Absolutely terrible. Zero communication, no respect for the vehicle owner, and flat-out refused to tell me where my Jeep was after moving it. They only talk to insurance, not you. Felt like I didn’t even own my own car. Avoid at all costs.
I had a thumbnail chip of paint on my 2024 Toyota Tacoma tailgate. Most people would have ignored it and moved on but I couldn't. I took it to Jacks to repair. They did a incredible job ofrepair and painting that it looks like it came off the showroom floor. The staff up front were so nice and helpful and gave me the cost to repair it. They were knowledgeable of all the aspects of the repair. They took their time to do the work and the bill was exactly what the estimate said. They gave the whole low down just in case they needed another part. They didnt but were very transparent just in case. I definitely recommend them if you need top notch collision repair or even a small little chip repair.

These guys are a joke. Lies and false promises. Their reputation must be old. I took my car in there and they lied about timing they lied about why they didn’t install a spoiler. I would never do business again with this company.

Decent work. Missed one spot to paint, but agreed to fix problem on their own without even a request from me. They got a 4 star because there is absolutely no place to park, but facility is clean and good workmanship. They need a bigger place. You will not find anyone any better, trust me.
Wife dislocated the side view mirror on 2018 Honda Clarity . Owner (Jack ) looked at problem , Took personal cation ,Fixed it and SAID. No Charge . I offered a application of $20.00 and said NO, glad to help. I assure you should I have any future accidents Jack”s will be the Repair Place to go . Thank You Jack
Kevin at Jack’s Collision of Bonita was extremely helpful repairing my Toyota Corolla after having been rear-ended in traffic. I had called six other collision shops and was quoted 2-4 months for repairs, however Kevin estimated a few weeks to repair and completed my repair on time as promised and with utmost quality! The shop was very professional, courteous, responsive in communication, and worked well with my insurance company. I highly recommend Jack’s Collision!
My van’s front was damaged in a small collision. My girlfriend’s van had to replace her back door. They were welcoming, friendly, honest, professional, punctual, and made every effort possible to accommodate us both within our tight work schedule. Dealt with Amanda with my auto repairs after Hurricane Ian. She was very welcoming and helpful, made sure i was helped and informed what will be done with my car. I recommend this collision center as they’re the best in my opinion. If you’re bringing in your car make sure to ask for Amanda. The other lady, I think her name is Dawn is clueless. Other than that, I give this shop a 5 star.
Jack’s Collision Center came recommended by a stranger giving me advice. I stopped in without an appointment to get advice regarding auto painting. Though they knew that this (free) advice would not lead to an immediate sale, they helped me professionally and quickly with no worries or fuss. Amanda (I think that is the lady’s name) was very friendly and I definitely would recommend them going forward. I remain very appreciative of their guidance.
Wasted time and money dealing with Kevin. When people see my peeling paint I just say "Jacks did it" They said this was fine years ago its so much worse now. If you want a peeling mess bring it to jacks.

