I cannot express my gratitude enough for Hector’s amazing heroics tonight! Debris fell off a truck in front of me and swerving to avoid it in the road I hit a curb going 45 miles an hour! My tire was shredded. I managed to pull into the O’Reilly’s parking lot and Hector came right out and changed my tire to the spare. He was amazingly friendly and refused any money for it. God bless him, thank you O’Reilly’s for supporting your employees that at 6:45pm at night they’re still friendly, happy, and accommodating! I’m definitely only shopping here for my auto parts! Honest, helpful, friendly, and charitable!! Thank you thank you thank you!!
I went to the store to have my battery charged, I talked to an young African American store worker. He tested the battery and told me the battery needed to be replaced and I told him that I want to try charged it first. In 15 to 20 minutes the store called me and me to pickup the battery, and they showed me and tested that the battery wasn't good. Took the battery brought it to AutoZone in Eustis, the store employee put the battery in charge told me it will take 2 hours. Turned back two hours the battery was perfect. At the beginning I have the intuition he wanted me to buy a new battery.
They don't know what they are doing. They put a battery in backwards and literally blew up my car. Honda had the car for a full week replacing burned up parts.
No compassion from the management. These people suck.
Sold me a bad battery. The guy said it's your alternator when returning it. It wasn't. He tested the battery and saw it was bad. Don't trust them. Went to advanced auto in eustis and got a battery. The car started right up. I don't know if they get paid by commission but they definitely try to up sell things that are not needed. To add to it I already went to the Subaru dealership before I bought the battery for them to test everything.
I was told by a friend and confirmed online that they replaced batteries. I brought in my 2015 Chevrolet 1500 on 5/8/25 @ 4:00pm. It was barely starting so I was happy to make it to the store. After buying the battery the guy checking me out (long blonde pony tail) let me know he couldn’t change the battery as he was the only guy up front and it was too complicated. He gave some tools to do it myself which didn’t include everything I needed. Thankfully I had some extra tools in my truck. It took me about 15 minutes to change the battery as you have to remove a small bar to get the battery out. When I went back in to return the battery there was three guys in green uniforms sitting around the cash registered chatting it up while their customer was outside doing the work they advertise. Someone passing by mentioned he has a Chevy truck and at Napa they change them out for him. He was surprised to see me working on the battery out front . Pretty lame generation of workers we have these days.
I needed a new car battery and this place was very helpful! They worked on the price to help me out and changed it out for me. Scott took three phone calls prior to me getting the car there for the new battery. He was super polite and nice and helped so much.
Seth from O’Reilly Auto Parts was amazing. Needed my battery replaced and he went above and beyond to be helpful and informative. Will definitely return for any future auto or boat part needs.
Mr. Bill was the best. He helped me get the new wipers onto the sticker car tonight. Someone give that man a raise for being so awesome. Ty Bill. I appreciate u.
The employees of this store are awesome!!! If they don't have a part for me they get it pretty quick like..... Seth has helped me find The correct parts needed on two different occasions getting my trucks back in service ..thanks for all the hard work!!!!!!
My husband is fighting fire in Calif and I needed a convenience battery. (I have never even heard if that before). I walked in, Seth greeted me. Checked it, tested and replaced in a matter of minutes. I am so overwhelmed with gratitude that I have treats in my eyes.
Pour service the person with bad attitude no help I will never stop by this store any more they want to thel them the exact part that's why you come here foe help them answer is we ar not mechanic oh well

There needs to be more than 1 person working at the store. The employee was busy with someone making a purchase at the counter, so I looked around the store until I found what I needed. I got in line to pay and waited 10 minutes while the employee continued to look for a hard to find part for the other customer. I needed to get back to work, so I left without being able to purchase what I needed. This was my first visit to O'Reilly's and based on the service I received, I won't be back. I usually go to Advance Auto Parts or Autozone. I have never been to either store, when only one person was there to service the entire store.
My husband called to see if they had a part in stock for his truck was told yes and it would be sitting on the counter when I got there I literally was pulling into the parking lot when she called my husband back the manager to let him know that the inventory was wrong so I called her back to ask her if it would be any kind of compensation due to the fact that I was already there to pick the part up and she informed me they do not compensate for gas so I let her know that maybe they should get a visual on their parts before informing the customer that it was there
Jake did a fantastic job this evening. It was a simple purchase of a battery along with swapping them. No issues, no complaints or grumbling on his end. Only took 5 minutes to replace. Highly recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts!
If I could give Stephen 10 stars on here I would. He helped me give my mom one of her amazing gifts. A brand new battery for her car. He went above and beyond in making sure I understood the benefits of upgrading. Installed the new one on the spot. I highly recommend O’Reilly auto parts over the competition. They truly care about their customers. Stephen is proof.
