Absolutely hand's down the only place we will be taking our vehicles from now on. We came here from another shop that couldn't communicate, was bounced around with several different people just to get a quote, however with this shop, we had clear direct communication, quick and factual answers, and the customer service was phenomenal. Don't go anywhere else then here, I promise you will regret it.

I would put this company as borderline predatory like a predatory lender, but a predatory towing company. You have lost your mind if you use this company or anyone who works there. I would love to give them less than a one. It’s just not an option. Remember, I warned you.

Shredded A tire with damage to my truck on southbound interstate 75 near Wildwood. My insurance company sent out Mark Peace. Mark quickly and efficiently assessed my needs and had me hooked up and on the back of his flatbed wrecker in no time. When we got to my house in Tampa, I asked Mark if he could put my truck in my driveway which is very narrow with two concrete walls on the side of it. He skillfully was able to maneuver that huge truck into my driveway and drop my truck where I’ll be able to work on it. Marked help turn an unfortunate experience into a positive experience. I know if I have any kind of car trouble in Leesburg that I’ll be calling Ace‘s towing an auto repair for help. Thanks again, Mark!

Bree and Mark literally saved my night. I was traveling back to my home state and I was stuck in a dangerous area. They got my car AND ME to safety! The wait time was like record breaking fast and the price was unbeatable. My phone signal was awful and Bree made sure to stay on the phone with me so I felt safe and comfortable. Truly the best service I’ve received from a company. They treated me like I was a family member that needed help. So much so that I almost forgot that they were simply doing their job. My vehicle was acting up on the turnpike and after pulling off to the side of the road and reaching out to an auto center, they connected me with Aces towing. They were respectful, kind, and fair with price. I didn’t have to wait to long for them to show up and they were very professional. Very happy Nd if I ever need to use them again, I definitely will. Highly recommend.

Miguel was a huge life saver! I got stuck in sand & was extremely overwhelmed as it was my first time and no where near my home, and he reassured me that everything was going to be okay and he would get me out. He was so kind and welcoming I felt so relieved. Definitely recommend

Great service fast damage free great experience .

Colton with Aces Towing was great! He arrived fast and changed my tire quickly. I hit something in the road late at night and it shredded one of my tires. I was a little shaken up from the experience but the response from my emergency roadside assistance through my auto insurance (that chose Aces Towing) and Colton helped me calm down. Colton answered all of my questions and was very helpful. Well done, Colton & Aces Towing! Thank you so much for the peace of mind that nigh! I would highly recommend Aces.

I got stuck at a family property pretty far out in the country with a flat tire. When Aces arrived, there were a few problems with my spare that required some extra tools. Mark was at the house for probably an hour if not longer. He grabbed what he needed from the garage and got the job done. Mark went so above and beyond to get me back on the road and to my job. Speaks volumes about his character. Total gratitude for the help today, highly recommend

Aces towing & Auto Repair was the only business with a driver available last night . My friend and I sat on the side of the road waiting for HOURS for triple A. One call to aces towing and Colton was there to help us within 45 minutes, he went above and beyond ensuring our safety and the security of our vehicle. Not only was Colton very professional but he was pleasant to speak with. He even looked up stores that had our tire size in stock, He THEN went the extra mile by referring us to a lovely affordable hotel close to where our car was being repaired & then took us to the hotel!! We are very pleased with our services!! I highly suggest using this company and asking for Colton.

I had a flat tire and needed to be towed to my local tire store, the roadside assistance sent out by my insurance company sent Aces Towing. I have a narrow driveway with a fence on both sides, I told the driver he would have to back straight into the driveway. In order to do this he would have to drive up onto the easement of the rental property across the street...no more than two feet. He refused and kept trying to come in at an angle to load my car. I should have sent him away immediately because I feared what would happen and it happened. He damaged my fence. When he lowered the flat bed he drove it straight into my fence. I said, "You just damaged my fence." The driver replied, "Yeah, a little bit." And then tried to buff out an obvious cut in the PVC with his finger. I said, "You're going to have to pay for that." And, proceeded to take pictures. When I tried to file the claim the insurance company that insured the road side assistance company (not my insurance company) denied the claim. When they questioned Aces Towing, the company lied and said they didn't cause the damange even though I have pictures with the tow truck in the image. It was a mere $400. A VERY UNETHICAL COMAPNY.

Absolutely outstanding! Mark the driver towed 2 vehicles at the same time for me and put each one exactly how I asked them to go my truck was so much better than what I thought it's parked as if it were driven in not brought in by tow truck Mark is an amazing and talented driver. If I ever need a tow again I will be asking for Mark specifically

Helped me in a pinch. Price was to be expected for emergency/immediate dispatch- friendly staff on the phone, no hidden or surprise fees - overall I’m so happy! Also. The driver - I would give him 10/10.

