Needed a vehicle towed off our property. I call them and they were out within 15 minutes. Great response and had the vehicle off our private property that should not have been here.
My Jeep was sent here as a sub-vendor job without my approval and the experience was disappointing to say the least. Poor communication and professionalism. My Jeep sat for a week with nothing done (probably for the best because they clearly don’t know Wranglers) and the mechanic’s condescending tone sealed the deal—I won’t be returning.
G&C towing goes above and beyond. My elderly mother's car broke down in Bonita Springs earlier this week. We called G&C towing and they had a truck there very quickly. The young gentleman who arrived in the tow truck was very kind to my mom and very helpful. He helped my mom get into the truck and also out of the truck. The tow truck driver stayed with my mom until my son could go pick her up. Very kind professional. The owners Chris & Gail have helped me and my family for many years and always save the day. Highly recommend G&C towing and their mechanic shop too.

If I could have left NO stars, I would have. THEIR PRICING IS OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH. They charged me $885.23 for a REAR brake job, and a tow that was less than 4 miles. After asking for them to review the bill with me, and after questioning the bill (because obviously my brakes must of been made out of solid gold), the manager of the back area proceeded to start yelling at his front desk woman about there being absolutely no negotiations on price, loud enough for me to hear in the next room. I don’t know if it was because I was a young female, they felt like they could take advantage of me, but they absolutely did. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. My family has been into auto-motives for generations and to know that I got charge almost triple what this job would normally cost, is very disappointing, especially coming from a place that was very well recommended by Lee County Sheriff's Office. If you're trying to build loyal clientel, you are doing it wrong. 15000000/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GETTING YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE.

I came in to check my tag lights and they checked it and found it was disconnected and didn’t charge me anything!
While I didn’t have service work done I tried passing by the backside and a truck was parked in the fire lane. I went to ask for it to be moved and was informed it’s a private pass way and he uses his truck to block it so his employees are safe, and I said oh ok we didn’t know. The man was a bit rude and I said next time maybe not be rude about it and I was told go back to the bar and have a drink. Well I did have a few choice words for him as that is EXTREMELY rude! While I had ONE drink mind you at the establishment next door heading to meet friends, BUT in no way intoxicated! As a business owner I would NEVER treat people this way! A fire station is on the left and I wonder how they pass through

What an amazing prompt service. Got to my truck at 4:15am this morning to head across the ally for work and my truck wouldn’t start. Called multiple 24 hour companies with no answer. Found one company who couldn’t make it on time and referred me to G&C. In less than 2 rings they picked up. They were at my condo within 20 minutes of me hanging up and had me on the road by 4:55am just in time before my shift began. Thank you for the prompt response and the professionalism that you guys showed.
I would like to thank this local business for their help. I need a small repair on the skirting under my car (parking bumper). I stopped in there office to ask if the could help and the G&C team exceeded my expectations fixing it on the spot. Terrible Experience with GNC Towing
I am compelled to share my disappointing experience with GNC Towing, which has left me questioning their integrity and professionalism. As a leaseholder, I was appalled to find that they towed my car from my own building with dedicated parking spots, a blatant disregard for the rights of tenants/residents.
While GNC Towing attempts to maintain an air of professionalism, my interaction was marred by an unsettling encounter with a representative adorned with face tattoos—a stark contrast to the level of service one would expect from a “professional company”. This appearance, coupled with their aggressive and money-hungry approach, suggests a focus more on profit than on providing fair and respectful service to the community.
I encourage local business owners to reconsider any contracts with GNC Towing. The reviews speak for themselves, and the potential reputational damage associated with aligning with this company is simply not worth the risk. In an industry that should prioritize customer care and ethical practices, GNC Towing falls short.
My truck got towed on a Friday evening after 4pm. I tried to get it out the next day or at least see how much it would cost me to get my truck out. Guy tells me office is closed til 8am Monday. So Monday I called and young lady answered and said my bill was already $604 and some change I was shocked the amount was so high especially right before the hurricane started. Then I call and talk to Chris the owner to see
why bill so much he starts to tell me then ended up getting rude with me on phone because I got mad my bill was so high after only a few days. This is price gouging.
Talk about service!! I was unable to get anyone to move my car (I'm still up north) when someone suggested 'call G&C Towing'...I was concerned because I would not be able to provide a key. I called them and within an hour they were at my condo on Vanderbilt Beach. Their truck was too big to get under our carport but they called me and said they could get it done! The weather was terrible, the hurricane was moving in and at that same time a tornado warning came out.....I thought I was kissing my car goodbye, and praying they were not at risk, but they called me shortly after drop off, I paid them (no price gauging from them) and they were very gracious and professional.
It's never fun when you need a vehicle towed and these circumstances were against all odds. Great Service and great people......
Great family owned company! Chris the owner goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy and his tow drivers are always awesome! This is our second time using them and both tow drivers knew exactly what they were doing and went the extra mile to get my car on the flat bed safely and properly. The driver, Jesse, was so appreciative of the tip we gave him as he definitely deserved it and the price of the tow was extremely fair for the wonderful job they do and how quickly they respond and are able to get to you! I have been going to G&C Automotive since he opened his shop (many years ago). Chris and his crew have done all the work on every one of my cars and they are fantastic! They are honest, efficient and take pride in their work. I’ve even used their towing service more than a few times. I highly recommend them!!!
G&C fixed what Ohio messed up. Had tires mount and balanced in Ohio drove 1,000+ miles with a speed in-balance. G&C fixed it right away and got us back on the road super quick. A+ job from their crew.
I am disgusted at the behavior by the owner of this facility. I just called at 10:31 pm to get the breakdown of a vehicle and the owner stated they do not provide the breakdown over the telephone only via email. I stated okay that’s fine I understand it is not provided over the phone and was told he has ten people in front of him and hung up the phone. I called back to get the email and was yelled at and hung up on again. That is extremely distasteful and disgusting to treat anyone. Everything has been documented and will be escalated expeditiously.
Chris the owner was amazing, he did exactly what he said he would do. I was under a time crunch and he was gracious enough to accommodate me. He took what was a really bad situation for me and gave me a ray of hope. His employee was so nice and polite as well.
Staff member broke down & car was towed by this company by pd; as tow we called took to long. When calling to confirm if they had car we were called rude& hung up on saying he didn’t cover this area, as police said they had it & they refused to confirm hanging up while questioning if there. Called back post a 2nd call to police as to car whereabouts to confirm if key was picked up or dropped in street and got confirmation. Upon trying to pick up car with owner who needed ride here we were declined , requiring a 3rd call to police. This company wasted valuable time. Owner was rude & disrespectful to women. They did try to save face with the pd by towing to repair place for free but only after having a 3 unit response from police. If they can’t do a proper public service for pd maybe they shouldn’t have the contract. I have attached a copy of the receipt as we paid cash PII was blocked for privacy. Proof of services rendered.
These guys helped me out, towing my Isuzu trooper, what I can tell you is these guys are schooled and qualified to do the right thing, if you want your high-end car in perfect shape when you get it back to the house, I would call these guys!!! Fantastic knowledgeable staff.

