The guys here were amazing. They were helpful and honest about what needed to be done. The car completely crapped out on us and I’m thankful this was the auto shop up the street when it happened. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to bring our vehicle into.
Last week I brought my SUV into Apex to resolve a problem that developed during a recent heavy downpour that caused water to pond in a low spot. After hitting this water at around 25 mph, I feared it flooded the engine compartment. Shortly after I found the engine running roughly with hesitating acceleration, AND a flashing engine light. Not knowing the specifics, I drove the very short distance to Apex Tire & Auto and spoke to Braulio. He explained that the best way to thoroughly figure out what was going on was to have a complete diagnostics done ($159.99). I agreed this was probably the best way to proceed. That ended up being the right choice as it identified the problem, a broken elbow attaching the hose to the air intake assembly. Entire unit was replaced. Diagnostics showed the need for an alignment, which was completed. What impressed me was the attention to detail. Every point of needed attention was shown with text AND pictures! Though the air intake assembly had to be ordered, which meant I’d be without the SUV for many days, I was given a ride back to my residence, and when it was time to pick up my vehicle, Ryan, the Manager, personally drove my vehicle back to me so I could then return and pay for the services. That’s just outstanding service! Period! My Kia dealership stopped going to Bonita Springs for complimentary shuttle service saying I was just out of their range and I’d have to provide my own way to get back and forth. You can probably guess where I’m going to go for my service needs! Thanks guys!!
Do not take your vehicle here if you have black wheels. It looks like the tech took a paint scraper to my four month old wheel in about 13 spots he added wheel weights to and removed trying to balance my one wheel. Thankfully it was only one wheel and not all four. Also if you have black wheels you will get white wheel weights. Go somewhere that takes pride in their work not here.
Recently relocated form NJ new nothing about Apex my Dad had a coupon & it just so happened my check engine light came on after a month of buying a vehicle... that being said this is an exceptional Shop No Doubt! It its my new go to place for reliable and Auto Service Chad & his Team are Honest & most def skilled & I can't be more relieved I finally found a place I can trust for dependable Services and exceptional Results! Stopped in to have a tire repaired. While there Chad(manager) took the time to explain the difference between oil types. Decided to have them change the oil using full synthetic oil. Little disappointed that Ford dealer had me using the blend. I should have known better. For walk in service, it was a very good experience!

