James contacted me as soon as he left his shop and arrived almost exactly when he said he would. He had my car hooked up in a short amount of time and we were on the road.

Unlimited was contacted by my insurance and I was immediately given time. They arrived on time and were very friendly and communicable. My truck was lifted promptly and they took me straight to Chevy dealership. I highly recommend!
I contacted Geico as I needed my vehicle towed to another city, about 39 miles away. I originally contacted them and they provided me with Towing unlimited and they would be out by 6:30 pm. on 11/22. I then called them around 7:30pm for an update and I was told that my vehicle would be picked up next and they gave me an ETA of 8:30pm. Well the next morning (11/23) around 9am I contacted them again and I was told that they would be out in an hour. 2 hours later I contacted Geico to let them know what was going on and they provided me with a different company. (Who actually showed up mind you) Thank God it wasn't an emergency or I was stranded on the side of the road because they never would have shown up!! I very rarely give a bad review but I can't believe the run around this company gave me! Extremely unprofessional, just be honest with your clients!
I do not recommend this company, they say they are coming out but never show. Waited almost 2 hours and then they cancelled the call. Just check out the owners replies and you can see this business isn’t very professional.
Used my roadside assistance they were dispatched was til 45-77 min at 70 min my insurance company notified me that they can no longer provide the tow. So then I was dispatched to another tow company. This company is complete unreliable and I would recommend them to anyone.
If they don't have the ability to facilitate orders from a company they are contracted to be able to facilitate road side assistance orders from they shouldn't allow themselves to be a company listed as a point of contact for the service. Told me multiple times they had an ETA of an hour when I made a claim at 810 am EST then was told that whoever I spoke to didn't know what they were talking about about because they were backed up and had an ETA of 3 hours to which I was patient to then wait until 12:16 pm where I called again to be told they would be there in 45 minutes to which I then find out because of where my car broke down (in front of a school entry point where busses come through and I couldn't move it) that if it's not picked up in an hour then the police will have to tow my vehicle to which I call again to confirm that the time frame they gave me was accurate to find out that I was lied to on the phone again and that the ETA is still 45 minutes as it was prior. Asked them what type of accountability the company would take for the consequences of over promising and under delivering on their commitments if I got hit with a 600 dollar impound bill when I pay for a roadside assistance service I made a claim for 5 hours prior and told multiple ETAs multiple times to which I was told it wasn't their problem, their dispatcher John dismissed me and said to me that I 'just couldn't pay the polices tow company's and that if that happened to my car it wasnt their problem. The owner then called me and explained they have 15 plus calls from YESTERDAY they still haven't been able to fill and again whatever happens as a result of their company's negligence was not their problem. Honestly looks like poor management that bit off more than it can chew and it looks like they should reassess their company direction more appropriately if they want to stay in business long-term. Would never use them again. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND. Stay away if you want to be treated with compassion and empathy and want your car towed in an appropriate fashion as these people have 0 respect for people and what they do.
Our jeep broke down when we traveled to Sanibel on Monday. It would not start at the end of a hard day of moving furniture. We called our Roadside assistance with our insurance company and they assigned Towing Unlimited to pick up our jeep. We left our jeep because we had to get back up to our home in Punta Gorda in the second car and the tow truck driver, Chris, came and picked it up to take to the assigned automobile business. It turns out, the business, was not at the address listed. Chris kept in contact with me and let me know he would need to take the jeep back to the tow yard because it was late.. For the next 3 days, I was on the phone with roadside assistance and the towing company. After leaving several messages with the dispatcher, I never got a response from the towing company; racking up storage fees, and had many promises of delivery of my jeep from roadside assistance. Towing Unlimited would not release my jeep until they received payment for storage fees from the insurance company. Chris was the only person that kept in contact with me, which was not his responsibility, but he did it anyway. It finally happened tonight, Thursday after about 10 calls to the insurance company. It was a very frustrating week. Chris is the only reason I gave any stars. For Chris I give 5 stars *****. Thank you Chris for all your help.
