Justin is very knowledgeable in just about anything tech when it comes to knowing the market, how parts work, what parts are needed, so just basically he knows the whole tech industry. Whether it’s gaming, coding, designing, etc. Gets the job done in great timely manner, works with you to get what you need done, and at great quality. I trust him with any electronic device I have.
So happy to have found The Electronic ER. This would have been my second time getting my phone screen fixed and the service was excellent, straight forward, and fast for both of my visits. Favorite tech. Guy! Highly recommended!

Went in today because I accidentally dropped my brother in laws IPHONE and cracked the screen. Justin was absolutely AMAZING! Incredibly professional and attentive. The service only took about 15 to 20 minutes but the time went by so fast as we had such great conversation with Justin! I highly recommend this business and will refer everyone I know. Thank you, Justin for taking such great care of us today!
Knowledgeable, courteous, highly competent. I was greeted politely and promptly assured he could fix my device. While waiting only 10 minutes, I watched and listened as he professional diagnosed another customers serious device issues. I noticed his advice was geared to helping people save on their repairs.
My device was repaired while I waited, no waiting for parts. Other larger stores quoted repair costs 30% more and didn’t have parts.
My first time using this facility and I will be back.

I wish there was a 10 star review. I called Justin 9am on a Sunday morning freaking out that my deceased’s mother in laws phone has water damage do to my neglect. Justin said no worries bring it in, mind you it’s Sunday. Justin took care of my phone in 5min and realized it in fact had zero water damage and the internal battery was disconnected. Justin could have easily made a big deal about it and charge me a lot of money but he was honest and I cannot thank him enough. Thank you

These guys are the absolute best. They really know what they’re talking about, and it shows in their work. If it can be fixed or unlocked, best believe they can get it done. They’re also very open, honest, and realistic about what has to be done. Prices on screen replacements are also the best I’ve ever seen and they may even have the parts on site! 5/5 will recommend to everyone I know.
These guys are GREAT! They have are very fast, have amazing customer service, and great prices. I broke my Iphone 7 screen and they fixed it in 30 min. Anyway, five stars
I first learned about The Electronic ER approximately two years ago. Since then, I have purchased a computer and other equipment from The Electronic ER and have been very pleased with the quality of the equipment and customer service. Natalie has been to my home twice for tutoring sessions. What a delightful, knowledgeable young lady! I'm a senior citizen and not that tech savvy. However, after a couple of sessions with Natalie, I feel like a pro. I'm an avid reader and wanted to learn how to download books from Amazon and from my local library. I wanted to learn how to transfer photos from my cell phone to my computer. There were several other things I wanted help with using my tablets and computer. Natalie helped me with all of that - I'm a happy camper!! I now have several new toys to play with plus I can do a lot more things with my tablets, Kindle, and cell phone than I ever knew was possible.. Natalie is wonderful young lady. I am very fortunate to have met her and have her as a tutor. I will definitely call Natalie for help again. I highly recommend her!!
Got my IPhone 7 plus screen fixed they were sooo courteous and quick and now my phone works great again literally waited an hour and was done!!! Call them!!!
I came in town for a day. Had to get my screen fixed quick. Stopped in, had great customer service and the screen was fixed in 20min. I even got a free tempered glass for my phone. Fully recommend this place.
