This morning I went to the only place I can fully trust! I recently had a problem with my car,battery, lights came on in the middle of t
he middle of the night went to the nearest shop. They said it's fixed! 4days later it happened again. They said the gasket around the switch they fixed had slipped off. So I drove to Bonita Tuffy and they fixed it!! It's reassuring to have place you can trust & rely on,who employ great, reliable friendly and trustworthy people with clean, safe surroundings.
It's so cliche to say but, this is another automotive shop that would rather screw over a customer than fix the problem. My truck was misfiring on cylinder 4. The shop told me my only option was to pull the engine and install a remanufactured replacement. In reality all that had to be done was pull the head off cylinder 4 and clean the lifter and put it back. Now it's back running on all 8 cylinders. You better do the work yourself because if you take it to a repair shop they're just going to tell you to do whatever makes them the most money.
Glad I stopped in when my Lincoln mkz had an issue. My first time in hoping to get it diagnosed and repaired. From the office I felt like a long time customer. The shop worked with me to get it in ASAP. I like feeling the owner has your back in time of need. Highly recommend this shop. These guys are very helpful and thorough. 5 stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! This shop came highly recommended. I brought my mint 1993 Cadillac Sedan Deville (37,000 miles) into Chris the owner. I described the intermittent problem with my instrument cluster. Chris called said he recharged my A/c for $309 dollars. I said what about the instrument cluster. He said no one will touch it. It’s 32 years old. “You can’t find them”. I found two used ones with a warranty. I was pleasant and explained if I brought them in would he change them. Absolutely NOT. He claimed the plastic may break. I found Chris the OWNER to be ARGUMENTATIVE. I referred back to my original problem. CRICKETS. BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE SHOP. I also noticed my opera light cover is missing? I have owned almost 70 cars in my lifetime. STEER AWAY FROM THIS SHOP
Stacie and Chris are the absolute best they were so helpful, did more to my car to fix it then they even had to and didn’t charge me extra for it. Genuine people and know what they are doing ! Great prices .
Kris and his mechanics, along with Stacy at the front desk, do a great job with any needed automotive repairs. From battery replacements, oil changes, and AC inspections and recharges, they can do it all. And at very reasonable prices! I have all our cars serviced there and so should you.
Had a flat and went to Tuffy because of reviews. Kris did a temp patch while Stacy talked me off the ledge. He advised a more permanent patch could possible be done by a tire specialist and then gave me a fair price to simply replace the tire if I decided to go that route. No charge and I felt like they were looking out for me.
My sister and I went in to get some work done on both of our vehicles. Chris helped us and was wonderful. Great work, got some many things done in one day and reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend to others!
I went this place with a flat tire. The expert told me that the tyre is damaged and needs to be replaced with a new one @ 187 USD. I asked the expert not to touch anything. I changed the tire myself with my spare tire and I went to the nearest tire repair shop which is Tire Plus. They repaired my flat tire @ 32 USD. Be careful with this company.
These guys are great. Had a problem with my work van not starting. They could have told me anything and done any unnecessary work and charged whatever. They did not. Turns out it was just a loose battery cable. They identified it immediately and sent me on my way free of charge. This is now my new mechanic shop!
I cannot express enough, my gratitude for the service Karl and Stacy provided when my car developed a fuel leak, while I was on a vacation from Canada, 1600 miles from home. I was in panic mode until I called Stacy. She told me they were swamped with work but she had arranged for Karl to look at our car right away. They had to order parts so I brought it back a few days later and they fixed it up promptly. Their service is 5++ stars.
These guys are great. They are honest and respectful. Chris called me and was upfront, nice and got my car fixed in a timely manner. Communication is key when you are without your car and they are on top of it here! I will without a doubt be back.
Well overdue review. Not only does Chris and his team take great care of his customers, he is also a very caring member of community who supports local businesses and is always going out of his way to make sure you’re treated fairly and promptly! The best.
Had an emergency situation where our brakes locked up. These folks had us in quickly as the situation was unsafe. We were fixed up and out in about an hour and a half. Being from out of town, I can't give them enough stars for taking care of us so quickly when we had no appointment. Can't recommend enough!
