Staff is careless , instead of making sales they would rather stand there with one person who is on the phone and has no idea what he needs. 10minutes of grabbing the wrong parts , and fluids. One person running the store no one else in sight. As a business owner myself , I would hire more hands or look into the ones you have working. Absolute trash
I had a dead battery yesterday morning in my GMC Yukon. I tried my plug in charger but the battery wouldn't take the charge, it was shot. Julio of the Bonita Springs advanced store - a few miles from my place - really helped my out. I texted him a few pics of my battery, and he found the best one for me. He then had a mobile mechanic service (ServiCar) bring the battery to my house and install it the same morning. Julio is a true pro who really did everything he could to get my vehicle back on the road. Thank you!
Had to get a battery checked last month and the young man that assisted us out front was so helpful..even with the heat that day he was very patient and friendly.. I've ordered online from here and it is always a easy experience.. I will definitely be back

If anyone needs any car part this is the place to look for it. The staff is always helpful especially my guy Kyle, every time I come in he always has a positive attitude and always willing to help. BEST STORE EVER!!!
Drove 30 minutes away because the customer service at this location is the best! Kyle is knowledgeable and helped get me the right battery for my car for an affordable price. He answered all my questions and walked me through what he was doing while changing out my battery. Highly recommend and will be going here for all my future car needs.
On Fri 10/13/23 My car was 40 feet near a lightening strike in Bonita Springs, Fla., southwest Fla. My electric idiot light came on. Went down to the Advance Auto Parts store on US 41 Tamiami Trail just north of Bonita Beach road. The guys at the store, the employees checked out my alternator and battery thoroughly and both according to their diagnostic reader "ALL GOOD"!
What a relief! The guys friendly, empathetic and knowledgible. Advance stores will check any "check engine" or other warning light for free and install new batteries free of charge.

So we went to 3 other advance auto stores and all refused to install the new battery I was going to buy. We went to this one in Bonita Springs and Daniel N. did not hesitate to help. Kudos to Daniel N.!!! Thank you
I was returning items I bought at a different Advance store. Eric F was very helpful and efficient. We had a brief friendly conversation and I was on my way in no time.
This place is the worst place ever. The employees are not prepared to handle clients and their service is a very poor service. I was there to replace a two year old battery the most expensive one in their shelf and I was told I have to wait until they charge it for 35 minutes to see if the battery is good or bad after they tested out this insane then a lot more questions about who bought it what phone number is under and things of that nature every to get away from replacement this is very wicked here people
My favorite auto parts store. You can borrow tools for free. They will install your battery for free ( you should tip obviously)

Called and ask for a battery for my specific vehicle which is a Tesla everybody else said they don't sell matters for Tesla's. But this place had a battery that I could use a 12 volt battery and they even accepted my old battery and gave me time to do it in the parking lot I really appreciate this because I have been working about 14 hours a day and a heat and I had a heat exhaustion I can barely been function but the pictures they have for me and letting me exchange my battery for a new one greatly help me make my way home 200 miles away I forget the names of the employees but I think it's Frank and another guy black hair I really appreciate the time and the patience I recommend this storm for a lot of other customers
Love the store, prices, etc. I met Al a employee of 3 years. He was sooo helpful, knowledgeable. I was in and out. No waiting. Had exactly what I wanted. He helped me with everything. Difnetly will return here.
I went in because my car could only start with a jump and they tested the battery and alternator for free. The battery was the problem so I purchased a new one and a very nice man installed it for free. The battery itself seemed very expensive, but it came with a 3 year warranty and free installation, so I really think it worked out for the best! I highly recommend this company!
Wanted to get new wiper blades. Could not find anywhere to look up brands and sizes. No one bothered to try and help me. As you can see by the parking lot I was the only customer, but the employees couldn’t be bothered to assist me.
Pretty well stocked auto parts store. The folks are really helpful that work there. They even help me put in my new bulbs in my tail lights. I would highly recommend.

Anthony and Cody were the best. These guys were able to assist me by answering all my questions while I was changing a couple battery's. Tested an extra battery that I brought in, tried charging it, report said it was no good, went to try it anyway and it was shot. They then laid out my options with zero pressure. Helped me get a new groud wire and terminal and eventually a new battery. These guys are top of line employees. Haven't had this service in any auto parts I've been in my life, very impressed and that will be the only store I will go for auto parts even though they worked at the Bonita springs store and I live in Lehigh Acres.
This store is not as convenient for us to drive to as the auto parts store across 41 is, particularly during season. It's certainly worth the drive, though, because the employees are helpful here. Kudos to them for great customer service!
