I've been having my car serviced at this location for about 3 years. There has been a change in staff from time to time however I am still very satisfied with there knowledge and professionalism. My car is a 2016 so having service done at the car dealership is not my option. I will continue bringing my car to Tire Choice
I stopped by to get a nail out of the center of my front tire and told them I wanted to get a patch put on they took the vehicle in started looking at all 4 tires and told me that it’s patchable but that they couldn’t put a path cause my tires were some what worn I bought these tires new and only put 18,000 miles on them when these tires are for 45,000 then he try to sell me 4 sets of tire . I told him I just wanted a patch and the manager Gibson said I can’t do it and if I wanted to install the tires I told him no leave it like it is , he seems surprised but not knowing that I was a retired mechanic that tire was patchable and wanted to make more money out of me then just a $15 patch , then I ended up going to another tire choice a few miles away and no questions asked patch was installed , be careful with this location if you go in with something that is probably under $50 they will try to hit you with something more that you probably don’t need at that time. BEWARE
Has to be the best tire shop I’ve ever been to. This crew is super helpful, professional, and care about the customer. I live in Naples and drive an hour to this shop for all my tire needs. I will not be going anywhere else.
Dropped car off with a 8:00 appointment..explained I needed my car by 10:30. I was told they would call when done. No call…at 10:45 I called and was met with attitude! “Your car was done by 10:30-not sure what else you want”. I wanted a call like you promised so I didn’t have to take a chance of it not being done. When I arrived to pick up I asked why I didn’t get a call and explained it had sent my day into a tail spin. He said “well I’m busy”. No sorry..so rude about it..and then my car was parked in a handicap spot at pickup
I have been coming here for two years and I always do same service today. There was a guy he said he was manager. I never seen him before and he said the service I asked they don’t never do that and but I did it almost 10 times I had to drive all the way back and I had to return the oil I paid for The worst experience with this place the lady on the phone say yes I can do it. She made my appointment, but this guy said no I can’t. It was very unprofessional.
I would highly recommend Tire Choice. They are always extremely helpful, friendly, professional, and care about your needs and want you to leave in good shape with your vehicle. The front desk people and the techs are always a pleasure to do business with. They are attentive to your needs and do a great job at getting the job done well. I will return next time I have a tire need.
While traveling 190 miles from home, I experienced a blowout on the highway. My spare tire could only take me 50 miles in my vehicle requires a specialized tire that is not commonly stocked. I was in a difficult situation and worried I would be stranded. It was truly a relief and a bit of a miracle that your team located the exact tire I needed and insured it was installed quickly and safely. The employees went above and beyond to make sure I could get back on the road and return home without further issues. I’d like to extend my thanks to everyone involved. Fastest oil change and tire inspection I've ever had. Fair prices, didn't try to take advantage and sell me something I don't need, def would recommend
My fiancée went in Saturday at around noon when they told him they could get him in for an alignment, he had told them his truck was lifted and the man told him it should be no problem. Once he got there the man I would assume he talked to came out and said the person he had there wouldn’t be able to do it after seeing his truck and then told my fiancée to come back Monday (today) at 8 am and have his “master mechanic” do it for him as early as possible bc we need to get back home in Daytona. When my fiancée got there they turned him away and told him he also can’t do it, this may not seem like a big deal but if they weren't going to be able to do the alignment then we should of been told because now we have to drive back with no alignment and on the way down here with the alignment being so bad it made the outside of his tires completely bald. Just super frustrating and on top of it all, the guy he talked to the first day that told him to come back Monday never even put him back in the system for an appointment so when my fiancée got there he wait for 30 minutes just to be told nothing can be done to help. I will say the people he talked to were not rude, just a bunch of mis-communication when we couldn’t just simply gone somewhere else.
Had a great experience here today. Got a low tire alert while driving on 75, heading home which was over two hours away. Pulled off the interstate and found a screw in the tire. This was the closest place to me and it was a good choice to go there, they didn’t try to sell me a tire and say it was too close to the side wall, they just plugged my tire and let me get home. It was on the expensive side for a plug, but honestly I just wanted to get home.
Took my car for a standard alignment - their work was so poor that my car then pulled further to the right that it was essentially unsafe to drive. Took it back in later that week explaining my problem, dropped it off at 7AM with an appointment, only to learn later that afternoon that they hadn’t even touched my car yet. It just sat there for 8 hours. When I arrived; they blamed the poor driving and alignment issues on my front tires and gave me a quote on tires alone.
