn't have it in stock at the time, but the excellent service will sure make me return again whenever I'm in need of more parts.
