Came through for a belt and Cajun set me up with high powered LED bulbs, plug&play style for my old 2008 Toyota Highlander. He made sure to warn me about installation risks and the return policy, put me on the right path to research it before trying it myself. Followed Cajun's steps and viola! My bulbs are installed without issues. It wasn't a hard sell without disclosures. Good team, good staff. Thanks guys.
My best friend, her 4 children and I went in to purchase some supplies due to her car overheating. The manager, “Cajun” was unbelievably rude to us. He told the 19 year old when she went to look for someone to help us, that “you can’t be back here.” Now keep in mind, she seen him and simply walked towards him to ask for help. He told her to go!! He was unbelievably rude and irate !! He then began to holler at my friend. He said if we weren’t BUYING anything that we had to leave . My friend had already spent nearly $100 buying supplies for her vehicle BEFORE “Cajun” said that . He’s a piece of work for sure !! We’ve never been treated so horribly in our lives. I then told him that she had purchased items and he POINTED HIS FINGER at me and said “I’m not talking to you.” His behavior was inexcusable and disrespectful !! This cry baby of a man is a manager at that. Now Chris and Hunter, the two workers were extremely compassionate and helpful!! They helped us get what we needed to fix her vehicle. Just a warning to all that he has a horrible temper!!
My car wouldn’t start after work around 5 PM, and I had to pick up my three daughters from daycare before 6. Thankfully, this location was just two minutes from my job, so I headed straight there. I was immediately greeted by Brendan, and after I explained the situation, he quickly tested my battery and confirmed it needed to be replaced. Without hesitation, he installed a new one and had me back on the road in time to get to my girls. I’m so grateful for his quick action and kindness. The world truly needs more people like Brendan!
After giving all vehicle information the parts specialist asked me if I knew the part# I needed for a air-conditioning liquid line. I don't recommend shopping here
I went to this store needing a quart of oil for my car and was approached by Chris. I simply needed a quart of 0w20 oil for my rav4. I have always run Mobile 1 oil but he insisted i needed to get fram. He followed me around the entire store and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He was constantly talking and almost made me feel like I was being preyed on. I knew what needed and did not need him to breath down my neck the entire time. I did not feel comfortable with how he was acting. He had no interest in helping anyone else in the store. I felt extremely unconfutable around him. Thankfully there was another worker that understood what I needed. Never had a more uncomfortable at a parts store before. Will not be going back here. Women beware.
Customer service was great. I had a few questions and Cajun answered them for me. Also told me about the sales they were running. He was very helpful. I will return to this AAP whenever I need anything car related.

It’s a great place but I don’t know why the website says they open at 8am . When I go to the store they told me to wait till 8:30am I had to sit outside 30 minutes
Needed a battery today, so I stopped in at this store and Cajun was extremely helpful with finding me the correct battery and Brendan installed it quick and easily. Both were very helpful and kind, will continue coming here for all my car needs.

Like I hate being a Karen but I just walked into this advance and came to pickup my online orders. I was called yesterday at like 6 and was told my stuff would be ready tomorrow. I walk in today after church and my stuff isn't ready. So the guy (I didn't get his name) who "helps" me out is already giving me attitude, oh well. No biggie there's a lot of people. But then when he brings me my stuff he doesn't even bring me the correct stuff. He just decides to give me whatever and then when I told him "this isn't what I ordered" he throws the paper slips of items at me and says you give it a shot then. So I found ALL MY ITEMS BY MYSELF. The guy went to hide in the back. I asked the "manager" named Cajun for the guys name. He supposedly doesn't know him. Like what? Trying to save face? I was just gonna ask what's the point of the attitude? Why am I the customer doing your job for you? Literally been coming to this store for a long time. I even WORKED at this location back in 2017 so I know it's a great place. My cousin used to work here as a manager. I don't know who these people working are but they have to change their ego. No way someone should ever be treated this way.
Brendan is the best. I don’t know if he is the manager but he should be. He knows what I needed and where it was. He was more than happy to answer all of my questions. Definitely deserves a raise
Fantastic crew here at this location very professional. Their store had all the products I needed for my Ford F150 5.0L Coyote, they had exact fit parts for my fuel delivery & controller system components. Very nice crew of people here who were a bug help in my repair while traveling.