If I could give a ZERO rating I would! This is the absolute worst company EVER!! My son’s car was towed from I-75 last night, due to him being taken to the hospital…
I called trying to make arrangements for myself or my husband to pick up the car and the man on the other end of line proceeds to tell me that my son has to pick up the car, I explain MY SON IS IN THE HOSPITAL and won’t be released any time soon. The man gets frustrated with me, and tells me he can’t release my son’s car to me, that my son is an adult.
I explained once again that he’s in the hospital. I tried asking again how much it’s going to cost to pick it up… at this point the man on the other end is getting very short and isn’t willing to give me a price…so I raise my voice in frustration, He then proceeds to tell me that my son doesn’t need his “MOMMY” taking care of him.
MY SON IS IN THE HOSPITAL!!! Like I stated we’re not sure when he will get released, So instead of the car sitting there accruing storage fees per day we would like to pick up the car!! I was just trying to simply get details on how to pick up the car and how much it’s going to cost, that’s all!
Now not only am I dealing with my son being in the hospital, I’m having to deal with this unnecessary stress that could have been handled with professionalism instead of childlike behavior!
I hope this is not the owner and he can be fired!!
Every company can do whatever they want. But when a company has a worker that’s so rude I have to call the cops on, it’s quite sad. If you’re hiring someone for towing, I’d say call everyone else but these people. Unhinged and unprofessional. I called other towing companies around so they can remove our disabled vehicle and they said: “ we don’t deal with that guy, he’s very difficult I’m sorry”
That’s their slogan that’s been given to them, not just by me, but others. He physically pushed me and I did not threaten him like he said. Total beta, and a liar!
G and C automotive and towing did an excellent job at getting my jeep back on the road. They quickly fixed the few issues with the cooling system and informed me of the low rear brake pads. After the repairs were made it feels like new again!!! Thank you G&C
Amazing! Dominick was sent out to help us out in towing me Tesla Model S (had a flat on the rear right tire). He was absolutely professional and took such great care in the loading and unloading of my car. Quick and excellent service on his part, but as well thankful that the company was able to get someone so quickly out to us. It was going to take 3 hours for others to get over to help out and I was on the side of the interstate.

You know those times when you pay less than what you had expected? This will not be one of them. I had my compressor on trailer towed by G & C after an accident. They were professional at the site and got it done. It went downhill after that. The receptionist is very good at answering the phone and telling how much you owe. I could not, however, get anyone to simply go in the lot to measure my trailer. I also was not able to look at my itemized bill until all $954 was paid. Huh??? The storage fee was $40 per day for an item 1/3 the size of a car. They charge holidays and weekends. They’ll tow you then but won’t let you get it out. I give the receptionist credit for stating the owner’s policies with a straight face. There’s a job waiting for her in politics if she wants a change. She would never give me a straight answer whether I would get the help to load it. So, before I paid, I wanted to speak to the manager. He was not happy and I saw a side of him painted in the other reviews. They did help me load my equipment and gave me some advice on tying it down. So, if you are compliant and willing to pay whatever price, then you do well with them. You may also live in a penthouse on the beach. I don’t know. If you have questions or maybe challenge a thing of two, then don’t expect a fun time. My tow was good but the storage fee was excessive.