We experienced two flat tires on our rental car while on our vacation in Florida- the Naples/Bonita Springs area. Having no idea where to turn to find a reputable business, we read the reviews for Tuffy Tire and decided to have the car towed there. What a truly positive experience! From Stacy to Carl(?) the owner, they were completely kind, professional, prompt, reasonable and honest. They plugged our tires in about a half hour and we were on our way. It would have been nothing to say we needed two new tires and take advantage of two tourists, but they have integrity and were honest and so kind to us. Thanks so much Tuffy for saving our vacation! We so appreciate your kindness- you’re the best!
The crew at Tuffy in Bonita Springs keep my Honda CRV running like a champion. Excellent service and knowledgeable mechanics who explain what my vehicle needs now, and what to prepare to maintain later. Highly recommend!
Stacey was so nice! Instead of making us wait an hour+ to get a nail in our tire plugged, she asked one of the guys to do it right away. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Thank you Tuffy!
We are driving a rental and got a low tire pressure warning. Stopped here to see if we could get air and the woman working the desk was very friendly and said they could help us out. Even though they were very busy they checked and aired up all our tires within a few minutes, and didn't charge us anything. Got us back on our way to continuing to enjoy our vacation!
We were visiting Bonita Springs from Ky when our low tire light came on. We called other places but no one would get us in. The nice folks at Tuffy told us to come on although we may have to wait. They had our repair and we were back in the vehicle in 45 minutes. They could not have been nicer. Five stars!!!
Hearing metal on metal is scary for anyone, after getting several $1,200-$1,800 quotes from other service centers near by , positive reviews to Tuffy tire and Auto gave me a sense of relief knowing these were the people to call! Carl, was super informative over the phone. Upon arriving I was attended to immediately after the customer in front of me was done being taken care of. The quote I received over the phone was the same I was told when arriving. Carl was honest and told me to wait before he could agree that the car would be serviced due to availability of the parts needed for my brake and rotor servicing. What was to be 2-3 hours of labor , I was out the door in little over an hour. During the servicing the mechanic took it upon himself to inform me of the severe condition of the brakes, he spoke with professionalism, respect, and super confident! From previous shops, I was scared to see the bill and hear the outcome. I went in with the need of brake pads and rotors being changed and I left with exactly that! Nothing more and nothing less! I was charged the exact amount that I was quoted twice, over the phone and the initial in person quote, not a penny more! I had my worries of my front brakes taken care of as the mechanic looked them over without hesitation even after he had finished servicing my car. Before leaving another assistant reminded me the importance of having brakes in better condition. Not only from my personal experience with them, but witnessing how they interact with other customers I can boughs that this is the place to go for your auto needs! I had the best experience at this location. My jeep was overheating. On the way to work, and I went to these guys scared to death. They were so nice! They went out of their way. They looked under the hood and they got me fixed up within 12 hours and the price was really affordable. The owner went out of his way. Stacy was amazing and Carl was such a knowledgeable man. I really appreciate you guys so much. Thank you. Please trust these guys. They are a good group of people, trustworthy and hard workers.
We are very satisfied with the work that was done on our Nissan Pathfinder this week.
The rack and pinion steering was replaced and they found another issue they made us aware of after checking a (service engine soon) light, which was the cooling thermostat sticking, so it was also replaced.
The lady in the office was very nice, as well as the manager and owner. Sorry I didn't get anyones name, my hubby talked with everyone.
We recommend this location and will continue to have both our vehicles serviced here.

It took me 2 weeks to get an appointment to evaluate and fix my car issues.They asked if I'd be dropping off or waiting. Waiting. I arrived in the morning 15 minutes before my appointment. They told me what was wrong and said they could START on my car in about 5 hours. Is THIS their understanding of "appointment?" One I waited 2 weeks to get? UPDATE: Tuffys lied on top of everything in their response. I spoke to their front office person at length and made an appointment to have my car assessed AND repaired that day too for what they found in the evaluation. When found giving very bad customer service, they responded with a lie to change history to make them look better. HORRIBLE.
I've used this place twice now, both times for nails in my tires. They are so nice and helpful. This last time I dropped my tire off with the nail and asked them to patch it and I would come back after work to pick it up. When I came back later they put the tire back on for me and put my spare back and put everything back in place for me.
I would use this place again and I'm glad to find an honest place to get work done. It's convenient to my workplace and I won't hesitate to use their services again.
Stopped by to get a price on tires and they were able to install them for me in about one hour. Couple of people waiting like me and they had nothing but positive things to say about this business. Stacy at the front desk was very pleasant and kept things running smoothly. I think I have found my new repair shop.
