I go to the Advance Auto in Minneola because they are always helpful. Yesterday, the young man changed out my old windshield wiper blades. I cannot do some of these things for my car, so i appreciate this very much! This is not the first time the employees were willing to help and for that reason i will always choose this store.
I would put 5 star just for the black dude worked today. But for the cashier named Tiffany I would give 0 on customer service level. That girl should not have to be there.
The employees at store 8469 are always super helpful and knowledgeable. I haven't had a negative experience yet. Yesterday and Today's Auto Hero's are Eric and David. Eric helped me check my battery and alternator in minutes and determine the issue. Dave was very helpful, curteous and knowledgeable. Thanks guys for making trips to your store easier and stress free!
Advance Auto in Minneola on 27 are the best. Everyone is very helpful as well as respectful and knowledgeable. I was in need and knew nothing ..as I am an 83 yr old female. ..I must say I was quite impressed with Donnie…he was very kind and polite as well..

Shoutout to Donald and Chuck for their amazing help! My check engine light came on while I was on the turnpike, and this was the closest auto store to where I was. They helped me diagnose the issue, find the right parts, and even walked me through how to fix it. I ended up making the repair right there in the parking lot!
As someone who usually finds it a little intimidating going into an auto store, I really appreciated how friendly and supportive they were. They encouraged me, explained everything clearly, and assured me it was a simple fix — and they were right! I left feeling confident and grateful (and with a fully working car).

I came to this location to get an oil filter and brake lights for my car and the guys there were so helpful! I had my 3 month old baby with me, on the drive there I was nervous bc I didn’t want to wake her up when taking her inside and I debated on just calling to see if they could come out to the car and help but I ended up going inside the store, the guys made sure not to wake her up and even went out to my car to see what lights I needed while I stayed inside with her. One of them even helped put her back to sleep when she startled. Amazing guys! Thank you so much for helping me out.
Showed up with a dead battery and store was busy while Destin was on his way out. He stepped back in and was able to swap out my battery and get me back on the road quickly and efficiently? Thank you Destin!

I came to this location after an auto zone employee told me it could be an alternator issue if it's not the battery. Without even testing it or asking me questions about my issue. I came to advance auto to get a 2nd opinion. Tyler not only tested my battery, he made sure to ask me questions about my vehicle and how it's been running. Even being the only employee on site at the time with multiple customers to take care of, his quality work and customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend Advance Auto, thanks again Tyler.
The store is very clean and well stocked. Unfortunately, we waited a good time to be checked out as only one employee working. We went in to buy 2 bottles of heat additive, and those little dollar bottles are now more than $5. Inflation is real!
You couldn't ask for a better part store. From the time I walked in I was greated and taken good care of. Everyone especially Tyler went above and beyone to assit me.. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for all my parts and car needs.
Today my battery light came on and I pulled into Advance Auto Parts in Minneola. Donald came out to test my battery and gave me a jump when it would not start again. I tried to make it home but broke down at the light near their store. So I called back and Red walked all the way over to me and gave me another jumpstart and helped guide me to turn around at the intersection to get back to his store so he could take another look at my car. It was such a stressful situation but Red coached me in turning around at the intersection to make my way back and kept me calm. They went so far and above to be helpful during an extremely stressful time. They even found a place to plug in my phone as I waited for the tow truck because my phone battery was almost dead too. Everybody in the store was so super friendly! Because of these two men the whole experience breaking down was actually not that bad. Thank you so much to Donald and Red!! I was so grateful I got to meet the manager and brag on these two men personally to him! I am so grateful! They were such a blessing!!
I have a 2018 RAM 2500 I can stop at any Advanced Auto Parts location and they'll have my parts on the shelf ready and it's Mopar parts my husband Kenith Napiontek and I like that. There has been only one other time that they haven't had a part at the location I last at; but, they gave me the location to get it or they could get it to me in a few hours. Thank god this place exists! My battery was nearly dead by the time I got there. I have to give a huge kudos to Tyler for helping me out with my battery and installing it. Great experience today at AAP. Jonathan provided excellent service at the counter while helping me select a car battery. Jonathan mentioned that they would also be installing the battery for me. I brought an adjustable wrench with me as I planned on installing the battery myself. I thanked them for their service, let Jonathan know I had it under control, and proceeded with my install. Surely enough, my adjustable wrench was simply not efficient with the angles I was working at. It was going to take me 10 times longer than it would have with the right tools. Jonathan must have noticed me struggling from inside because he rolled out a cart of tools, selected the right size socket on first attempt, and changed my battery in no time. Great job paying attention to the entire experience and stepping in to help after help was initially declined. That is what I consider going above and beyond.

It really helps to offer assistance, especially to a woman and an automobile! The young man offered to check my truck and cleaned the battery. Then he checked the battery with his equipment from the store. Got it running again. Thank You! I'll continue to buy from this store.
Kim provided amazing customer service. My battery in my truck died and she gave me a ride back to my truck. She then installed it for me. I highly recommend this store and go see Kim. She didn’t have to go to where my truck was but she went above and beyond to help me.
