I'll just state the facts. I was thrown in jail for nothing more than riding my electric bike in my neighborhood blocks from home. I have been stopped before, told to stay off alico and daniels, told my bike could be towed but was unaware i could be arrested. The local cops here in San carlos park up until this time might have been the only friendly chat id have for weeks when they stop me. Sometimes they wanted to search me which i always complied with. I am in poor health having suffered a mini stroke weeks prior 40 years old and disabled by a hit and run driver they never caught. So this is where Xtreme Towing comes in. They keep my bike on the truck until after hours, ensuring a 2 day impound fee of just shy of 400 dollars. They made us get documents sent from sunsports proving we bought the bike(ive ridden it a few years now without a problem as i dont do dumb stuff on it.) Then when we get there, they make us go to the ups store to print a hard copy. We made it with 10 minutes to spare of these people owning my bike as we could not afford what it would have been monday. The love of my life...the only piece of myself i have left...i rebuilt this bike after we both survived attempted vehicular homicide even as i learned to walk again. It was my way of life. I picked up nails off the road, patched and inflated peoples tires never asking for anything never showed off or engaged in any stupid kid behavior. They absolutely did not want us to make it in time. They knew. The policeman who bears a striking resemblance to several of the people there said my bike is a motorcycle because it looks like a motorcycle and took lots of pictures of it with his personal cell phone. Something stinks here. I wonder how many people just cant make it after bonding out trying to keep their jobs and these wonderful people get to auction their vehicles for thr cost of the gas to pick them up. Oh and they have this lovely "its your fault" sign...like 99% of the time it probably isn't wrong but..come on don't you have a shred of empathy?
Just like everyone who has dealt with this company I wasn't happy. They charged $1131.00 for a tow that amounted to 6 miles. The lady behind the desk was trying to speak to me as the owner was yelling obscenities. Very vulgar and definitely not dealing with them again!
Brian was fantastic. I had to have my trailer with boat towed because of a broken axle. Brian treated the rig like it was his own. Great attitude. Professional. It was late in the afternoon and Brian was able to arrive in less than 30 minutes!
Case was amazing! From the moment I called Extreme Towing they were quick and efficient. Then Case showed up to help with my lowered BMW. The way he handled my car with extreme care, like it was his own, says a lot about this towing company.

5 STARS!!!!! I called with a low car in grass issue. Josh and Case came out, assess the situation, called for little more input because the car was in a bad spot. Went got that big boy, and pulled her out, up and off she went. The price was very very reasonable for the issue I had. I have never met such men with so much professionalism. The staff dealt with me calling a few times (sorry) they were so nice ( I can be annoying) but she giggled and carried on with her duty. Everyone was amazing!!!!!
Otherwise known as “GnC towing” BUSINESS OWNERS BE AWARE. CONTRACT A DIFFERENT TOW COMPANY TO HANDLE YOUR PROPERTY. These guys towed me from a legally binding commercial lease at my own building, where I have a tenant contract and right to be there. You’ll only run into liability problems working with these guys. Reputations speak for themselves. We’ve done business here for 25+ years Read the reviews. If I had to guess, they most likely use the guise to operate under 2 entities to move liability back and forth. I’m sure if they haven’t received legal pressure, I smell a class action when they upset the wrong person.
No human being should ever deal with the guy in the office. He’s just very tense ready for any trouble. He can’t control himself so will act childish whenever he wants to. Not sure if that’s the owner or a worker. If it’s the owner it’s clear of their image. If it’s just a worker, as a business owner I’d remove that image! Bad customer service!
Same owner same terrible customer service. These people use the law to prey on people and rip them off. Towed a disabled truck for us kept it for 2 weeks then charges us 1150. And their attitude just sucks. No sane person would give them business.
It was a Sunday evening and
unfortunately I buried my truck in sugar sand. Just try to get a company to come and get you out on a Sunday. I called Extreme Towing, and in 20 minutes the owners of the company were there ready to hook up and pull me out!

Owner was very rude on the phone ! I called to get some info on a friends car that was towed by them owner treated me so rude and told me not to even come to his property which makes no sense ! Anyhow came by the property to get the car his employee treated me normal and got the car out ! Owner needs to respect people no matter what it's a business he can't just tell people not to come to the property if my car is there ! All I wanted was to pay and get the car out ! Bad business owner never calling or coming back to this place again
I found extreme towing through the Lee County sheriffs department when my son’s vehicle broke down in the middle of the roadway. It was 12:52 AM on a work night. Nobody wants to deal with these things especially this late at night. However, when employee Danny arrive, he made the situation much better. He immediately began to come up with a plan to get my sons vehicle out of the roadway. Instead of taking it to Yard to acquire fees, he helped me come up with the solution of having it towed to my house temporarily. He was honest and upfront about the cost helpful, polite, and courteous. From one professional driver to another major, kudos on work ethic and courtesy. I would highly recommend calling on these folks when you have the need.

Xtreme towing company is not so XTREME . Their customer service is very awful , their owner as well as drivers are rude and disrespectful .
My family and I got into a accident just the other day . Their driver was so disrespectful slamming his door in my face and driving off .
When I called the company , the OWNER hisself stated “y’all are acting like a bunch of animals .” Mind you my family is black . So no we do NOT take that nicely as our history we were referred to animals instead of human beings .
I do not recommend this company to anyone at all . I would rather pull my own car than call these unprofessional , racist , and colorist people .
Towing companies get seem to get a bad reputation but this seemed to be quite the opposite. After the end of my overnight shift I found myself stranded because my car wouldn’t start. It was 3:00 am and all my coworkers had left so I called Xtreme towing for a jumpstart. They had a fast response time of 15 minutes and it wasn’t as simple as a jumpstart turned into needing a tow to the mechanic shop. The driver who was very respectful offered to take it to my mechanics and fill out the drop off form so that I didn’t have to do it myself.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I wish I could give it 10 stars! I was in Fort Myers when my tire went flat I called and they were there within half an hour!!! They took me to the place to get my tire fixed and I was on the road within the hour. thank you, Xtreme Towing!
the people working there not just the lady but also the man there are EXTREMELY rude, name fitting. They are out to take property of people. I hope these people are proud of themselves when they see each other in the mirror. They create unnecessary red tape in order to make it impossible for the owner of the vehicles to get them back. Must be keeping the vehicles for parts or to resell. I have never spoken to such unprofessional business before. If they don't return the vehicles you have to wonder, what are they doing with them? Their customer service is not keeping them open, that's for sure.
The people in this business miss the point. Customer service is key. Besides the fact that they don't explain what will happen to your vehicle if the person doesn't have what they want. There is no need to be rude. You were rude in person and on the phone. As a business, all people should be treated with respect. Telling someone that they are wasting your time is comical. You have a valuable asset of another person, and they have the right to ask what you are going to do with it.