Took it to a competitor shop and they set up my alignment perfectly and told me I have plenty of life left on my tires.
Would give zero cars if I could. Waste of time and $100 down the drain. Find somewhere else.
Mike at Tire choice tried and tried to sell me on the master cylinder being bad on my 2020 Honda Odyssey minivan. I had taken my vehicle in for a brake noise and a suspension inspection. Mike was too busy trying to sell me a master cylinder, instead of actually inspecting my vehicle. He missed a broken coil spring on the left rear. All in all, the service writer Mike tried to sell me something I did not need, and he didn’t have a mechanic on duty the day my appointment was made for. The shop is very disorganized, and very, very dirty and greasy. You can only make a first impression once.
Made appointment for oil change and mentioned $39.99 coupon. Was told no problem. Went in for service the next day and was quoted $69 because car took 0.7 quart more oil. I mentioned no tire rotation was needed as it only had 2,000 miles since last oil change. Still $69 charge. Would not recommend visiting this place.
My experience at this establishment was so great! My tire had a small leak, so I took it in to get it patched. I did not realize my tires had antitheft wheel locks on them and I did not have the key. Thankfully I found it and was able to take it back in that same day to get my tire patched. Mike was so helpful with this and was so nice. I will definitely be going back for tires in the future!!
This Tire Choice location wins my 5 star Google award for honesty, integrity, professionalism and all around great service. Justin took excellent care of me and provided me with a detailed report of my vehicles past service records. For all the reasons above, I will be bringing my car here for service. I just wanted an oil change. I literally had just come from getting new tires installed. I had an appointment at 130. They didn't pull the car in until 215. I told them i want JUST AN OIL CHANGE. The guy proceeds to start checking all the tires. The desk girl said "it's corporate policy they must do a full inspection.". Good grief. You better have a couple hours to burn if you come here. They did do the work in 25 min. Would be good had they honored the appointment. Btw THEY DON'T INCLUDE DISPOSAL OR "SHOP FEE". Oh, and only 5 quarts comes with the change price. An extra quart of full synthetic was $13! So that was an extra $25. This is why i always do my own changes.
Had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, etc. After we had come for appt and were waiting, a friend of a worker came in. He was taken before us, as we waited. The place is disgustingly dirty. I was afraid to touch anything as there was oil on everything. They better have used full synthetic oil as that's what I paid for. This place is not nice. I will not ever come here again.
My First visit to any Tire Choice location. From the start, Manager Mailene Lopez greeted, was friendly, clear and built confidence. I was delighted with the unexpected Courtesy Inspection Report, followed up with a friendly call to explain all. Great recommendations on an easy to understand form, and clear photo documentation. The entire process was a pleasure. We WILL come back.
This is the best location I’ve been too. Mayline (I have no clue how to spell it but she pronounced it “May-lean”) was amazing. She’s knowledgeable, helpful, patient, honest, kind… pretty much everything you could hope for to have working directly with customers. I previously went to another location and they were awful. This location was such a great experience and they were so quick. Thank you!!
On Labor Day I needed to have a service done and Tire Choice was the only place open. Marlene was so pleasant on the phone, and when I came in her and the team quickly solved my issue. Then my tire light decided to come the next day. I work in Naples, so I just knew every place would be closed by the time I returned home and I didn’t want to chance getting a flat on 75 if I waited one more day. But I saw that Tire Choice closed at 7pm. I hate being that person to come in last minute but Marlene was able to squeeze me in to have everything checked, and she didn’t make me feel like she was irritated that I came in late. I’m just really appreciative of the customer service from this auto shop. This will be my first go to now! Thank you!

Marlene at the service desk was very knowledgeable. The mechanics only did an oil change and checkup, but I didn’t get hammered with a bunch of “you need this done now” stuff. The recommendations the mechanics offered are all things I planned on getting done next time, per the owners manual. So thank you for your professionalism! I will be back!
I was in the area and had my tire pressure display indicate one low tire. I checked it on a stop and found a nail in that tire. I looked up nearby repair shops and picked Tire Choice. I spoke to Mike who said he could squeeze me in asap. Awesome! From there is went smooth like clockwork. They valued my time, did a quality job and at a fair price. I was extremely pleased with my experience! Thank you!!!
I'm not in the business of killing other businesses. I'll give one star because it's the minimum. $$$$$$ with horrible customer service. Go to tire kingdom and feel valued. My car was ready for me . Nice air pressure work.