New customer here. Stopped in with my Lexus LC500 with a slow leak I just discovered. They were really busy but Braulio Paz the service advisor stopped what he was doing and took care of me. 20 minutes later I was on my way. All of the staff were nice young guys. It was a pleasure dealing with them. They are my go to service shop from now on.
I had a tire with a slow leak and I took it to Apex in Bonita Springs and the fixed it promptly. I was impressed with their fast repair. We left on 6/7/25 to spend a few days in Miami Beach. When we got home on 6/10/25 the right rear tire on our 2022 Toyota CHR was flat. So this morning 6/11/25, I used our home air pump to inflate the tire to 36 lbs of air pressure and then.we drove it to Apex in Bonita Springs. They told us fine and it would be ready by noon. My husband said, this seems odd as they didn’t ask for my name or any other information. I asked him “Did they Create a Work Order” and he said “I don’t think so”. He be also said “I asked them if they wanted the car keys?” And the service tech said “No,”. I told my husband since it’s only one tire and the car is parked in their paved parking lot, I guess they can just roll a floor jack over to the car, remove the wheel, and bring it inside for repair. So, as per their instructions we returned at 12:00Pm. The tech told us they couldn’t work on the car because we did not leave the key. I told them we asked if they needed the key and they had said no. The tech denied that we had offered they key and stated we told him we left it in the car. I don’t know what moron would leave their car key in the car, which is not being monitored, and drive away. We we’re consolatory and said ok. We thought you would probably just pull a floor jack out to the car and remove the wheel for repair. The tech replied, “I’m not working in this hot sun”, and it’s after 12:00 PM now and we close at noon. He said he would pull the car up and check the air in the tire before we left and we thanked him. As soon as he pulled the car up he came and said you’ve damaged the tire because you drove it when it was flat. We told him that we absolutely had not. The car car had been sitting in our driveway undriven for the last 7 days and the tire was inflated when we left and flat when we got home 6 days later. He insisted it had been driven flat. I asked him to show me proof and he showed me a very minor scuff mark on the side of the tire which I could not even see without him pointing it out. It looked like a minor scuff mark you would get from your tire brushing against the curb during routine driving. Obviously we took the car and left. When you call your repeat customers liars, don’t fill out a repair invoice when they bring the car in for work, if they had our phone number would have been there and they could have called us about the key. We had never left the Publix shopping center and were only 2 minutes away the whole time. And lastly we know for a fact the tire was not driven flat. We had the only key with us in Miami for the preceding 6 days. You should think twice before giving your business to Apex. They have certainly lost us as customers.
I had used the shop for a minor repair a few months ago and was satisfied. I needed another minor repair today, and went back. I had not noticed that the name had changed. I meditate noticed that the place was different. The people were surly and abrupt. I was lied to about my report. I knew what was wrong and they tried to convince me that I had a major report needed. Thank God I got out of there without getting cheated. Stay away!
I had a really solid experience at Apex Tire and Auto. I stopped by for some routine maintenance, and honestly, these guys were great. Super friendly, didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense (which is rare at auto shops).
They got the work done pretty quickly and the price was fair—no surprises, which I really appreciated. The waiting area was clean and chill, so hanging out while they worked on my car wasn’t a hassle.
Overall, it’s a trustworthy place with good people who know what they’re doing. I’ll definitely be going back next time I need something done.

Very professional staff that communicated clear direction on repairs and met all timelines they estimated. It is hard to find an auto mechanic shop as organized as this team that also provides exceptional workmanship! I will be returning to Apex for all future repairs or maintenance for all my vehicles going forward!
Apex was recommended to me by Costco, and although I had never heard of them before, based on Costco's recommendation and the reviews I read, I thought I would give them a try.
My appointment was for 11:00 a.m., I arrived at 10:50 and Chad, their Service Manager and his team, were waiting for my arrival. The check in process was seamless and quick.
After my four wheel alignment was completed, Chad went over the results in detail, as well as the inspection of my 2017 Mazda CX5 (great car, by the way).
Chad mentioned that one of my belts had cracks, photos were provided, and that it would be a good idea to replace it. I was told previously the belt was suspect, so I knew that Chad was being honest and straight-forward with me.
I found the prices for the work done very resonable and it was clear this automotive center has their act together.
For my next service I will not hesitate to return to Apex Tire & Auto without hesitation.
I arrived for my appointed time to get my oil changed and the computers were down, they continued to work on. I am very pleased with the service that I received. I will definitely keep coming back here for service on my vehicles. Thank you for the great service.
Braulio Paz is an excellent employee. I will not go anywhere else when I have tire issues. He is very knowledgeable, honest and goes above and beyond for his customers. He has helped me out when I’ve been in a pinch and he thinks nothing of it. He does his job!and does it well. I am a lifer at Apex Tire because of Braulio Paz. He is the absolutely best. I was in a jam while on vacation and Chad was able to get me right in and replace my battery. He went above and beyond to check my car for any issues that could pop up on my

Appointment availability was excellent. No wait to assess battery. Explained condition of battery completely. Replacement came with warranty and roadside assistance. Short wait time to have battery installed and computer reset. Very reasonably priced.
Solid group of guys. Really can't ask anymore from a Tire & Auto outfit. Their Timely, well priced, good communicators, and at least for me....always make themselves available to help me out quickly. I intentionally go out of my way to drive to Bonita from Naples, because finding trustworthy people who are efficient to work on my truck is well worth the drive.
