Awesome company! My daughters Nissan needed towing and Nissan told me to call their roadside assistance which was a nightmare, I spent 35 minutes on the phone answering 100 questions and was told I'd have to wait 30 minutes just to get a call back as to when someone might come out. I called Seminole and the owner picked up on the first ring. She asked my name, number and location and a truck came in 10 minutes! Driver Eddie (I call him Fast Eddie) was awesome - very safe, kind and experienced. I had to move the car again and had the same excellent experience, highly recommend.
Seminole Towing was referred to us by Kenny @ Wrench Masters and they were spectacular! We have a very unusual van and needed it for a special event and the. Towed back to Wrench Masters. Eddie was outstanding and providing updates on when he would arrive. (Sunday) he was professional, personable and efficient loading the van. Highly recommend Seminole Towing!
The lady who handled my call might have been the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She had no desire to help and then just made things worse by not helping at all. She said she didn’t want the business. Horrible business model

Seminole towing was great! They answered the phone quickly, provided me a reasonable quote and arrived to my location within 30 mins like they said they could on the phone. My driver, David was very nice and professional. They provided reasonable, reliable, speedy service which is all you can really ask for when you’re in need of towing. 5 stars!
UPDATE: We won our court case against Seminole Towing resulting in a payment to us and return of our vehicle. The "owner" and minions flat out lied in court. I couldn't believe the blatant lying. I had first hand knowledge of the event in question and they just made up much of what was said to make themselves look better. Very, very dishonest people. We look forward to opening a competing Tow Service in the coming months and will look to compete directly with Seminole. We just got a property for the tow yard in Pinellas and are about 2-3 months from open.
BEWARE: Seminole Towing towed a dealership-owned vehicle of mine and refused to release it when presented with proof of ownership. The incompetent owner stated we needed a title printed in our dealership name and that I wouldn't be "touching" my property. Just to be clear, auto dealers do not need a printed title in their name --- ownership occurs ON the title. It's called "pass-thru" ownership. He claimed to win legal battles against auto dealers all the time on this very subject (a bluff and lie, of course). I told the incompetent owner that I have been a dealer for 15 years and I know the law --- and wanted the car released at once. He laughed, like a dumb and incompetent tow truck driver turned "owner" does. He and his office worker refused release and refused to put the decline to release into writing. Luckily, I recorded the entire event. I immediately contacted our corporate attorney and instructed him to issue a demand a prepare to sue Seminole Towing. Later that day, my attorney informed me that Seminole Towing had violated Florida law -- statute 320.27(7) -- by refusing to release the vehicle to me. They were, indeed, required to release the vehicle to me as an auto dealer with proof of ownership.
My attorney served a demand on them some days later, and they informed my attorney that they sold my property at auction -- without notice. I have authorized our legal counsel to immediately sue Seminole Towing for the full value of the vehicle, loss of use, and punitive damages.
In addition, as CEO of a national automotive group of shops and dealerships --- I have instructed our CFO to incorporate a competing towing company in Pinellas County. We will directly compete with Seminole Towing and offer 30% higher driver pay, with 30 days of annual vacation, and 30% lower tow rates. We will give any fleet account of Seminole 35% discount to switch to our company and will guarantee friendly, hospitable service -- as opposed to the garbage offered by Seminole. We look forward to seeing them in court.
Our community has had a contract with this company for about 2 years to tow those who are parked on sidewalk, grass or in a paid reserve spot. Every time we call the female owner who answers the phone is always rude and 9 times out of 10 never has anyone available. I think of all the times I've called her she has sent trucks maybe 3 times. I called yesterday for a tow and 26 hours later, that vehicle is still in the reserved spot and her comment was "yeah we were busy yesterday and I've already sent everyone home today so no one is coming out" apparently she doesn't want or need our business. I'm sure someone else will gladly tow multiple violations a year. Customer service is terrible and they never come out. If you're a community or business looking for a reliable tow company, this is NOT it.
I live in a community that has a contract with this towing company, someone is parked in my reserved spot and has been for two days, and the company has had various excuses as to why they cannot come and uphold their end of the contract.

The driver of one of your trucks on Bay Pines today cut me off in a line of traffic bumper to bumper. You don't own the road! Almost caused an accident ran up on the back of the car in front of him & whipped over into my lane causing me to have to swirve & break hard.
Seminole towing advertises as a "affordable" tow company. I just called 12-10-24 and they quoted $200 just to hook up and $5 per mile for a five mile tow for a small car. Rip Off!!
LOL They responded claiming their costs were so high and just passing them on to US. But I was able to have the same car towed to the same place on the same day for $125, NOT the $225 they tried to overcharge. (Coastal Towing was $125, call them instead)
This place is a true scam. at around 1:00 pm on 11/19/24 my husband came around to pick up his chevy truck that got towed prior to a few days before. He was given a certain price by two kind workers on the phone over the weekend and when he came today to pay the amount stated through the phone (same price was stated TWICE through the phone) the manager or whoever it was claimed it was going to cost him another several hundreds.
When my husband asked if it could be honored the angry rude disrespectful manager did not go with it. he threatened to kick him out and no longer have someone tow his vehicle even after he was going to pay the money. this manager or guy was insanely disrespectful and absolutely unprofessional to scam us out of our money like that. The manager could have been more understanding but resorted to yelling and screaming at him. This was absolutely ridiculous we are very upset with the situation and especially with whoever this guys name was. We will file a complaint to the district manager or company for his lack of disrespectful behavior and scamming of my husband’s money.