Drove my vintage car there last June for an estimate and was pleased with my visit. Returning from vacation, I took the car there for the work this month, and was very pleased with the work.
The original owner of a 1976 BMW 2002, I am intimately knowledgeable and protective of this car. I gave them an OEM front nose panel to use, and we agreed that they would cut and weld in what they needed, instead of replacing the entire front nose. The result is beautiful, the paint match excellent, and the job was delivered on time.
If you have a vintage and/or collector car, don’t hesitate to leave with Kevin. He takes his jobs personally, his front office works hard to interface as needed and get you what you need, and his garage back end is first rate! Got an issue? Go see Kevin.
I had my Mazda CX-5 scratched on front bumper and the owner Kevin waxed it himself, had the pearl white paint on hand and painted the chipped paint! Looks brand NÉW and he said it’s FREE ! He was thoughtful, professional and felt it took him 5 minutes to fix it so wouldn’t charge me! The shop was clean, the staff so friendly and made sure I was being helped immediately! I took my 1970 Monte Carlo there because it had a scratch on the quarter panel driver side due to the hood hinges being faulty. I received an estimate for $1,533.07 as the total cost in repairs and to replace the hood hinges and have them adjusted. The car was there for two weeks and when it was picked up, the hood was not adjusted, the hinges were still loose, and it was so bad that it scratched the front of the vehicle. On top of that, I was charged additional money than what was agreed upon before the work started. I was not even notified of this extra charge until the bill was to be paid. At this point, the car had more scratches and problems than when it was initially dropped off. I wanted to keep it in the shop while waiting for repairs to be done on the damage that occurred while there but was told I had to bring it home. Every time I had to bring it home there were water spots all over the engine bay and the entire vehicle had to be wiped down. I even provided my own plastic to cover the motor. We were told by his painter/partner that they are not a detail shop but instead a paint shop, however, you would think they would clean after themselves. They kept telling me they were so careful with the car and by the third time there was no satisfaction guaranteed for the money paid so I recommend not bringing your car or classic car for that matter to this site.
Our car was in a hail storm and had 100’s of dents as a result. Kevin has a worker who did a phenomenal job in repairing every tiny dent and replaced some window trim as necessary. They worked incredibly well with our insurance company and arranged for a rental car to meet us at his place. We will definitely be back if we future issues —- they are the best . Very personable staff. Were very honest with me about costs and what work had to be done. They were patient with me while I worked through my car insurance, who took a little longer than I wanted. I got an estimate from North Collier Collision and they quoted me $3200, so I went down to Jack's and ended up with a beautiful repair for $2100. I'm not sure what the extra thousand was for but there's a reason Jack's has 4.7 stars. I will take any car in need of repair or paint to Jack's
Top notch body shop!!! Their work is excellent and customer service is top notch. It's tough to find a shop, or any service business for that matter, that truly stands behind their work. But, at Jack's, any issues that may come up are handled without question and one can definitely tell that the owner, Kevin, truly cares about his business and clients. They make sure every vehicle looks great and they will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is completely satisfied with the work that has been done. After researching online and calling collision companies in the area, I brought my car to Jack's for a quote. The facility is extremely clean and professional. Kevin, the owner, greeted me immediately with a friendly and professional demeanor.
He examined my car and explained everything that would need to be done. He reviewed the estimate that my insurance company provided, based on pics of my car, and explained that he would deal directly with the insurance to provide a more accurate quote and get the approval directly from them.
The company handled every aspect of getting my car repaired and had it finished in the time frame estimated. They did a fantastic job on the repair work and made the entire process quick and painless.
This is a top notch company that you can trust completely. This is clearly why they have such great reviews and why most of their employees have been there for decades. No need to look anywhere else, this is the company you want to repair your car.
Unfortunately we've had to use Jack's twice in the last few years, and always had great service from this incredible body shop. The vehicle always comes back looking better than new and I highly recommend Jack's and the Owner Kevin. Family owned and it shows with the pride they take in their work and making sure you are more than happy with their service, other companies should take note this is how it's done.
I have been using Jacks Collision for years and have always been happy with their excellent workmanship. My last visit was to repair a dent on my brand new 2017 Grand Cherokee from Hurricane Irma. They were able to color match the paint perfectly! I would highly recommend them to everyone.
Great shop. They did an awesome (and quick) job repairing the front fascia on our relatively new car. It wasn't a really large job, but they treated it like it was as important as any other project in their shop. Kevin explained the quote and what they were going to do. Amanda did a great job of coordinating the customer contact. Very friendly, honest and customer focused people. Our car came back cleaner than when we dropped it off. No reason to go anywhere else for auto body work.
Jack's repainted our '02 Toyota Avalon 4 years ago. Car looked great when I picked it up except for one small area. They promptly (and willingly) took care of that issue. Couldn't tell anything was ever wrong. We do keep the car washed and polished, and the paint looks great today, 4 years later. Found out about them by word of mouth and am glad I got the recommendation.
