The guys here were amazing. They were helpful and honest about what needed to be done. The car completely crapped out on us and I’m thankful this was the auto shop up the street when it happened. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to bring our vehicle into.

Stopped in to have a tire repaired. While there Chad(manager) took the time to explain the difference between oil types. Decided to have them change the oil using full synthetic oil. Little disappointed that Ford dealer had me using the blend. I should have known better. For walk in service, it was a very good experience!
Jhon and the guys took care of my vehicle in a timely manner with a warm welcome , wasn't an easy job , Parts arrived the following morning after dropping the car off the prior afternoon & vehicle was ready two hours After opening the following day , great job guys , thanks for squeezing me in on short notice and getting the job done right , take it easy!

New customer here. Stopped in with my Lexus LC500 with a slow leak I just discovered. They were really busy but Braulio Paz the service advisor stopped what he was doing and took care of me. 20 minutes later I was on my way. All of the staff were nice young guys. It was a pleasure dealing with them. They are my go to service shop from now on.

Very professional staff that communicated clear direction on repairs and met all timelines they estimated. It is hard to find an auto mechanic shop as organized as this team that also provides exceptional workmanship! Braulio Paz is an excellent employee. I will not go anywhere else when I have tire issues. He is very knowledgeable, honest and goes above and beyond for his customers. Appointment availability was excellent. No wait to assess battery. Explained condition of battery completely. Replacement came with warranty and roadside assistance. Short wait time to have battery installed and computer reset. Very reasonably priced.
Solid group of guys. Really can't ask anymore from a Tire & Auto outfit. Their Timely, well priced, good communicators, and at least for me....always make themselves available to help me out quickly. I intentionally go out of my way to drive to Bonita from Naples, because finding trustworthy people who are efficient to work on my truck is well worth the drive.
