This is the worst tow company that we’ve ever used, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, we had a truck rollover, we picked up most of the debris, the tow truck driver told us that he could have his people finish cleaning up the items off the ground for $190 per hour, it was sodas and aluminum pans, he said that it would be $200 basic tow and so much per mile, he finally started to try and hook up to the truck and he couldn’t, another guy comes, strapping our truck down and tearing up more pieces of our truck, I truck doesn’t arrive to it’s destination for 3 1/2 hours later, I texted him before that and asked where he was and he said that he was dropping off other vehicles, then he proceeds to tell me that the bill is $1010.00 , I said are you sure, and why ? He said

I don’t know where they get their numbers from, but this was the most ridiculous thing that I’ve ever seen ! I sat in my personal vehicle watching the guys doing the cleanup and it only took them 20 minutes, I confronted the guy about it, all he said that is it what it is, how do you rip people off like that ?
I won’t ever use this company again

They really did a great job. I gave them the pick up address, drop off address and instructions. They did not need micromanaging. It was great.

Called for a tow informed them the truck was on the side of the house and was missing a wheel they said no problem I paid them agreed amount to tow it 10 miles showed up couldn't drag it onto the flatbed so I put the wheel back on still were having issues loading it up on the truck as the winch wasnt strong enough to pull a pickup truck up hit another vehicle in the yard completely denting and ruining It in the process then when we finally got it loaded onto the flatbed and all tied down and into the street the driver said he was gonna unhook all the chains from it and drop it off right where it sat if I didn't pay him more because the job was a "inconvenience" to him had to call another company to tow it away since he wouldn't bring it to the agreed spot would definitely never use them again for the simple fact of property destruction and extortion
Recovered a truck parked by a house, charged $300. to put it on bed on wrecker, then demanded more money to take it to destination it needed to go to, my friend had no more money on him so wrecker driver dropped the truck out on the public street.
My bf recently got in a car accident and his car was towed here. These people are so sweet and answered our phone calls every time we called (which was a lot!) They were so kind when we arrived both times to visit the car and retrieve items. Overall, the best experience we could’ve had in a terrible situation! Going forward we will definitely use them for personal tows, etc.
The name itself doesn't do it any justice when describing the level of service that they provide. From the receptionist to the tow truck driver, this family owned business is one that prides themselves on how they treat people and the way they handle vehicles. After a traumatic experience with Florida Highway Patrol, they didn't take any favoritism and treated me based on a human and not what was told to them by biased police officers. They gave me ample time to inspect the vehicle and all of the belongings left inside was there and accounted for. Superior Towing is a professional, reliable, honest company that provides expert towing and retrieval services. I would recommend them based on the incredible encounter I had. Great Job Guys! They towed my car which was fine. The issue is that they broke off a part on my car, he told me he would fix and bring to me. Been a few weeks and he hasn't showed up with my part. Called him and he said he would bring by later in the day, which was a few weeks ago.

24 hour towing for what?
I called because my car broke down on my way home and needed towed to my apartment so it didn't end up in the impound. Guy tells me they aren't doing it. No specific reason just told me to keep calling around til I find someone.
This company said they would be there and was there at the specified time. The driver named Sonny was a knowledgeable and professional who took great care of my car. A highly recommended tow service.

I used Superior Towing to tow my truck and was very satisfied with the overall service. I was able to get a quote before arranging the tow and the price seemed reasonable. The driver was very prompt, efficient, and professional.
Hopefully, I never need a tow again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to use this company again.
I had a flat tire (after 5pm) and had called several towing companies (all of them had a wait of at least 1-2 hours) Superior Towing said they'd get to me in 30 min and they did! The man that helped me was so nice, professional and was quick about getting my car to a nearby tire place. Will definitely use them again (although hopefully not too soon lol)
They exceeded all our expectations for a towing service. Extremely professional and friendly service. They arrived on time and were priced fairly. We received a follow up call after the service was provided to ensure vehicle was delivered. Without any hesitation at all would recommend and use their services if needed. Sheriff department towed my car by a mistake. Went to pick it up and was told I had to have original title. Not the copy they give at DMV electronic title copy or a title that's been signed over from owner to me! They did it to get 2 more days storage fees ($70 more). Was told on Saturday cost was $187. As well as not allowing anyone in the office to see hi crooked operation, and made me wait more than an hour standing on the side of the street outside his gate. A gate that by law must post rates, charges, and payments that are accepted!! There is NONE!! Upon pickup Tues. The price was now almost

And $50 to get my computer out of the car

Is a slimy, half wit that apparently has made a living ripping off local folks with gouging charges. He charges more than the law allows in Ft myers. And if you want your car back, you have no choice. I have filed a complaint of gouging with the state attorney general office and am represented by an attorney. My car was also scratched and dented. BEWARE!! CALL ANOTHER COMPANY!! THIS ONE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST, LAW BREAKING, MICKEY MOUSE OPERATION, THAT ACCEPTS CASH ONLY!! ONE REASON FOR THAT!!!TAX EVASION!! We had the pleasure of working with Sonny from Superior Towing when the bearings blew out on our boat trailer. He called us with an ETA as soon as he got the call out and was extremely careful when loading our boat/trailer onto the truck. Although I hope we don't find ourselves in a similar position in the future, I would recommend Superior Towing for all your towing needs.
Had the need to have my personal car towed for repairs. It was no question who to call after using Sonny and his company last year to haul Rib City Food Truck.

Broke down today in Northport today on my way to Tampa. Superior did a great job communicating w me via phone and text. Got back on the road and they repaired my trailer and took back to ft Myers marine. Highly recommend them for any towing needs.
I manage a car rental company in Tampa Florida and one of our customers got into a accident and didn't notify us, Superior towing not only sent us a notice but called us and notified us. Many towing companies dont bother so they can keep the cars because we have over a thousand cars in our fleet and hard to manage at times. Sonny is the rep we talked to and we called him at 230pm on a Thursday and by 8 pm the car was back in our possession and on its way to hopefully get fixed. Other companies wanted to charge us over $1100 to tow to us they only charged 600 almost half off. Thank you for your honesty and we will always use you in Fort Myers if we have any more problems. Superior was nothing but professional in our experience. The owner spent 40 minutes helping me understand what my insurance company would be doing and how to not be taken advantage of by the insurance company. He is super knowledge and saved us literally thousands that the adjuster would have weaseled out of the claim. Can't say thank you enough to these guys.
