Driver who claimed to be the owner shows up under the influence of something. Then doesn’t do now how to tow the unit. Takes the air fitting when he leaves doesn’t reinstall the drive shaft and put a large vehicle furher down a steep slope. I would avoid this company at all costs. Worst towing experience in 20 years.
Dustin was great, very professional, stayed in contact with us on his way to tow our boat. The front part of the hitch on our boat trailer broke off while towing the boat. It needed to be towed, Dusting showed up with a massive flatbed and loaded our boat and trailer on to the flatbed and delivered it to the storage facility where we keep it. Dustin saved the day without having to call my insurance company and wait for them to possibly send a less experienced operator to get my 30-foot RV out of a precarious position at 6:00 pm on a hot, Florida night. My RV was wedged up against a building in an unfortunately tight storage space and Dustin managed to tow it safely into the space with minimal (expected) damage. Literally amazing! Hopefully I will not need this exact service again but with an RV there is always an issue and I have needed a local tow before for two flat tires and only one spare. This is now my go-to towing company for my cars and the RV. Great job and fast service too!
Kind professionals. My car was towed here after an accident and I was able to access my vehicle to get my belongings. They graciously removed my tag that I had forgotten so I was easily able to pick it up from their office.

SO SHADY. My employees and I have called them multiple times for service, and have only been successful in convincing them to come out ONE TIME, and that took multiple hours and for us to beg them. Either they completely ignore our calls and messages and call back hours or days later, or they never call back at all. And on top of that, when giving an honest review of their service, they now refuse to “service our account” that’s actually insane. I’ve never seen a towing company so allergic to work in my entire life. Seems like they’re also fighting with other displeased customers in the replies, so that’s pretty sad.
I get so frustrated calling this tow company. They're supposed to service the store I work for.
I call, they don't answer. I leave a message and once they've returned my call. I wish we had a reliable tow company.

I think reviews should be to point out excellence and not just complain. Don't tell me who fails, send me to someone who will succeed. That is the point of this review.
I needed to move a 3500 pound metal lathe from an alley garage to the house. I called transport companies, crane services, and moving services.
I spoke to many people who had no ability to understand what I wanted to move. I had many conversations with people who had no desire to help unless it was a car to be towed or a room to be moved. There were a few engaging conversations but people who were extremely expensive even before they started the project.
Fortunately I happened to talk to Dustin at Central Florida Wrecker Service. He is the type of person who instills a confident tone and in conversation you can tell he has a broad range of experience. He does more than tow cars.
He quoted a fair price and was attentive to details.
When the crew showed up they were experienced and professional. I was not worried at any time that they were going to cut corners or rush the job. They listened politely and worked well in orchestrating the move.
Upon delivery they did everything they could to help with final placement. It has been a while since I have seen people who take genuine pride in their job. Thank you gentlemen.
As a final piece of advice for anyone having an unusual object to move or a job and you would like special attention to detail, make their company your first call.

I again needed a large milling machine moved down a narrow alleyway. I again contacted Dustin who was very helpful in arranging this move. He moved a 8000 lb Cincinnati mill with precision and ease. Always polite and never rushed he accomplished the move in less time than it would take other people to talk about it. If you want a company that is efficient and profession look no further.

I had a boat on a broken trailer needing a tow from the side of the road. 10+ tow companies could not help me, but this company was able to take care of me in a few hours. Great communication with texts and calls for updates. This was an extremely professional and well done job. I would trust these guys with any job big or small and appreciate their job well done!
When you need a tow (especially for a 25' motorhome) you are already stressed. There are horror stories about waiting hours for a tow, only to have operators show up with improper equipment and lacking expertise. Using Central Florida Wrecker Service (Dustin) had a profoundly calming effect on the situation. He was professional, personable and extremely skillful. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. If the need ever arises, don't hesitate to use this service.
This guy was very quick at getting the tow truck to me, and the Driver Brett was a sweetheart . Patent and understanding . However the owner on the phone was a complete jerk, he was so unprofessional and rude. Its already a bad day when you need a tow but to have someone acting like its a complete inconvenience for him to do his Job...or let his worker do their job. The gps took the driver to the wrong gate and this clown wanted to charge me another $50.00. smh Ridiculous I would rather push the car myself next time then hire him again. I feel sorry for the people working for him.
These guys totally saved my butt. My wheel fell off my boat trailer while towing my boat. They towed my trailer with boat still on it and charged me a very fair price. Cannot recommend enough. Thanks again!

