I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Andy, the owner of Andy's Towing. To put it bluntly, it was one of the most frustrating encounters I've ever had. Andy's demeanor was shockingly rude and unprofessional from the very start.
Instead of providing the assistance I expected from a towing service, Andy seemed more interested in being dismissive and condescending. His lack of basic courtesy and unwillingness to communicate respectfully left me baffled. It's astonishing how someone in a customer-facing role could exhibit such blatant disregard for common decency.
If you're looking for a towing service that values its customers and treats them with respect, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. My experience with Andy's Towing was not just disappointing—it was downright infuriating. Save yourself the trouble and find a company that understands the importance of professionalism and good customer service.
I've come to Andy's for many years now. He takes very good care of my vehicles! Hes a very kind and hard working business owner. I'd recommend him to anybody!
Please don’t use this company. The owner is very rude and disrespectful. Treated me and my family like we were beneath him. I own two companies I would never treat any of my clients in this manner. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a horrible experience he did absolutely nothing to correct his behavior or fix his mistakes in the matter at hand. He ruined my kids morning because he felt so entitled and above everyone else he never lets you talk he acts as if he is GOD himself and we are all peasants. Treated us so terribly I’m just at a loss for words because I wish their was something I could do to make sure they never serviced anyone again. I do not recommend.
Horrible service very unprofessional pushed my 9 year old son to the ground I should have called the police never again will we use this towing company they should be ashamed of themselves the way they treat people especially around the holidays. DO NOT USE ANDYS TOWING they have no compassion.
Andy is probably the friendliest and humblest tow truck driver/owner I’ve ever encountered. He was friendly and understanding. Really treated me like family and didn’t harass me looking for money like other drivers will do. I would call Andy for all my car towing, lockout, battery issue needs. He’s really great!
HORRIBLE. Difficult to work with, extremely rude and towed car to the wrong tire shop even though they were given the exact address where our special-order tire was delivered! Then they delayed towing it to the right shop, and only towed it after we kept begging them repeatedly to do so. We were stuck without the car for an extra day because of their incompetence.
This tow truck just pulled out in front of me on Vizacaya in Cape Coral. I was inches from hitting him. This is not ok! The driver needs to pay more attention. This was not safe driving, especially for a tow truck company.
Overpriced, questionable practices, needs city, county, State, Federal Small Businesses practices....Andy stated we only take cash" while displaying visa,master, AMEX cards, window plaques.
They worked on my Hondas & Infiniti - and do a great job! U get what u pay for! They fix it right the 1st time! Always honest & professional! As a woman, it's nice to have a place I can go & not be mistreated or robbed! Great guy & staff ....Thanks Andy for everything!!!
I used Andy's several times already........for our company cars as for our personal cars. It was always a pleasure dealing with Andy and his team. Think about it....when you have to call a towing company you are not in a happy place to begin with........Andy always made me calm down and felt taken care of. He always kept his word when somebody will show up and how much things will cost......
I will use him again and again and again.......if I have to....which I hope as towing service will not be so soon again...... :)

I have never in my life dealt with more rude people. Never had my car towed before, so I wasn’t sure what to do and when I called to ask them questions they literally laughed me off the phone. And when I came in they were so incredibly disrespectful. Very unprofessional.
Prepare for outrageous prices with the most disrespectful dispatch and drivers they give you a price were you my as well leave it in there they are definitely not worth the time or money there is plenty better in this local area i do not recommend them at all please consider looking around first thanks.