Seminole Towing went above and beyond to help me last night. My car broke down in the middle of the street, and the police threatened to arrest me if I didn't get towed immediately! I called Seminole, and they were there within 15 minutes and got me towed to my apartment. The tow truck driver even jumped into my car to make sure the windows were up, and I was able to lock my car. I felt safe and taken care of! Thank you!!
My new Santa Fe and I sat in a mud creek off Donegon road in Largo, Fl for 6 hours and no one would help me! I was in the huge open field where the RC Airplane Club flys which is now a FEMA facility. Back near the Johnson Bee facility. I saw their truck and never thought of the wet ground. Sure enough I was sunk. Seminole towing was busy all day but they said if we find space, we will call you. Fortunately they did at 6:15 p.m. arrived by on 6:40 p.m. and had me out of there before the gates were locked at 7pm! I learned most will never take a tow like this because I was off the road and a 3/4 mile back in the field! So why did not the other tow companies just tell me this? I got scammed by TOW24HOURS $440.00, had to prepay and it took them from 1pm to 7pm arrive yet Seminole towing already helped me! I'll be calling my bank on Monday for certain. By the way, triple AAA came out at oh 4pm and said they could not help me and drove away. THANK YOU SEMINOLE TOWING. Nightmare.
I am never one to write reviews, but when my car was flooded due to Hurricane Helene and I was very stressed out and nervous Seminole Towing came to help! My tow truck driver, Rick, was fantastic and made me feel at ease. Every person I have talked to since has been so helpful. Thank you for being kind and courteous during these very hard times. I appreciate it and will definitely recommend to my friends and family if anyone is ever in need of a tow!

This company made a bad situation easier for me to handle. Mimi was very helpful when I called her several times while trying to figure out what to do with my sons wrecked car. Rick who brought the car to my house and put it into a small garage was amazing. The gentleman who towed the car from the wreck was great also. Unfortunately I do not know his name. I hope to not need towing but I would use Seminole Towing again.
Highly recommend this towing company! Arranged a tow of my 2019 Highlander on 12/18/24 after flooding in Redington Beach caused sea water to enter the muffler and a "low oil pressure do not drive" warning occurred the following day. When I called on Monday morning I was given a time estimate for pickup as well as a cost estimate. Both were accurate. I had also specified that I wanted the car to be transported on a flat bed not towed on two wheels. Brett efficiently loaded my car without turning over the engine and was extremely friendly. He met me at the large dealership performing the repair service and let me know who had the keys. Everything went smoothly from the first call to pickup to dropoff. Definitely 5 stars for towing & customer service.
Look at this mess I got myself into Saturday morning trying to go to Le Merle Bakery in Bellaire Bluffs! The front tire was not on the ground, and the car was sitting on the frame! Brett came quickly with a flat bed tow truck and made some crazy magic happen to save the day!! Brett used some deep thinking, troubleshooting, and some mad skills to get me out. He was super nice and fun and even counseled me to not feel like a complete idiot about it! Amazingly, my Type-R escaped this fiasco with just some tiny scratches to the underside of the ground effects! When we need a tow, we always call AAA, which we keep for the older extra vehicles we have. This weekend one of our vehicles would not go into gear and we were stranded out on the beach. We called AAA and in about an hour they sent a different local company come out. The towing guy took a look at our situation and decided because we had a front wheel drive car. He was unable to tow it out of the space. He said he needed to be in front of the car to tow it we would require a special towing system. So he left and AAA called and said they had another company coming and it could be one to two hours. Needless to say it’s 100° outside and only so much gas to keep the AC on. About five hours later and multiple calls to AAA I gave up and decided to pay for a tow open up my phone and Seminole towing was the first to pop up Called the number and unfortunately got an answering machine. Still frustrated. I looked around and saw a Seminole towing sign across the street and it had a different number. Desperate I called and the lady immediately answered. I told her my story, she was very sweet, and she said she had someone nearby that could handle the situation. About 15 minutes later they showed up and the driver, popped the hood, disconnected something and pushed the car out of the spot! Amazing that the AAA driver had no clue it was so easy, Seminole towing also advised me to make a claim to AAA and that they would most likely pay it. Thanks for rescuing us and I highly recommend Seminole towing to anybody needing the service. Shame on AAA for wasting an entire Sunday.
My family called in with an unusual request. We needed help with getting an old car up on a trailer. We just didn’t have the ability to push it up onto it. The lady I talked to was extremely rude to the point of telling my father that she has 27 years of experience so because she doesn’t understand his request, it means that my dad doesn’t know what he’s talking about. I’m not joking, she actually said that. She didn’t even try to understand his request! He repeated himself, multiple times answering her questions and she just never understood or tried to understand. My dad has worked on vehicles his entire life. I say vehicles because he’s worked on everything from cars to semi trucks so he knows what he’s talking about. She sent me a text and I responded to her with the information that she requested and was told that it would cost $450 to get the job done. We ended up going with a different towing company who, unlike this place, was helpful, actually understood what we were asking, showed up within the hour that we placed the call and was able to assist us for half this place’s price. Maybe the guys who tow the trucks are good but the woman who answers the phone either doesn’t want to work on Sunday’s or just doesn’t want to take on jobs that she believes doesn’t make sense. I will never try to use this place again.
They broke my key inside the ignition he was in a rush and just cranked it to hard . He try to put my key back together and he left . Had to pay to get my own key fixed .
