I can’t say enough great things about Bonita Auto Center! After working four back-to-back night shifts at the hospital, I got off work to a loud screeching noise coming from my car. I was exhausted and overwhelmed by the unknown of what was happening with my car. I initially visited another shop that quoted me an outrageous price for the repairs. After calling around and receiving quotes from 5 other auto shops, I contacted Bonita Auto Center, where I received the best quote from Alex, who was incredibly accommodating and quick to fit me into their schedule. From the very first interaction, Alex was not only kind but also honest about the necessary repairs, putting my mind at ease during a very stressful time. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, ensuring I knew what was happening with my vehicle.

Really appreciate the transparency and fairness—especially as a woman coming in alone. The manager (or owner) made sure everything was handled professionally. They got me in right away when my AC wasn’t working (which was a lifesaver in this heat!) and even sealed a small crack in my windshield. Honest, fast, and caring service. Highly recommend!
Super honest. Very reasonable pricing. They even let me leave without paying because we weren’t 100% sure if the problem has been fixed. If the issue my car was experiencing has not returned by next week, they said I can pay them next week. That kind of service is almost unheard of these days. Easily 5 stars!

SO HAPPY!!!!! After arranging for an appt at the Hyundai dealership in Naples for a repair that we scheduled weeks in advance (since we have a 2nd home here) and took to them early this morning. We were told that they couldn’t do the repairs until next week. I was so frustrated!! Then I called Alex at Bonita Auto who told me to bring it right in! Next thing you know I got all call telling me it was all fixed! All repairs done!! Thank you Alex for saving the day! I highly recommend this place!! Will definitely come back!!
I had a car that was in pretty bad conditions and needed a decent amount of work. Jose and his team took care of everything! They did an amazing job, it was fast, and fair pricing. I just want to give a rave review for Bonita Auto repair on Old 41 and Terry. Our engine light had gone on and we had Auto Zone diagnose the problem. Contacted Bonita Springs Auto repair and made an appointment to run a complete diagnosis. We were told it would run $90. We thought it was a pressure solenoid and thought it would be a relative inexpensive fix. They explained to us that the transmission could need to be replaced which would cost up to $3,000. They were able to clear the error and found no issues. We asked them to go ahead a change the oil since we needed it done anyway. To our surprise they only charged us for the oil change and not the diagnostic. Finally found a mechanic that won’t rip you off.

I finally upgraded my MOM car and Jose made the experience so seamless. My car is used but feels new. She’s very well taken care of and it was a great price. I was able to test drive the vehicle before sitting down and signing any paperwork. I highly recommend buying your next car here.
I want to say how grateful I am that Jose took a chance on a single mom with a job I worked so many hours and needed a vehicle I only had a small down payment and there’s where it started I paid that vehicle off and put a down payment on the second vehicle when I had to move back to Oklahoma because I couldn’t afford to live in Florida anymore because I got hurt on the job he was amazing and did his best to help me get to my payoff day something like that would have never happened at any other place he went above and beyond I now have two amazing vehicle I love …….

BEST Mechanic shop in town!! I have been going too this shop for a lot of years and hands down the most honest people and best quality of work I have seen. They take care of my fleet of work vehicles for my company and all my personal vehicles and antique cars. If your looking for anything automotive/repair/upgrades this is the place too spend your money for sure Jose the owner and employees are always there too make sure the customer is happy and things get done too meet your schedule.

On vacation with a Toyota Highlander that needed cv axle replacement. Alex was very helpful in pricing a couple options. They fixed it perfectly...even staying past 5:00 to get us back on the road. This shop is fair and professional..would recommend to anyone!
I've been here before and they seemed good on pricing and quality of their work. But, I had an oil change and cabin filter replaced, and as I walked around with my coffee and observed the crew doing the work, the oil change took about 45 minutes, and the cabin filter replacement took about 15 minutes. They reversed the labor time on my bill and charged me 70 bucks to change out the cabin filter. That charge was excessive and I believe they know it. GET THE PRICE UP FRONT BEFORE THE WORK IS DONE!
Had phenomenally smooth and excellent service from these guys (Alex) from start to finish. I called with a shot starter and immediately received upfront and complete “out the door” pricing with no waffling. They underpromised saying it would be done the next day but the squeezed it in same day and was running smoothly when I picked it up. Also, the pricing for this particular service was about 15% cheaper than the other companies quoted me. I didn’t even have to come with the tow truck they handled it all for me till pickup. Highly recommend picking these kind and honest guys!

Came in this morning with a a slow leak in tire and Alex took complete care of me! I didn’t have an appointment and I could tell they were busy so I wasn’t expecting to get in but he came out from behind the counter and helped me right away. The guys did a phenomenal Job on my 1989 Jeep Wrangler YJ. I had a front diff lock cable pull system installed, an oil sensor leak repaired, axl shaft seal replaced, pinion seal, transfer case linkage and a couple other things.
I came in with a vague idea of what the problem was and they were quick and efficient to diagnose exactly what was wrong and provide me with a competitive quote and great turnaround time. The staff was super friendly and easy to talk to. They really care about providing service and treat your vehicle like you would if you were working on it. After the job was done they went over everything that was done with me and made sure I understood everything which was much appreciated it!
No upsale, no surprises just exactly what you want in a mechanic shop. I look forward to working with them in the future.
Being from out of town I was skeptical about going to any mechanic shop, and especially because we were on vacation. I was worried about being taken advantage of and not fixing our A/C problem in a timely manner. Our expectations were exceeded at this mechanic shop. The mechanic and owner here were able to pinpoint our problems and fix them for all around $230. These people are smart and not crooks. Give them your business. They are good.
