Had a tire blow out a couple weeks ago and took my car here and decided to get all 4 tires replaced. The staff here is truly the best I have dealt with since I moved down here. Ryan the General manager is fantastic and busts his ass. Cleanest auto repair shop I have ever seen as well. I appreciate you fellas and highly recommend everyone to this place. Thank you guys.
I had a screw in my tire and have a platinum service with my Lincoln novels. It seems the company put the manager through the wringer, trying to get them to pay for it! What’s the young fella who originally thought he was just going to fix it it Went above and beyond helping me to figure out my contract and the coverage. I wanted to tip him, but he wasn’t there the next day. I didn’t get his name, but he was tall with Curly blonde hair, but short cut. It would be great if you could give him kudos for me. They didn’t release the car the next day until they got paid, but they chatted and brought me water as we waited for the stupid company!
Ryan is great! Fantastic customer service! It's refreshing to deal with a honest company that does great work at fair prices! I highly recommend Apex to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle!
The inspection was really professional. Everything was explained clearly, staff was honest and efficient from start to finish. I really appreciate the attention and transparency throughout the process. Highly recommended!!!
The manager, Ryan Belcastro, overcharged me because he did not want to fill out a form to raise the hourly rate with my warranty company. Ryan was in the system for $139 per hour, he wanted $188 per hour. The warranty company (Endurance) was willing to raise the rate with the proper rate increase form submitted, Ryan refused and figured it was easier to just charge me the difference. I ended up with $610 dollars out of pocket when it should have been $0. Ryan also tried to seek in several up-charges that were not necessary. I am shock Apex Tire & Auto would treat a customer in such an outrageous way. I am now forced to take this to small claims court. UPDATE: APEX TIRE & AUTO NEVER LOOKED INTO IT AND NEVER CONTACTED ME.
Ryan and Braulio and the entire Apex Team rock! You get no nonsense service, they never try to upsell you and the best part is they are concerned about you and your safety. I would never use anyone else!
Went to make an appointment in person to have my rear brakes done. They were able to do it right then! New rear rotors and pads in under 45 minutes! Cannot recommend them enough! Great experience in the past as well on my and my wife’s cars!
I had my Toyota Rav4 alignment done at Apex auto in Bonita Springs. They did a great job. Afterwards, they sent me a text with photos of the pre and post alignment angles of the front and rear. Plus, advised on other things needed to be attended.
I had an unexpected tire valve leak on my drive home from Miami and pulled into Apex Tire & Auto hoping for a little help. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful... explained everything clearly, got me back on the road quick, and the whole time I felt completely safe and taken care of. It’s rare to find a shop that treats you like a human instead of a ticket number. Highly recommend them for anyone who needs honest, reliable help on the road!
I came in for my appointment, they were on-time and were able to resolve my AC issue within a couple hours. The manager explained everything and what they were going to do at each step of the process.
My service experience was exceptional! I can’t say enough good things about the help I had with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. It started with a dead battery that AAA couldn’t start and a creative way to get the car to your shop. Your staff is very smart and helpful. They are a credit to your company.

Last week I brought my SUV into Apex to resolve a problem that developed during a recent heavy downpour that caused water to pond in a low spot. After hitting this water at around 25 mph, I feared it flooded the engine compartment. Shortly after I found the engine running roughly with hesitating acceleration, AND a flashing engine light. Not knowing the specifics, I drove the very short distance to Apex Tire & Auto and spoke to Braulio. He explained that the best way to thoroughly figure out what was going on was to have a complete diagnostics done ($159.99). I agreed this was probably the best way to proceed. That ended up being the right choice as it identified the problem, a broken elbow attaching the hose to the air intake assembly. Entire unit was replaced. Diagnostics showed the need for an alignment, which was completed. What impressed me was the attention to detail. Every point of needed attention was shown with text AND pictures! Though the air intake assembly had to be ordered, which meant I’d be without the SUV for many days, I was given a ride back to my residence, and when it was time to pick up my vehicle, Ryan, the Manager, personally drove my vehicle back to me so I could then return and pay for the services. That’s just outstanding service! Period! My Kia dealership stopped going to Bonita Springs for complimentary shuttle service saying I was just out of their range and I’d have to provide my own way to get back and forth. You can probably guess where I’m going to go for my service needs! Thanks guys!!
Do not take your vehicle here if you have black wheels. It looks like the tech took a paint scraper to my four month old wheel in about 13 spots he added wheel weights to and removed trying to balance my one wheel. Thankfully it was only one wheel and not all four. Also if you have black wheels you will get white wheel weights. Go somewhere that takes pride in their work not here.
Recently relocated form NJ new nothing about Apex my Dad had a coupon & it just so happened my check engine light came on after a month of buying a vehicle... that being said this is an exceptional Shop No Doubt! It its my new go to place for reliable and Auto Service Chad & his Team are Honest & most def skilled & I can't be more relieved I finally found a place I can trust for dependable Services and exceptional Results! I have purchased new tires from Apex and recently had new brakes installed. The staff at Apex provided excellent service and workmanship. I highly recommended them for your automotive needs.
Stopped in to have a tire repaired. While there Chad(manager) took the time to explain the difference between oil types. Decided to have them change the oil using full synthetic oil. Little disappointed that Ford dealer had me using the blend. I should have known better. For walk in service, it was a very good experience!

New customer here. Stopped in with my Lexus LC500 with a slow leak I just discovered. They were really busy but Braulio Paz the service advisor stopped what he was doing and took care of me. 20 minutes later I was on my way. All of the staff were nice young guys. It was a pleasure dealing with them. They are my go to service shop from now on.
I had used the shop for a minor repair a few months ago and was satisfied. I needed another minor repair today, and went back. I had not noticed that the name had changed. I meditate noticed that the place was different. The people were surly and abrupt. I was lied to about my report. I knew what was wrong and they tried to convince me that I had a major report needed. Thank God I got out of there without getting cheated. Stay away!
I had a really solid experience at Apex Tire and Auto. I stopped by for some routine maintenance, and honestly, these guys were great. Super friendly, didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense (which is rare at auto shops).
They got the work done pretty quickly and the price was fair—no surprises, which I really appreciated. The waiting area was clean and chill, so hanging out while they worked on my car wasn’t a hassle.
Overall, it’s a trustworthy place with good people who know what they’re doing. I’ll definitely be going back next time I need something done.

Apex was recommended to me by Costco, and although I had never heard of them before, based on Costco's recommendation and the reviews I read, I thought I would give them a try.
My appointment was for 11:00 a.m., I arrived at 10:50 and Chad, their Service Manager and his team, were waiting for my arrival. The check in process was seamless and quick.
After my four wheel alignment was completed, Chad went over the results in detail, as well as the inspection of my 2017 Mazda CX5 (great car, by the way).
Chad mentioned that one of my belts had cracks, photos were provided, and that it would be a good idea to replace it. I was told previously the belt was suspect, so I knew that Chad was being honest and straight-forward with me.
I found the prices for the work done very resonable and it was clear this automotive center has their act together.
For my next service I will not hesitate to return to Apex Tire & Auto without hesitation.
I arrived for my appointed time to get my oil changed and the computers were down, they continued to work on. I am very pleased with the service that I received. I will definitely keep coming back here for service on my vehicles. Thank you for the great service.
I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience at Apex. Chad and his entire team did an excellent job taking care of my car. They were extremely competitive on prices for brakes and tires and got me in quickly. The best part is they even provided a vehicle inspection that I didn't even ask for! Apex is definitely my go-to shop from now on.
