O’Reilly of Bonita springs definitely has the best parts employees I’ve experienced. The one that sticks out the most is Noah. I’m a regular customer there and there has been no time where he’s gotten me the wrong part, not been professional, and has had many instances where he’s been the go to guy for my parts. 11/10
Went to replace my battery. I have never received the type of service I got from Mando. He was knowledgeable kind, and went above and beyond to help me with my needs. Mando gets 5 golden stars ⭐.
I had one great experience where I needed windshield wipers and the young man found the right ones and installed them and was very friendly.
Today I wondered around until the manager yelled to the back room that there were customers waiting. I had plenty of time to shop their batteries and finally a child came out and quoted me the most expensive battery on the shelf. I have a KIA Forte with a tiny 4 cylinder engine. He said that was my only choice.
I left and went straight to Walmart.
Learned my lesson.
I went there with the intention to buy a sensor for one of my cars, but unfortunately they didn’t have it in stock. The sale representative was nice and friendly though, at least he gave me advice to check different places, just because I didn’t wanted to wait for them to order it for me, he also printed the exact part on paper that I was looking for, so next person would be able to find it quickly, which was so nice of him. At the end of the story I still had to order the part online, which arrived pretty quickly, and it was the OEM, part, but my overall experience with them was pleasant, and I would recommend their store!
I've always had good experience with Oreilly's. The people who work there have always been willing to go the extra mile and the prices are good. I moved to FL over a year ago and started going to the store on Old 41 in Bonita Springs mostly because the manager Tony is a good guy and very knowledgable. He is patient and willing to help try to figure out whatever problem my cars might be having. Because of him, this is my go to. If you see this Tony, keep up the great work; I and many others I'm sure appreciate your great attitude and professionalism..

I'd like to acknowledge Noah for helping me out. My husband Is working out of town and told me, "Just go over to O'Reilly's, and they'll plug it in, and at least we'll know if there is a major issue."
I had been in the day before on my lunch hour and was told they couldn't plug it in. Because my "check engine light" was not on. I told him my "service engine soon" light was on and was informed that he still couldn't plug it in and diagnose anything cause that light was to tell you if you needed an oil change.
Noah didn't question my request, and promptly, we went out to plug it in. Like the day before it was 96°. We all know no one wants to be outside. I just appreciated being treated well and not misinformed.
One less worry for me!
Stopped in on the 18th to have my battery & alternator tested. I was told my alternator was bad and needed to be replaced so I purchased a new alternator and had the work done. When I returned the “bad” alternator core I had it tested, turns out it was fine and never needed to be replaced.
I noticed my brake light went out yesterday, and their team was able to get me in and out by replacing the bulb. They even went the extra mile to replace the other brake light!
First time at this location and I have a store I can trust if I need anything else down the line.
Apparently they just close whenever they feel like it, sign on the door say 9 but they have the door locked at six pm and just stare at you from inside
Kai at the Bonita Springs location was amazing today! He put my light bulbs in for my headlights! He was so nice and courteous! I highly recommend this location! Second time they have helped me out in this manner! They are amazing!!
I wish I could give them six stars. All I needed was a headlight for a Honda. I called the dealer and they said the headlight was $30 but they had none in stock. I called O'Reilly's and they had four choices varying in price from $12 to $24. I went there immediately, bought the bulb, and Noah, the clerk, helped me put it in.

Was glad to see another auto parts store in town and on old 41 close to our house, so went this past Saturday feb.26th for the first time, well it was closed! ( around 11 am), no sign nothing, no cars should have been my clue but... so thats no was to run a business, so whatever the problem was that day unfortunately was my first and last time there!