Dustin provided us amazing service this weekend! Our team was hosting a beach wedding and got our van hung up in some sand near a beach access - only time this has ever happened in 12 years - so we were a bit unsure of what to do. Had I not come from Chicago and know who was who within towing companies in the Tampa area…I probably would’ve been better off calling Central Florida Wrecker Service as a first choice when it came to a simple 24 volt jumpstart…Calling several towing companies on the matter and waiting each time for each company to come to the storage facility…And each time the “other” companies would only have equipment for a 12 volt jumpstart…How frustrating it is when you specifically call for a 24 volt jumpstart and the “other” companies dispatch swear that they can provide a 24 volt jumpstart…After several companies weren’t able to provide the strength needed to jumpstart a motor coach bus bearing a 24 volt charging system…I finally reached out to Central Florida Wrecker Service and the driver (Nick) was out to me in 30 minutes…He came with is 24 volt jumper starter and got me up and running, in the matter of a few seconds…After feuding with the lack of service equipment, per my request of a 24 volt jumper start…I now know to always call Central Florida Wrecker Service to the job FIRST before calling only alternate towing company…Extra Thank you for Mr. Nick, the driver, that came out…Everything worked out great…
What a life saver Dustin was today! I picked my mom up from the recovery center she has been convalescing in to take her to Dr. GREEN at 2402 W. Bay Ave. for IV fluids because she was so dehydrated . Our wheel chair van locked automatically with my 90 year old mom in a wheelchair in the van. She was too weak to reach up and unlock the door and fell out of her chair trying to unlock the door. I was so upset I told Dustin east bay instead of west bay!! Dustin patiently showed up after I gave them the wrong address unlocked the car in five minutes. Helped my mom up into the wheelchair and got us into the doctors office.! He simply refused to take any money for the call. Told me it was his act of giving for today! A true good Samaritan. it's not often that someone is taking advantage of you and another company shows up on the scene and changes the whole situation, but that's what happened to me! Central Florida wrecker showed up to control the situation and help me get my 40ft 1996 Safari Serengeti to safety... never mind the fact that I have a 40 ft bus of an RV and his truck had zero issues getting it to where it had to go all the way up to Hudson, but the professionalism and the feeling that somebody who actually knows they're doing is worth more value than you can understand in that situation.

Glad my insurance company called Central Florida Wrecker Service after my Escalade went into limp mode for a check engine light. A driver was dispatched and he was there within half a hour, and even confirmed my location and which direction I was facing. Awesome service and the guy knew what he was doing and took great care of my truck while in transit to the Cadillac dealership. Didn't cause any damage to the truck, my rims or tires. Absolutely knowledgeable and professional. Will use them again in the future.
Excellent, speedy service. Got stuck on a curb during pouring rain and even though I had Roadside Assistance with my new vehicle, they said it would be at least 3 1/2 to 4 hours before I could be helped. A friend called Central Florida Wrecker Service and he was there within 25 minutes. He was very careful, very professional, and got my vehicle off the curb without a scratch.

In these times when everything is an issue. I was so glad that my insurance company used Central Florida Wrecker. Dustin called prior to arrival which once he was dispatch was not long after. We called Central Florida Wrecker to save the day and help us get our daughter and her broken down rental car towed out of a bad part of St Petersburg Florida late in the evening on a weekend. We got tired of waiting for Hertz to find and dispatch a tow through AAA dispatch - nothing had been dispatched two hours after reporting the breakdown. These folks at Central Florida Wrecker responded quickly rerouting a driver who arrived within 30 minutes to help us out and get the car back to Hertz. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again - super great service!!! I saved their contact information.