Honestly wasn't bad. There's some pretty negative reviews and yes it can be stressful having to wait on these inconvenient times but... They got here about an hour after my rentals insurance estimated time and it's ridiculous how little these companies pay for their service so I honestly wouldn't expect 5 minute arrivals. I think the person who helped me was James, came, jump started my rental vehicle and went on about his day.
Waited 7 hours for this company to show up. Was given a 1.5hour window. They finally called twice from 2 different people to say they were on the way 15 minutes out after 4.5 hours. Never heard from those 2 again wouldn't answer the phone either. 3rd guy called and said 15 minutes out and showed up after 45 minutes. Don't recommend using them if you don't have an entire day se aside.

Wonderful service,helpful,professional, knowledgeable, Godsend I was brokedown own on the side of the road, belt broke,got there fast ,made me feel safe as a woman .Definitely a 10 out of 10! Would recommend to anyone.Took my car to the shop dropped it of and safety put my keys in lockbox ..So thankful for good help .God bless this guy! thank u brother!
Matt Cochran is a genuine human and an amazing man.without him I would be stuck with my truck in the ditch. I can not speak more highly of him other than he is a man of his word - he completes jobs in a timely manner and he is amazing at what he does. He made my day, my week and helped me in a time of emotional turmoil. Look literally no further than him to help you. A true genuine man. Amazing communication too.
I do not recommend using this company. First, when called they said it would be a 45 min wait. Then, called again after an hour, employee was not very friendly, they said to wait 45 minutes. Called a 2nd time, was told that they didn’t know why it was taking so long, not much help. Now it has been 4 hours, we called again and finally they are on the way. The driver calls and says they will be here in 20 minutes, it has been an hour and an half since we heard from him. We have tried to call him back multiple times, no answer. Call the company for a fourth time, and received the same answer of “there’s a lot of calls, we don’t know when the driver will be there”. We called an 5th time, the driver was re-routed. And where was the communication?? Absolutely ridiculous to have to sit in a parking lot for 6+ hours. I understand it could’ve been a busy day, but no one ever communicated, we had to reach out for updates and keep calling.
My daughter’s car broke down and Geico set up a tow with Towing Unlimited. When I called to follow up, the dispatcher shared that they were very busy and it would be a little wait. They followed up with me a few times and the driver, Matthew kept me in the loop. I was impressed knowing the level of busy that companies locally are dealing with seasonally. Thank you, Matthew!
Absolutely horrible!!! They accepted a tow request from my insurance company and 1.5hrs later still no show. I call and he tells me the driver is behind, finishing up another job and will be my way within 30min. I call back an hr. later (now 2.5hrs waiting) and a different guy answers saying he has no idea what is going on with the order as it has just been sitting there unaddressed this whole time and he will get someone to me asap... More time passes and I call back a third time, and the 2nd guy answers again and puts me on hold as he calls the manager. He comes back and says everyone has left for the day. SO, if I never called the first time no one was going to tell me they weren't coming... Anyway, he wants me to cancel the request...I tell him I am not doing that because I will get charged a 1 usage from my insurance company. He doesn't know what to tell me. I call the insurance company; they call them, and they tell my agent someone will come out. One hr. later I call my insurance company back and she comes back telling me they cannot come out. she reschedules me the next morning with another company. The other company calls me in the morning and is there when they say they will be there. There are TOO MANY towing companies to waste time on this one. If you took the time to read this review DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE WAISTING YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. Sounds to me like they accept late calls from insurance companies and never show hoping you cancel, and they get paid regardless.
Manny from Towing Unlimited was such a pleasure to work with! I had to request a tow for my son through our car insurance Roadside Assistance and Manny arrived a lot quicker than the original ETA. He was extremely professional and friendly. He stayed in contact with me throughout the pickup and drop off and even followed up to make sure the truck was taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate a second to use this company again and I will 100% be referring them to everyone I know that might need his services. Thanks again!
Driver showed up within estimated time. Handled my vehicle with care and secured it properly for transportation! Will definitely use Towing Unlimited again in the future. 5 stars!
