  Spent $85 on 4 QRTS of motorcycle oil at Bonita Springs Napa ...went back with used oil..they would not take it...AUTO ZONE took it without a purchase..

  I went in to ask about the parts driver position. The franchise owner with a straight face tells me $ 13 an hour. I made $ 14 an hour in 1998. Does he not know that even a fast food chain pays $ 16 to $ 18 an hour with benefits lol ! The store also looks grimey and dirty. Maybe he can get a crack head, gambler or alcoholic with a criminal background to work for that pay because not even an illegal immigrant would work for that kind of money. Good luck !

  I enjoy stopping into this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I met Bob just recently because he was highly recommended from my cousin who owns a mobile diesel mechanic business. Bob has always gone out of his way to make sure we had the correct parts to get the job done. Prices are extremely fair.

  Well stocked Auto parts store. The guy spoke with was really friendly and out that worked there. I got some good feedback on which choice was what was supposed to go in my dump trailer. I got the hydraulic oil that I needed.

  Mediocre. You'll find a lot of stuff at Napa, no doubt. This location is cluttered. One of the two staff was yapping on a mobile phone outside while we stood around waiting to pick up a single item for ten minutes. The other, was friendly, but busy in back, and then later overheard in the front - counter phone derisively talking staff schedules and dropping F-bombs. Just not a professional store.

  Unless you have year, make, model, engine size, horsepower, tire size, weight, color of car, vin number, and headlight type, don"t expect to get any help here. They refuse to help you unless you can provide useless information. Sent wife in for oil filter, a napa oil filter, with a napa part number and said they need year, make, model and engine size. I don"t understand when you have a part number, went to John Collins and walked out in minutes. Save your time and go elsewhere, this has happened more than once, people behind counter have no experience and should not be working behind a parts counter.

  I needed a battery that was difficult to find anywhere else. For a matter of a few dollars more I was able to get it from the Napa store in Bonita Springs. Although they were busy with other customers and other things going on they still manage to get me out in a timely manner. Not sure if the guy's name was Julius or not. I will go back there again.
