I'm not a professional scrapper and was just taking a couple of loads of carport aluminum and a dysfunctional (lol) refrigerator to the scrap yard. After the hurricane, there was, of course, a line. But the staff was friendly, the route was organized, and they did a great job of keeping it running smoothly. How can you complain about receiving 20 cents a pound for your trouble? Great job!
NEVER AGAIN!!!! My husband was sick so I took his load for him with our two sons. He does not empty the trailer in GREEN STREET until it is completely full. I was doing him this favor, plus I had so much to do that day so I went to All Scrap without telling him. It was a lot closer to us so that was where I went. What is ALWAYS a $200-$250 load in GREEN STREET was $60 in All Scrap! My sick husband jumped out of bed and flew over there. Made a scene on how disgusting they were to rob me. They adjusted the ticket and gave us another $30. My sons had to literally drag my sick husband to the truck after receiving less than $100 for his full trailer. He showed me a GREEN STREET ticket with the same weight and I swear I wanted to go back and curse these THIEVES till my face turned blue. DISGUSTING. I figured weight is weight no matter where you go but they clearly saw a woman and took advantage of me. We wouldn’t go to this place if it was the last location in town. Nothing but thieves here and I pray that Karma meets them well. STAY AWAY!!!!
They are usually pretty fair, but it does very on who is working the scale, some of the workers will try to get over on u here especially if ur not very familiar with the scrap industry and how it all works. So be very involved in the entire process and keep a careful watch on how they weigh ur scrap especially the copper and brass.
all scrap metal is the place to go to they are very respectable and patient first experience. I was highly impressed and will make this my go to place. I’ve had bad experiences with local scrapyard in my area I take the 30 minute drive to the scrapyard. Their prices are fair. The people are amazing.
Do Not choose this company. Was told a higher price on clean aluminum on phone.
Not only did they misquote but, even worse, gave me merely 33 cents/lb and called my immaculately clean aluminum dirty.
When asked for manager he just said w/o inquiring or observing aluminum that they don't make mistakes.
I am surprised anyone goes here.
Neutral. Two issues with them #1. Always a red flag when the owner gives himself a 5 star review under (Prices)
And #2. Sent a helper in with my clean brass (all plumbing brass) they tried to tell him it’s all Irony Brass… there is 0% iron in plumbing brass it’s 70% copper and Zinc… did not sell my scrap. Took it to a yard that knows what they are talking about and got $1.69 for it
Scale seems messed up said I only brought 40 lbs of aluminum shutters had been getting .42 a lb then I my got .26 this go round less then two days apart didn’t get a chance to show them why I thought it was wrong. Just be weary of them sometimes not paying right. I don’t argue but will put this review up.
I'm a regular customer. They always treat me fair. There prices are always within a penny or 2 more or less. Even if it's less I choose this place. The owner and staff are great to work with, and there yard is always clean. As a scrapper you will always have different yards to deliver material based on what they take. White goods, steel, copper and Aluminum this is my go to spot!
My first time going somewhere other than my hometown scrapyard but I don't like how they do things here. Waited in line forever because I'm bringing in hurricane Ian scrap aluminum which is fine. They waved me to the scale which I thought was weird because the other yard only uses that for steel? No stop lights for the scale. I told them I had aluminum and they said unless I have copper or brass I use the vehicle scale. They did NOT tell me I'd be getting .12 per pound and have no opportunity to sort it after I got off the scale. I had 400 lbs of mosly clean aluminum in there and got $48. If they are overwhelmed by hurricane scrap and don't have time to sort that's fine but you have to tell people before they wait in line forever and certainly before they unload. Borderline theft
All Scrap is by far the best! Best prices, fair & honest when grading metals & excellent employees. We didn't make it last Saturday by closing time so we went to competitor and we will NEVER do that again! Other place was dishonest, shifty & pay was awful hardly worth trouble of scraping. We will wait & catch you on next business day, you guys are worth your weight in Gold, Thank you!

