The worst experience of my life, I broughtmy car in because it kept dying even with a new battery, so I figured it needed an alternator, we'll next thing I know my car is ready in like an hour an a half and they said the fuel line was broke and needed a new fuel pump and something else that he did for freee , then he tells me it will be 897.00 I almost hit the floor , but instead I asked so this will keep it from stalling he said no, so I basically asked him why he took it upon himself to do a job without my verbal or written consent, he said because it needed it. What? That is not me to decide so long story short my truck is in the driveway dead because it won't run that is the most unethical thing I have ever been involved in I am sick, I have headaches everyday , I'm out 800 dollars Imy monthly check is 715 a month, I don't know how I will pay my bills this month, this is horrible and not only that but I spoke to the owner today he would not give me his name or any info he was pretty much laughing at me . I feel like I just did business with the devil himself, that's disgusting to lie and cheat people shame on you! But I too will be filing charges against you. See you in court and may God have mercy on your greedy soul.
My truck was having some issues and I went across the street and spoke with the front desk they told me to bring it in the next day
I brought my truck in the next day and they had it working by end of day. they could have done whatever they wanted and I would have believed them - but he said good news just needed a basic tune up and they pumped up all the tires.
Very thankful for honest and prompt service - they are keeping Integrity Services on the road!
I wa referred by my neighbor to have some auto tube work done with them. Well after the 1790.00 quote I received stating that the a/c compressor was shot I decided to go elsewhere. The 2 parts I needed were 20$ and a friend of mine put them on for free. DO NOT trust this place.
Never felt great about bringing my car here. Its a dirty, small, sketchy hole in the wall. If you don't speak Spanish, they'll treat you like garbage and talk down to you. There are plenty of other mechanics in the area. Go there instead.
We were 1487 miles from home and we get tailgated. The muffler is damaged - and the dealer tells us it's 4 days to get it fixed. Strong's is near by and we drop in for an estimate and evaluation. In less than an hour Adrian has our car on a hoist and gets the muffler securely re-attached to the car. Adrian and his team got us home safe and sound for a very affordable price .
Called to see if they had availability in the next half hour. I was there in 20 minutes 5 minutes after I walked in the door my car was up on the lift for an oil change and to repair a broken clamp on my exhaust system. in and out in less than an hour

STAY AWAY..........Steam was coming from under the hood. I took my car to Strongs and they said that the heater hose was leaking they then gave me an estimate for $1,416.56 to repair, to replace a leaking hose and wanted 9 hours labor @ $140 per hour including shop material. They then charged me $147.46 for looking and the only shop material was water in the radiator which they charged $7 + tax for it. I had to pay them because they had my car key, they wanted cash and I only had $80 cash and they also charged my card $69.82. I then took my car to Mercedes dealership, they diagnosed and said the coolant line was leaking. Mercedes dealer repaired my car and checked my radio and diagnosed the whole car as well and gave me report and total cost was $1,253.57. Strongs was wrong and refused to pay my money back. I BELEIVE STRONGS MECHANIC DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR AND ONLY TRIED TO RIP ME OFF.
Great experience. Fast ,friendly service . Fair pricing. I was comfortable leaving everything in my vehicle including my wallet. I will be returning here for any future repairs big or small.
Will not be back here ever again. I thought they did great business as my first time in the shop went well. Had them do oil change on 2 vehicles and came out better in price than everyone else. So when it was time for another oil change I went it. I wanted engine oil changed, the transmission fluid changed, and have them look for my oil leak (in hopes they could fix that too) he said he would call me and let me know how much it would be. Almost 24 hours later they call, truck is done. $700!!! And didn't find or fix the oil leak. They told me the oil leak is from the rear main seal. So when I got back to where I'm staying I checked under the truck, they didn't pull the inspection cover to look for the leak. Mind you I only had them do the work because I just don't have the space as I'm in an rv park. So they didn't even bother to look for the leak and lied to me about it. Absolutely unacceptable!!
Professional, courteous & prompt! Fixed muffler defect, explained everything they were doing, what to look for if problems reoccur…unbelievably priced & so much less than I anticipated. Would recommend to anyone!
I brought my car in for a loud exhaust. He said he fixed it I paid him and it is still loud. Then he told me my brakes were bad and wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to fix them. I didn’t tell him I was a mechanic and there’s nothing wrong with the brakes. Beware of these guys
Great service! Kind caring and reasonable. They even messaged me to see if my car was doing well. Highly recommend them. Again i want to add that these guys have made my life simpler by squeezing me in when ive had life issues like goin to work. And i trust them highly!! Trustworthy and really kind!! This place is amazing I came in at 3:30pm being that they close at 4pm , I had a part on my exhaust that had recently fell off and I asked if they could take care of it and they did, with a great attitude and great customer service I recommend this shop to everyone and anyone that needs car work done!
I brought my brand new 2021 Jetta in for a cat back exhaust hoping to get a little more sound from my new car, prior to the person working on my car I asked if the flow master muffler he was putting on would burn my bumper and I asked if he could extend it out further but he assured me it would not burn the bumper. About a week later the exhaust had burned a hole through my bumper and reflector which was the cheap part of the repair, but it also burned my rear traffic and blind spot sensor which is quoted at just over 1k to replace excluding the bumper. I attempted make amends with the shop by asking them to extend it out AFTER this all happened, he said he would be ordering a tip to fix it from burning more of a hole well a month has gone by and I have heard nothing. I will be filing a lawsuit I do not recommend this shop.
