I had a wonderful experience at AutoZone! Michael assisted me both times I visited! He installed a new car battery and helped me put in blind-spot mirrors. Michael is such a friendly guy and always very helpful to customers! The store is spotless and easy to find what you need. I will definitely turn to AutoZone for help with any of my car issues or needs!
I went in for a new battery and right away David C was super helpful! He tested my old battery without me asking to confirm it was bad, helped me choose a new one, and replaced it for me for free. This was very convenient and saved me a trip back with my old battery. Great store, thanks David C!

They have everything you need but the employees act like the customers are invisible. If you can get someone to help you they are great. It’s as if they don’t want your money. Amazon is better if you know what you want.
Autozone offers a credit for your old batteries, but not this location.
They take your batteries without credit, and probably they get money from those.

I want to give a deserving shout out to Mike Stroecker for his EXCELLENT customer service and for my awesome experience!! My back break light went out when I was at Publix. At first, I thought I would had to go to the Ford dealership due to the front light they had to install in the past when a bulb was out ( I have a 2014 Fird Escape) but I decided to call first. Mike answered the phone and explained it would be better if I would come to the store so I did. When I walked in I was greeted with smiles and I asked which one was Mike and he answered this is he. I explained I was the lady who called about the light bulb for the back brake. Without hesitation he came out looked at it and was able to replace my bulb!!! Not only did he save me money, but really enjoy what he does and working for the company!!! This young man is very special and has a great future in store! I asked at the end if he was the manager, he said no...but in my book, he sure does have the right attitude and experience to be one!! Mike thank you for making my Sunday great one and pray you'll be promoted soon!!

Mike checked my battery and it was bad, he did an excellent job of installing a new one making sure that the connect on one side was changed so I wouldn’t have a problem. Very conscientious and kind. I will definitely use this Auto Zone again!
