The driver in FM with "tow lives matter" on the truck driving like a maniac. No turn signals, cut off two cars, then sat beside them at the red light. ALL lives matter. Drive safely especially when you are driving a big vehicle like that!! Turn signals are NOT optional.
Awesome experience with the owner over the phone amazing experience with the person who picked my car up (Yasmany). Felt safe in the truck while he was driving and felt safe handing my keys over to him. He got it loaded and unloaded safely and efficiently. I run a tow truck and have for the past 23 years however it's my day off LOL Mike showed up and did a great job towing my already low mustang and got me safely to the tire shop. Took great care of my girl. Thank you guys so much
Your heavy holler tow truck needs to learn how to drive. He come flying across four lanes of traffic on MLK leaving the little gas station almost causing an accident. I have dash cam footage. Was unable to catch the truck number but it was a little skinny driver
The nicest driver from A Budget Towing came to tow our car to the repair shop. He came exactly when he said he would arrive. Turns out it was a temporary problem that resolved itself and the tow was not necessary. The lovely driver also gave some instruction on a more efficient way to park the car in the garage. This caliber of customer service is simply unheard of these days. Will always use A Budget Towing for any future issues. Thanks so much!

I just wanted to leave a note of thanks and gratitude to A-Budget Towing and to Manny, the tow truck driver who came to our rescue! We had just arrived in Florida for a vacation and upon getting our rental vehicle and leaving the airport, our rental car broke down halfway to where we were staying. The rental company contacted A-Budget Towing and Manny arrived within a short amount of time. He was professional, polite, and offered to drive us back to the airport so that we didn't have to wait on an Uber to pick us up and take us back to get another vehicle. If all of the drivers are like Manny, then anyone who uses A-Budget Towing is in for a great experience during what can be a very difficult time. I had a flat tire all the way in Cape Coral, I live in Lehigh. I called for a tow truck at 11 pm, Nate came as quick as possible and did everything amazing. It wasn’t awkward on the ride to my house either he was an awesome person to talk to especially in a bad scenario I was in with my tire being flat. He went above and beyond for my services, thank you Nate.
If you're going to drive a big red Tow Truck with your company's name on it, it's probably a good idea to not drive like an impatient imbecile. Be courteous your representing that company on your truck

I woke up to find my car had a flat tire. I needed the car towed to the dealership and Budget towing was called and arrived within 45 minutes!! Frank was the driver and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect person to show up. I was a nervous wreck!! He was so kind and patient that he helped me feel secure in the process. I had a flat tire and needed a tow truck to bring my car from work to an auto center. Frank was the tow truck driver my car insurance agent sent. Frank had my car hitched on the back of the tow truck and reversed out of the parking lot incredibly fast. I was concerned since I was at work and not able to follow the tow truck. Later that day I picked up my car from the auto center and noticed a huge scratch on my car. I spoke with the manager at the auto center and the tow truck company. Frank took photos of my entire car prior to towing it. At drop off he only took 1 picture, even though he told me he’d take pictures at drop off. Because he only took the 1 picture at drop off I am now stuck with a huge scratch on my car and no one will fix it. After using this tow truck company I am now stuck with an even bigger issue then before I used this company. A car scratch is more expensive than the flat tire. Stay away from this business.
Five star service! Tow truck arrived very quickly and was able to find me in an odd place by showing me how to share my location. FRANK IS AN AMAZING PERSON! Not only was he super kind and reassuring, but he is a very talented tow operator and was able to extract my vehicle from a very complicated situation in bad weather quickly and carefully. He even stayed with me and made sure I was safe after the vehicle was towed. HIGHLY QUALIFIED TOW and 100/100 would use again or recommend to anyone!

I called state farm for towing assistance and budget towing showed up quickly to help. My car totally shut down and I thought something was wrong with the electrical system. But the gentleman knew immediately that it was the battery! I was amazed! He also showed me how to get into my car when the key fob wouldn't work. Within 2 minutes he had my car running! These guys are awesome and very knowledgeable and professional! I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again in the event I need their services.
Today while at work was having issues with my car not starting. I was referred to budget towing by a good friend. Let me tell you thank god I called because not only are they fairly priced but they were also able to arrive out to my location very fast. The driver Franky was incredibly professional and was able to work with me in my situation. He went well over above and beyond to make sure that he could tow my car out of a small packed parking garage. He handled my vehicle with care and respect and kept in constant contact with me in regards to when he would be arriving on scene, en rout to the tow location, and when the vehicle was dropped off. Thank you Franky and budget towing for the help. You will be the first team that I call if I need you guys again.
Frank was my driver and he did an excellent job. His communication was on point, he got to me quicker than said quote time, and was very helpful. I liked the fact that he also sent me a picture after he dropped on my car so that I knew it was in the lot. 10/10 service
Breaking down on the side of the road is scary, but A Budget made the experience so much less so! From the super friendly receptionist to the easy payment to the extremely friendly and professional driver, I’m so thankful to all of them for making the process as seamless as possible. They dropped my car off right where I wanted it.
Was waiting on a tow for over 2 1/2 hours Had to call my insurance co to send someone else. They assigned A Budget Towing and I was told the wait would be 1 hour. Not even 30 minutes had gone by and Zac showed up with his tow truck. What a nice and polite young man. He ensured me he would get me out and tow me to the dealership .2 miles away. Mind you I was in a busy Walmart parking lot but he maneuvered around like it was a piece of cake. I asked him for a business card to keep in my vehicles. I can assure you I will definitely give A Budget Towing a call should I need a tow again.