BEWARE! STAY AWAY! They left my oil plug loose on a Diesel Engine, had to add a gallon the next day!!! They thought I was some dumb woman that had no mechanical experience and treated me as such. Went back today to take care of issue and blew me off and wouldn’t even tighten oil plug. Bad service!! WAY OVER PRICED AS WELL!!
Bill is awesome, I needed a muffler and he fixed that, starter and oil pump sensor and done such a great job and such a reasonable price. I would recommend him to any and everyone
Went in to have them perform a quick, non - muffler related weld job for me. The guys were friendly, the facility looked fully capable of any job they needed to do. They were able to take care of my work in less than ten minutes.
AT YOUR OWN RISK.. Came in for a resonator weld. Quoted 90-120, charged 160. Left the shop, took it to my performance shop for upgrades. When my Master Mopar Tech of 20+ years places my vehicle on the lift, he noticed a torn axle boot. When asked the likely cause, he stated the resonator weld job. Contacted Bonita Muffler (Strongs auto), and they denied any involvement in damage, even when shown pictures. They stated that its not possible to tear the boot from the resonator job, a differing opinion from a Mopar master tech. This will now require an additional 3 hours labor (120/hr) for the 160$ job.
I've been using Strong's for a couple years. They do a good job and they'll try to work around your schedule. Their prices are fair. I like to support the small business anytime I can. I had a muffler clamp brake on my truck and went to two different places as I was traveling back from Tampa. Both places wanted nearly $100 so I waited until I got back to Bonita and got it fixed at Strong's for 35 dollars and they did it right then.
I brought my vehicle to Strong's with a diagnosis from another shop. Turns out that diagnosis was a bit incorrect. The guys at Strongs could have charged me to fix that problem but in fact my issue was something entirely different. Car runs great for a fair price. I'm glad for the honesty of these gentlemen...
Adrian was great when I first contacted them about my air conditioning condenser to be replaced. I felt very comfortable as my first time having my car fixed...has fair pricing, too!
Found ourselves stranded over in Bonita from Miami on a Sunday and Strongs was amazing!! Open on a Sunday AND stayed late to fix the car. Helped us get a tow to the shop and we were able to head back home! We have an older car and the work was excellent , quick and professional!
We are here seasonally and found ourselves needing an auto repair shop. We have heard horror stories of people, who were away from home, needing an auto repaired, who were taken advantage of. A friend recommended Strong’s Auto Repair Center in Bonita Springs. Carlos and Adrian have been great to work with! They are friendly, have gotten our car in and out quickly and did quality work. I highly recommend Strong’s Auto Repair Center in Bonita Springs.
I took my blazer in to have stock exhaust installed from the catalytic converter back. They ordered the exhaust and installed it. When I went to pick it up I looked under to inspect it and noticed they cut it off above where it unbolts and new exhaust bolts up instead of just unbolting it at the flànge. Which made the exhaust to far forward. The muffler was installed at an angle and hung low. I've done my share of wrenching so I complained and asked why it was hacked in place. They tried to tell me thats the way its supposed to be. I parked it beside a stock blazer with untouched exhaust and i was right about everything i said. Then showed the where the exhaust was hitting my brake line due to them hacking it in place. They took it back saying they'll fix it. Intead of correcting it the cut the mounting bracket and shoved the exhaust further up. Told them I wanted to take it to a capable shop to get it corrected and they should cover the bill in which they refused. Left disappointed that I paid for unacceptable work and left it at that. So now a few weeks later my back right brake starts sticking. Pull the wheel off to replace the brake line thinking it's collapsed which happens. Notice they bent the brake hose bracket down for extra clearance from the exhaust and also kinked the Hardline. Now I'm going to have to replace the hardline too. Beside the language barrier cause nobody there spoke fluent english their work was like something from a 3rd world country. They used to do good work many years ago. I wouldn't trust them working on anything of value at this point. Definitely disappointed..
I was visiting Bonita Springs from out of town when my car died and wouldn't restart. I chose to have my BMW towed Strong's Auto Center because the are a NAPA auto care center and I knew the warranty would be honored at my local auto Care center when I returned home. They diagnosed my cars problem, researched the fuel pump availability replaced it and got me back on the road the same day. They really bailed me out. I found them to be friendly and informative and I would recommend Strong's auto care to anyone.
Absolutely will never take my car anywhere else! I got a quote for $2200 for a blown head gasket and to fix the ac when I took it to Stongs. It was like thay had a different truck. I was out of gas and the ac just needed Freon!!! I decided to go ahead and get the fuel pump so my gas gage would work and my grand total was only $638!!! Like I said I’ll never take my truck anywhere else! 10 stars to you you guys!!! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Dont go to these people! Called asking for a price for exhaust, told me i need to come in to get a price. Go from naples to bonita to them, arrive they dont even look at the vehicle and tell me its a 100 dollars more than anywhere else. Overpriced and bad customer service. They deserve 0 stars
