Customer service was helpful and upfront with pricing and Arrival time. Driver ( Adam) gave me a call when he was almost there. He was on time, professional and polite. All and all great service
Last June I was in a car accident & my car was towed by alligator towing. I was getting my things out of my car but there was traffic & the officer said to leave the rest & pick them up later. I went to get them the next day & my car had been completely cleaned out, everything stolen. I talked to the front office & they called the manager, all they said was I could file a police report which I did. Over 1000.00 of personal items were stolen from my car.
I have severe depression & am finally written this review, wanted to warn you about alligator towing.
I will not use them again they charge way to much to haul my trunk 120 miles $2400 the guy when I call to get the tow said it should be $1600 at most but I needed to get truck back there tow truck truck transmission was broke so the guy only drove 40 Miles an hour all the way back and they charged me by the hour which was $245 So end up billing me 8 1/2 hours for the Tow, which was a lot more than we agreed on so this will be my last time using them use them over the years they were reasonable
A freak accident rendered my car useless. Adam delivered a vehicle he was working on and picked my car up right after to deliver it to me in a different city. Great customer service and understanding. Thanks Adam and thanks Alligator towing.
Smooth service! My totaled car was towed and safely stored. When I emptied my car, they took me to my car. My car was bought and Rose was so knowledgeable and looking out for me! Right to the end. Thank you for your advice and kindness! She really did give me guidance. I am very grateful! Definitely recommended!

No one wants to have to call the tow truck driver. Adam Ambrose of Alligator Guardian was amazing! He turned our nightmare into a minor situation . He handled our car with care and treated us with respect and kindness. Our car was in a strange position and we knew it could be incredibly damaged by the tow truck driver yanking it out. Adam carefully moved it 1 inch at a time with caution and the car suffered the most minimal damage. We can’t thank Adam and the alligator team enough for. It’s such a relief in the midst of an emergency to know you’re in their good hands.

On August 27, 2025 I had my RV towed because it was disabled. The driver running the heavy duty wrecker was a great guy. Somehow in moving the RV around I had about $200 worth of damage to the tow wiring on the very back of my RV. I contacted Alligator Towing about it and based on all the circumstances, we weren’t sure where the damage came from. However, Alligator Towing, offered to pay for the damages, even though they may not have caused them. The office staff and everyone that I worked with on this was amazing. I highly recommend this company.
I had a car STUCK in my lawn. Had lots of people telll me it would be very expensive to move. But Aiden had it popped out and had the wheels moving in less time than it takes most tow truck drivers to write up a quote. Aiden gets way more than 5 stars in my book.
Great towing service, Driver was an amazing guy (I forgot his name) but he showed up on time and hooked up to the vehicle with no hesitation... Driver was very cool guy!! I wish I can remember his name but Its not coming to me.. anyways great customer service and great dispatch service as well. 10/10 would recommend.
Joe and Aiden were absolute life savers! Our heroes at 230 in the morning after being stuck on the side of I75 trying to get help from our rental cars road side assistance and being told they can’t help us for hours we finally were directed to Alogator towing and they were there in 20 minutes. Towed us off the highway and changed our flat tire and we were back on the road on 30 minutes. There are not enough words to tell everyone how great that company is!! Would recommend to anyone who needs help!! Thank you Joe and Aiden for your wonderful service and attitude at 230 am!!!!
Tow truck driver was great in both towing and customer service. The admin side and I had some disconnects regarding payment, but the tow truck driver stepped in and made sure that went smoothly too. I wish I remembered his name because he was fantastic.
Tommy and Jeff, we’re amazing guys to work with they. Jeff pulled me out of a ditch and Tommy told me to a repair shop. Thank you guys so much you guys were great help.
We were stranded at the dog beach 25 miles from home. They were able to take our car there, without hesitation. The tow truck driver looked at the situation and was able to get us going. He saved us from the tow. The charge was more than fair. They turned frustration to total satisfaction!
Tommy was great! My truck was stuck and he came fast, was super friendly, and got me out right away. Really appreciate the help and would call this company again for sure.

Alligator towing is a great company that handle safely and precise our farm equipment movement. Chris one of their crane operators was very handy. He has a lot of experience and a great actitude.
My company uses this tow truck service. I had broken down and they were there to save the day to bring me a truck from my company and another time to tow me back. I’m so thankful for Alligator Towing…I’m just to the Fort Myers area and I blew a tire on 75N heading to Tampa…called Alligator Towing and not only did they have a tow truck to me within 15 mins but the kind lady on the phone helped me find a tire shop that was less than 4 mins away to get it fixed!! Highly recommend!

My experience with Alligator Towing & Recovery Inc. was beyond disappointing, it was infuriating. The level of unprofessionalism, lack of transparency, and blatant disregard for customers’ time and money is unacceptable.
It’s truly baffling how a business like this is still allowed to operate. From the moment I interacted with them, it was clear that customer service is not a priority. The process was disorganized, communication was poor, and the staff was dismissive at best.
If you value your time, peace of mind, and hard-earned money, RUN!
Matt was on time and VERY professional. He took great care of our Bus from the minute he arrived. Outstanding man and really know what he is doing! I would use no other yow service!
Alligator Towing is awesome. We had a front right tire blowout on our motorhome. They were one of the only companies who had the equipment to tow us. They were extremely responsive and communicated with us through the entire process. They got to us pretty quickly, and the tow operator Matt was awesome! He treated our rig like it was his own, and he went above and beyond to get us off the side of I75 during a tropical storm with intense downpours. He really was awesome! Highly recommend Alligator Towing if you need a tow in Southwest Florida.
Alligator towing is a phenomenal towing service. They are kind, understanding, quick and actually pretty affordable. My car’s safeguard in the front got bent due to hitting a puddle hard during some rain, and was able to get a tow pretty easy. The dispatcher we talked to, Miles, was clear and kind, explain all the prices and was able to defused the panic I was in. When the tow came, Jason, the operator, was fantastic. Jason went above and beyond with handling my car and I could not thank him enough.