Went there for the 1st time. They give no directions where to go. So what we thought was right to where we dump the aluminum was wrong. A skid steer backed into my trailer and broke the bracket holding the ramp. He said we were in the way and sounded like he knew we were there already. Didn’t say sorry didn’t say anything but have an attitude. So when we were done we went on the scale to grab our money and the I think owner of the place didn’t say much other then “I’ll talk to him”. They need to start watching out for things before they start backing up the skid steer.
Very shady company tell you a price over phone then change it when you get there company does not have a website or present on social media stay away from them go somewhere els to scrap
For some reason I believe that all the reviews here are fake or family members of the business. I just came to sale a heavy duty rack made of 100% aluminum. The rack was from a van that belong to a Tv Chanel, the rack was meant to hold heavy weight. Long story short they said the rack weighted 200lbs only, when we removed it from the van 4 man’s had to bring it down because of how heavy it was that rack rack was at least 600lbs. This people are thief’s I would recommend to any one that is thinking to sale any scrap metal NOT to come here this people are a bunch of crooks and dishonest company I hope that this review helps everyone, and that they get no more business, I hope they close the business for good.

Thieves and liars... I brought in a ton of clean steel, 100% clean, told them what I had, however they paid me for white goods. I protested but their employee insisted that anything except heavy guage steel is white goods. I've been bringing in steel for 15 years mostly to Garden Street. The is a first ! I'll never return ! They lost a customer for 20 bucks ! Stooooopid

All scrap is not only my favorite place to takemy metal in FORT MYERS FLORIDA, They have educated me on how to get the most money for my metal. Being a Female it is very hard to find honest employees that will go above and beyond to make sure that you properly understand the value of your metal. Jason the productions manager has gone beyond his job description to thoroughly answer any question I have and to also let me know how to grade my metal. Shawn in the white goods area has redirected me and actually chased me down to let me know that I was not going to get as much money for some metal and Gerald out there with him is Awesome as well. Angela and Ashley in theoffice are always a pleasure and sweet as ever. How can I forget Fernando he is always helping me lift things and his dedication is phenomenal . If I missed anyone my bad I have built a personal relationship at my local scrap yard because of the simple fact of where I use to go they didn't care. All I can say is Y'all are ALL great people and if you're a FEMALE my advice is to not go anywhere else as you will not get treated the same way. As we are all going through financial hardships thank you ALL SCRAP FOR KEEPING ME WITH SOME CASH IN MY POCKET AND MAKING SURE I ALWAYS GET THE MOST FORMY METAL.
This place lacked customer service, it was very disorganized. No one was around for a while to give instructions. Then they were vehicles entering on both sides of the scales, people constantly had to reverse to get out of the way of this chaos. After 20 minutes of this unprofessional conduct I left. Went over to Allied for a much smoother operation.
I came in for the second sunday in a row because I work 6 days week and for the second time noone was here. Why wmdo you say your open sundays 830 to 1230 if your not going to be there for people. Need to change there hours and days or the need to be here on sundays like the website and sign says
Called for price of aluminum, 60 for clean and 43 for dirty. Came in with a load of aluminum from my lanai that I cleaned of all screws, rubber and other various plaster. Some sheets had some residue glue with some styrofoam small balls. After dumping it myself and being weighed I was given a total of 80 dollars. I asked how much did I get per pound he said 20 cents as it had styrofoam and was considered Iron, so I got the iron price for my truckload of aluminum that I worked for 3 days cleaning and folding. First time there and was not familiar with how they do things so I was I feel taken advantage of especially not telling me how much was I actually getting per pound till after I dumped it, weighed and paid. I had opted out of going to a closer recycling facility like labelle for I live 45 miles away. I just expected to be treated fairly, silly me. Well that's my experience there, take care guys.
I brought two refrigerators a stove and a dryer. I got a whole $29 for it! But what I got most of all was a lot of scratches on the side of my truck they had a guy in a bobcat with a claw I asked him not to do it he said OK and then yank their way things straight out as he did of course things fell over the other side and now there are scratches on the side of my truck!! I then went to the scale window and tried talking to the gentleman and the lady there the gentleman got in his car who left and the shoes me and the lady said well if you have a scratch you go dump more and come back she didn’t understand English enough to know what I was talking about!! Then a gentleman named Joe who does not even work there came and looked at it and said oh just call me you can buff it out with rubbing compound you can tell obviously he didn’t know and he said to bring a spray can and we can just paint it. the truck is spotless except for the scratches and he wants to use a spray can it. It is a new truck not an old one.
We pulled onto the scale, drove to the drop off, a staff member helped us unload. We drove back on the scale and got paid for what we brought. The staff was very friendly. Very efficient process.
