This review is long overdue! My first visit was second-to-none. Or so I thought….
The first time, Aaron rescued me. I was “a damsel in distress! I needed a battery for my fob and some coolant. With extreme customer service, he took care of my needs by putting the coolant in, and making sure other customers needs were met, as well.
Fast forward to about a week ago, I needed some oil. Aaron to the rescue! I purchased the oil and Aaron, once again, saved the day by putting the oil in for me! Thank GOD for Aaron!
In the trying times we are living in, it’s great to see, to feel, and experience extreme customer service. He is an endangered species that is indespensible! Because of Aaron, you have gained a loyal customer forever!
Ray T was phenomenal! When said the battery went out on my key fob, he knew the model and size right way. He even installed it for us correctly and tested it on our car. Voila! Much appreciated & great store!!
As a woman entering an auto parts store I am completely out of my element. I had no idea where to look for the item i needed but thankfully store manager Aaron came to my rescue. Friendly and professional he helped me solve my automotive dilemma in just a few minutes ( battery for key fob) and made sure everything worked once O reached my car. I am very impressed by Auto Zone and will make this my first stop for any automotive needs or questions.
David A. was absolutely amazing. I came in to get some batteries changed on my car keys. He knew exactly what to do, did it efficiently, correctly, and overall was just amazing. Very glad I came here and happy he was here to help!
I had an extremely good experience with this location of AutoZone. Specially Aaron, store manager was very helpful also the staff David was wonderful person. I felt the best experience of service not once at least few times. This will be my home store. Thank you very much Team Aaron.
My vehicle would not start in the morning and I had an important meeting. so I got a jump and decided to stop and have battery checked. guy behind counter helped and checked battery for me. said battery was perfect but did not show me his contraption. he said I probably left a light on. so I go on down the road and stop at my next destination. when I came out vehicle won't start. I am stranded and finally get a jump meanwhile freaking out that something bad is wrong with my vehicle. My brother convinced me to get a second opinion. so I stop elsewhere and the nice guy checked my battery, showed me his contraption and lo and behold battery is toast. They sold me a new battery and installed for me...working perfectly for me now. I am so angry that this person at your store did not want to deal with me and sent me down the road just to get stranded a second time I will be screaming from the rooftop about this place!!
Ray T was super helpful when I really needed assistance. He was glad to help and it is amazing then in this day and time there is such good customer service. Congratulations to AutoZone for having people like Ray working there.
The manager here, Aaron, is the man! Impeccable service and he helped me out big time. I Wont go to any other auto parts store because this location is running like clockwork
Had a battery go out on our trip but were able to make it to this autozone. The folks were incredibly helpful and Aaron especially went above and beyond to help us get back on track as quickly as possible and was friendly at the same time. We were so grateful for the folks there, especially Aaron, honestly saved our vacation. Highly recommend this store.
Ray T. Best customer service I’ve ever had. Knowledgeable, courteous, very helpful. Ray went the extra mile to make sure I had the hard to find part for my vehicle.

The batteries were dead in my car key fobs. Ray T from Auto Zone was pleasant, helpful, efficient, and bilingual! He changed the batteries for me right there on the spot. I recommend this business.
Employee David was a pleasure to work with. He diagnosed my car battery problem, looked it up in their system and found it was under warranty and immediately grabbed a new battery and replaced it. I was in and out with my new battery installed in about 5 mins.
I was visiting from New Jersey and had a problem with filling my transmission fluid. I believe I was at the Bonita Springs store and the worker there, named Tito went over and above and out of his way to help me find the right funnel and attachment. He was a very friendly and personable guy. I was able to get on my way and not have any more issues with my transmissionon on my way home. Thank you very much!
I went to this Auto Zone today to get my car battery checked. The battery needed replaced and the salesman, Ray T., helped me purchase the correct battery and he installed it for me, for no extra cost! The whole experience was a very good one and he took very good care of me. I would recommend them to anyone needing assistance with their car.
First Richard with my new Duralast battery service and install,(so impressed, came back next day) then Ray T. provided again excellent service and helped install of two new air filters! Great job! AutoZone Bonita Springs!!!! I'll be with wife's car soon!!
Recently I had an issue with my tire and was unsure of what to do. I stopped by AutoZone parts and the Manager AAron Kayda took the time and came out to look at the tire and solved my problem with his recommendations. I can’t say enough about the fantastic customer service support I received from AAron. Above and beyond. I highly recommend this store for your auto needs.
As soon as I walked into the store I was pleasantly greeted by 2 gentleman. I explained the issue I was having with my vehicle. Aaron was able to diagnosis the problem immediately & fix it. His service was so appreciated due to the fact, it occurred close to closing time on a Saturday evening and it was pouring rain. I will continue to be a Auto Zone loyal customer. Thank you Aaron!
I always purchase my batteries at this location, so when I had a problem and needed to be jumped, I drove straight there and was assisted by Aaron. He was so helpful and got straight to the problem. He could have sold me a battery that I didn’t need, but instead he cleaned and tightened the connections, with a smile, and free of charge. I will always go to Auto Zone for fast, friendly service! I am so grateful for Ray T at the Bonita Springs Auto Zone. My car battery bit the dust. I was in between physical therapy and work. Ray kindly and professionally fixed me up so I could be safely on my way. He took out the old battery and replaced it with the new, giving me peace of mind, all in a timely manner too. As a woman it is hard to find trustworthy help with these things. Especially when it is unexpected. Thank you Ray!
