My husband and I went to lunch after church and came out to our car which wouldn't start. Based on the high ratings and great reviews, I called Spencer towing. In less than 20 minutes a wonderful young man arrived to rescue us. It was a battery failure, but he got us going and recommended a parts store for our battery replacement. Thank you Spencer Towing!

This place has 5 stars for a reason! Our truck broke down on the turnpike and we had been waiting for 20 hours for AAA. Finally said forget it and gave Spencer a call. From the time we placed the initial call, we finally felt like we were not getting the runaround. Kimberly was incredible! She was communicative throughout the whole process, next steps and was on time to the exact minute. Although you never hope to need to use these services again, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Spencer if I needed towing services in the future.

You won't find a better tow company than Spencers! This family run business is honest and trustworthy. If you call them, they show up when they say and you can guarantee Kim will take care of your car like its her own, she is the best!
Had a great experience with this tow company & I would highly recommend them. First the young lady that answered the phone was very pleasant & helpful, said they’d arrive in about 30 minutes to tow my old pick up. Then Miss Kim showed up, about 10 minutes before they said she would be there, in a great lookin’ roll back. She was super polite, super professional & it was obvious she knew exactly what she was doing, I was very impressed by this young lady. She handled that truck better than most people can drive a car, especially around those traffic circles. I own a family business myself, so it was very nice to hear the story of their family business, I can appreciate the hard work & long hours it takes to be successful. Great job to the whole family!!

My son had a blowout on the Florida Turnpike at 10:30 pm, we called triple a and by 2am we still hadn't recieved a call back, I picked him up and left the car, at 6am I called Spencer's towing, they called me back promptly and put their daughter Kim on the job, she met me exactly when I told her I would be there. She was so courteous and polite an absolute joy to deal with a real keeper. She dropped the car at the tire shop as I asked with a smile and a yes sir. The Spencer's are top in my book

This is without a doubt the best towing company i have ever dealt with. Broke down with the company vehicle. I called their number based on the rating of reviews. It is easy to see how and why they have 5 stars. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and helpful and told me about an hour. I received a call from Kim a short while later to let me know she was on her way and how long she would be. Kim showed up exactly when she said she would and was very personable and professional. I would definitely use them again if needed and would highly recommend calling them if you need their services as they are quite impressive for a towing company.
Just got towed home to Coleman from Leesburg. Kim was very presentable and cheerful..Quick and professional loading/unloading, I'll definitely use them next time. Call here first!
The young lady that towed my truck was such a pleasure. She told me it was a family business and that she loved it and it showed! I had been waiting for a tow through Geico since 12:00 noon. The other towing company gave me a time for 1:25...didn't show up, I called them and they changed it to 2:25. Never showed up so Geico called another company for 3:45 service. They never showed up. I called Geico and complained that the companies they use are treating Geicos customers poorly. Geico called another towing company that promised 90 minutes. I was livid. I called at 12 and was now told that my pickup time would be 6:30. I then Google searched and found Spencer's. After telling them everything they happened to me, the expedited my call and came within 30 minutes! AND she came with a smile!

Kelley responded to assist me with my vintage Corvette. She was very friendly and professional. Loaded and unloaded my car with care. Couldn’t have been better service. I will definitely ask for her again.

My first experience with Spencer Towing was above and beyond my expectations. I placed a call and spoke with John telling him my situation. John was polite and efficient setting up an appointment the next morning at 10 am. I asked if he could come any earlier, and he did. He arrived at 8:30 and showed me the "GB40 NOCO BOOST PLUS" which he used on the battery and the car started right up. He safely and efficiently towed my car to my repair shop.
This is the way a business should be run and customers should be treated. Spencer Towing most definitely excels in all aspects.

If you want quick professional and friendly help for a reasonable price, Spencer's is the one to call. Kim arrived quickly and had my Santa Fe loaded in no time. After it was dropped off at the dealers, she made out the paperwork quickly and chatted with us for a while. Thank you Spencer's and special thanks to Kim.
If you want a professional friendly and great service and your stuck on the side of the road or highway this so who you want to call. The moment I called until I was dropped off to the mechanic the staff was awesome. The dispatcher was reassuring and calming and was able to provide information on how long it would be for them to come and pricing beforehand so you knew exactly what you were getting charged. The driver was professional and knew what she was doing. Had my Jeep uploaded in a few minutes and delivered me in no time to my destination. She even gave me a brief history lesson on the area. Howey on the Hill , one for the books. She was professional and reassuring that it would all work out. This is a family business and they know how to make you feel like you were family just coming to give you a hand. If you need a tow give them a call you won't be disappointed.