The tow truck driver, Colton, showed up sooner than the estimated arrival time and was careful loading my car onto the rollback. He took extra care to ensure no damage was done to some low-hanging features and was equally careful unloading my car. Thanks for the great job getting my car to its destination.

Aces came out in the middle of a really bad storm, when i was stuck in a flooded street. The driver was great. He had to get into the water to hook up my car. He went above and beyond. Can not recomend this company enough. My drivers name was Colton.

We were stuck in the infernal Florida heat on the side of the road, when Aces Towing, and driver chuck came to our rescue. Our serpentine belt when out in the middle of the highway. Chuck was fast to arrive, it only took him 45 minutes, which was amazing considering that we were in the middle of nowhere. And he was courteous and kind, offered us both a ride in the AC all the way to St. Augustine where we lived, dropped the car at the Auto Mechanics for us. He was a really nice man, efficient and prompt. Explained how the company's policies worked and kept up great conversation along the way. I will be eternally grateful to Aces Towing out of Leesburg, for its prompt and courteous service. Would definitely use again.

I can’t say enough good things about them. They came earlier than the time they gave me. They handled my car with such care it’s as if it was the drivers own car. I would recommend them to anyone. Fantastic service I have to add to my post!!! I’m a truck driver & my trailers landing gear sank into the dirt from the weight & rain. ACES Towing came out & got me out. They saved the day!! The driver was amazing, he really cared about the situation. I wouldn’t use anyone else but ACES for all my towing needs!!

This company, wow!! Some of the best mechanics. Personable, well priced, and great quality work! Due to my disability, I have a unique car and they did not sway from the challenge. They are awesome and always are! I will be coming here for life and would recommend them to anyone!

Yesterday my day started really bad with my RV’s engine powering down and having to pull over to the side of the road and call Good Sam. And then Miguel from Ace‘s towing showed up and things went from bad to better. He professionally and precisely hooked up my RV, disconnected my axle. Miquel knew exactly what to do, while being friendly and knowledgeable about towing my 44’ diesel pusher. He gave me a lift with the RV safely in tow to Ocala to drop it off for service. Our driver was outstanding, courteous, and very professional! Never fun being stuck on side of road with our motorcycle. Dispatch told us 20mins and they were right on! Driver Mark took good care of our bike while securing it on the truck. Thank you for the above and beyond care!

Excellent company on 4/18/25 send a nice guy named Miguel he came around 2am, 30 min after the service call, very patient knowledgeable pulled me out from a very Sandy place that I thought it was hard grass surface turned out to be actually sand is "Florida" near the Coast I messep up loaded with 43.500lb, I have made some mistakes like disconnecting from trailer but Miguel helped me in every way, a total Pro with over 20 years of experience he told me. THANKS BROTHER

This company was a huge life saver for my family tonight and we can not say enough great things about them!! We were about 800 miles from home when my husband and I broke down with four kids on a busy interstate at 10:30 on a Sunday night! From the very first phone call they were able to make me feel much better about the situation just by being kind and patient with us. We had to wait over an hour for a family member to come pick us up, but the driver stayed with us making sure we were able to get not just our kids but all of our luggage into another vehicle before he could leave with it. He was very informative about our options for first thing in the morning & we just can’t thank you all enough!! The world could use a lot more businesses that carry themselves the way this one does!

This company is not the company you should call if you want your car towed , parked in your yard and not in the side of the street. The driver John was trying to jump my car off while it was still on the back of his truck. I was telling him that I just purchased the battery yesterday and it wasn’t the battery. He ignored me and continued to try to jump it off. Then when that didn’t work he rolled my car off of his tow truck next to the street near my house not in my yard. I asked him if he could pull it in the yard and again he ignored me. Then he disconnected his towing equipment, gave me my key and left. I called the tow company and asked to speak with the manager. The guy that answered the phone asked what was the call about. I asked was he the manager he said yes. I asked his name and he said “Nick”. He said their policy is not to pull into the yard of customers. I asked so you just leave the cars next to the street near the house? He responded yes. As you see it is space in my driveway before he lie and say that it wasn’t. I would have never called this company to abandoned my car on the street near my house. I could have left it in the parking lot at my job. Be aware hard working people.

we called aces towing on a Thursday at 4:30 PM. The phone was answered immediately and a driver was dispatched. We were told that the driver would be there in 20 minutes. Five minutes later the driver called and he arrived in less than 20 minutes. service was excellent and affordable. I would highly recommend this company.