Advance Auto is my go to stop especially while traveling. I stopped in today for some fluids and had the distinct pleasure of working with Emilio. He set up right away and was so incredibly helpful. I walked away better than when I walked in and I owe it all to him. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m in town again!
Great place to shop! I bought a battery the other night and took it back to my car. We didn't do a very good job putting it in ourselves, but the store was already closed by then. So I go back to the store the next morning and got the best service from Rafael! He put my battery in perfectly! He gave me peace of mind! Thank you Rafael!!
Stay away from this place. They tried to rip me off on a return. Couldn't find the receipt but used a credit card and had the price I paid online. Tried to refund me a sale price on a store credit.
Took twenty five minutes to straighten it out, and they were very rude about it.
Horrible I called about a 12 volt battery and was quickly responded to what they don't sell the 12 volt batteries for my car at the store another store told me that they do have it and I'm just running around trying to get a 12-volt battery for my car so I can drive 125 miles home but come to find out after arguing with Bradley for a couple minutes that another store in the area does have my 12 volt battery thanks for wasting my time and give me an attitude... Smh smh I'll never shop at place so quickly to turn me away
This place is so bad. Do not recommend to anyone that needs anything for auto parts. 1 they close whenever they please, whenever they’re feeling lazy. I knocked and called when the hand written piece of paper said they closed at 6pm and the dude looked and hid in the back (tubby white guy) my clock said 5:48. He finally came to the window and pointed his weird finger at the sign that said 6pm and showed him my clock and he waddled away. I have never felt so disrespected by an advanced auto parts. It’s an auto parts store for crying out loud why do you need to close earlier than the intended time. This place needs some serious new management.
Both guys in there tonight were very helpful. 1 went out of his way to find 1of the parts I needed and the other guy saved me $20 on the other stuff. I'll drive out of my way to come to this advance auto from now on.
Manager was very helpful! Cashier was horrible!! Asked him a couple questions & each reply was “I HAVE NO IDEA” working at an auto parts store, you should have some kind of idea
Bradley saved my day, my battery died on me in the middle of the road and knew something was up. Luckily there's an advance auto parts down the road and got the car able to turn back on. Once I got here this young man jumped to my rescue, he got the battery, cleaned the battery for me, put on the oil and corrosion covers and boom the car was back on no problem. They definitely need to give this man a raise, he works really fast and cares for his customers needs. Thanks again bradley.
The manager changed out a dead battery in my wife’s Mercedes GLK 350. Service was efficient, fast and less than half of what the Mercedes dealership would have charged. In and out in about 30 minutes which was highly appreciated under the circumstances. I’ve used them before for tires and such and will continue to do so.
I've had better experiences. My 1st time, shame on the dog. The 2nd time, shame on me. Went to the other side of town, same company, unbelievable "knowledge", and very friendly! Will be taking the extra time to drive the extra distance, well worth it!
I bought a battery last November at Advanced Auto. This November it died while I was at a grocery store, near one of the Advanced stores. I called and they had an associate drive iver and jump start my car so I could make it over to their store. When they checked the battery was defective. 20 minutes later, I was driving home with a new battery. I love Advanced Auto.
The guys behind the counter are very courteous and helpful. They will help you if they can and let you know their honest opinions if they think you need a technician to look at your vehicle. I have been here twice this week and I will definitely continue to do business here.
Steve went out of his way today in politeliness and outgoing very helpful. Bought drive shaft and installed it on my tow truck outside their business and he lend me their free tools to complete my repair to go back home tampa.... He even gave me mechanic soap so i can get stains off my hands. Thanks great customer service and knows his job!
