Nick is by far one of the most compassionate and understanding people I believe not just in the junk yard business but also in the world. I was helping one of my friends junk his car and even though 9 other junk yards were pretty much telling me to go fly a kite on a stormy day I still kept trying and finally caught a break with Nick. He got my friend more than a fair deal and even when there was some miscommunication he not only chose to do the right thing and keep his word as a man but also handled the situation a lot faster than I know most other junk yards would've; so this review is not just for Nick but also for the staff at the yard as well. For anyone who wants a man who's honorable and reasonable you need to not look any further.
Nick the manager was very professional, he gave us a quote and stuck to it. He was flexible with picking up the car and left us with peace of mind during a chaotic time. God bless him and i would recommend him to anyone.
The first issue was that the two drivers arrived unequipped I told them that they needed to bring a battery. They brought a jumper box and said that it was the same as a battery. Then we had agreed price. We clarify the price multiple times the drivers come the next day and equipped again this time not even a tow truck And proceeded to hook up the jumper box again when I told him I do not want them taking my expensive marine battery that I will show them. The car starts and drives and is in mint condition no dents. And we clarified multiple times about paperwork. Everything was understood so I thought when the drivers come at night they change the price down to what was not agreed-upon. Not only that they had me wait since yesterday afternoon all day and try to come at 8 o’clock at night I called numerous times because they kept say an hour then a different time frame etc ……..and still just a waste of time I kept saying that I had things to do just give me a time and I meet you but they were very disorganized I was trying to pick up some very important medicine and they kept saying another hour another hour and I waited since the day before at 11 AM and all the way to the next day when they showed up at 8 PM I suggest going elsewhere.

I’m in the process of relocating due to a new job.
