I called GEICO and they told me that they would not help me even though I had towing insurance. I scrambled looking for a close-by, highly rated towing company. I called Expert Towing and they were so nice, caring, and they helped me ASAP. Everything went so smoothly!

Locked my car, keys and house keys in the trunk on Thursday, July 25 at 2:30am I live live eight minutes away And they did not have no vehicles for me The guy was sleeping when I called.. He said he has trucks at five in the morning. This place is not 24 hours

Our experience was excellent. The company said 30 minutes and they actually were there within 20 minutes. Tow truck driver was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Highly recommend this company.

i had a delivery coming on a drop deck semi. It was a milling machine I purchased in Minnesota. I was thinking that a rollback tow truck will be the way to go. I was right. I called Expert towing after the load had left Minnesota and made arrangements for expert to help out with the unloading. They were eager to help and the driver showed up after the truck arrived and we had it off the truck and in the shop in 45 minutes. They are very helpful and friendly. Photos show machine on Semi and rollback.

Last night while driving on I-75 at about 11pm, I caught a flat tire at mile marker 117 with my 10 yr old daughter in the car. This company was the first one that showed on my searched. I dialed the number and no one answered. Then within a few minutes I received a call back. Not sure if he's the owner, but the man on the phone was nice and had someone picked us with 40 minutes. The tow truck was clean, and the driver was cordial & quiet. Took us straight to our house. Excellent service. The pricing was fair. Sent me the receipt. Excellent customer service, keep up the great work!

My fleet company set up this company to come get my van well he never showed up. I was told 1hr that turned into 3 hrs I told my company to cancel them and find someone else. they would not answer the phone I called them on multiple number and so did my company. this company will leave you stranded I will never use them or recommend them. This is not the other company this is they right company phone number matches the one we were calling.

Horrible service an ethics. Phone operator directly lied to us multiple times to make us believe he would arrive sooner so we wouldn’t call elsewhere. An estimated 20-25 minutes turned into an hour and a half. I had my 10 month old daughter, 4 and 5 year old sons and wife in the truck, 100+ heat index. We asked him if there were any other calls the truck had to service, he said no and it was coming directly to us. The operator didn’t have the professionalism or respect to answer our calls at the one hour mark. Will never use this company!
