I got stuck at a family property pretty far out in the country with a flat tire. When Aces arrived, there were a few problems with my spare that required some extra tools. Mark was at the house for probably an hour if not longer. He grabbed what he needed from the garage and got the job done.
Mark went so above and beyond to get me back on the road and to my job. Speaks volumes about his character. Total gratitude for the help today, highly recommend
Aces towing & Auto Repair was the only business with a driver available last night . My friend and I sat on the side of the road waiting for HOURS for triple A. One call to aces towing and Colton was there to help us within 45 minutes, he went above and beyond ensuring our safety and the security of our vehicle. Not only was Colton very professional but he was pleasant to speak with. He even looked up stores that had our tire size in stock, He THEN went the extra mile by referring us to a lovely affordable hotel close to where our car was being repaired & then took us to the hotel!! We are very pleased with our services!! I highly suggest using this company and asking for Colton.
I had a flat tire and needed to be towed to my local tire store, the roadside assistance sent out by my insurance company sent Aces Towing. I have a narrow driveway with a fence on both sides, I told the driver he would have to back straight into the driveway. In order to do this he would have to drive up onto the easement of the rental property across the street...no more than two feet. He refused and kept trying to come in at an angle to load my car. I should have sent him away immediately because I feared what would happen and it happened. He damaged my fence. When he lowered the flat bed he drove it straight into my fence. I said, "You just damaged my fence." The driver replied, "Yeah, a little bit." And then tried to buff out an obvious cut in the PVC with his finger. I said, "You're going to have to pay for that." And, proceeded to take pictures. When I tried to file the claim the insurance company that insured the road side assistance company (not my insurance company) denied the claim. When they questioned Aces Towing, the company lied and said they didn't cause the damange even though I have pictures with the tow truck in the image. It was a mere $400. A VERY UNETHICAL COMAPNY.
Absolutely outstanding! Mark the driver towed 2 vehicles at the same time for me and put each one exactly how I asked them to go my truck was so much better than what I thought it's parked as if it were driven in not brought in by tow truck Mark is an amazing and talented driver. If I ever need a tow again I will be asking for Mark specifically

The tow truck driver, Colton, showed up sooner than the estimated arrival time and was careful loading my car onto the rollback. He took extra care to ensure no damage was done to some low-hanging features and was equally careful unloading my car. Thanks for the great job getting my car to its destination.
Aces came out in the middle of a really bad storm, when i was stuck in a flooded street. The driver was great. He had to get into the water to hook up my car. He went above and beyond. Can not recomend this company enough. My drivers name was Colton.

We were stuck in the infernal Florida heat on the side of the road, when Aces Towing, and driver chuck came to our rescue. Our serpentine belt when out in the middle of the highway. Chuck was fast to arrive, it only took him 45 minutes, which was amazing considering that we were in the middle of nowhere. And he was courteous and kind, offered us both a ride in the AC all the way to St. Augustine where we lived, dropped the car at the Auto Mechanics for us. He was a really nice man, efficient and prompt. Explained how the company's policies worked and kept up great conversation along the way. I will be eternally grateful to Aces Towing out of Leesburg, for its prompt and courteous service. Would definitely use again.

Ace towing is top notch. They answered the phone immediately and got all my information for my tow. The tow truck driver Ethan was very nice and was very prompt on getting to me. Took care of my car the whole way back to where it was towed to. Put it down exactly where I wanted it. Would definitely use them again.

Yesterday my day started really bad with my RV’s engine powering down and having to pull over to the side of the road and call Good Sam. And then Miguel from Ace‘s towing showed up and things went from bad to better. He professionally and precisely hooked up my RV, disconnected my axle. Miquel knew exactly what to do, while being friendly and knowledgeable about towing my 44’ diesel pusher. He gave me a lift with the RV safely in tow to Ocala to drop it off for service. So to begin with, we brought our truck to Aces Towing and Repair because when we spoke to them, they told us they are not the cheapest but that they do the work correctly and they use the best parts. They also guarantee their work as well as a three-year warranty, so we chose to use them to fix our truck for an oil leak. They fixed the oil leak. (So we thought.) Because everything was good for a month or so until what we thought was a fuel pump going out on the truck needed to be fixed. This is where everything turned into a nightmare. We’ve picked our truck up from Aces five times, and all five times broke down within a few miles from their shop and had to be towed back. One of the times we picked the truck up, they let us know that the initial oil leak they fixed on the truck needed to be redone, so they were going to need our truck for an additional two weeks to fix that. They’ve had our truck for over a month, and we were able to pick it up this past Friday on April 25th, only to make it less than 5 miles from the shop and the truck be broken down again. We’ve now paid around $5000 to Aces in total, and nothing is fixed on the truck. It still has an oil leak and it won’t crank. It won’t drive. It doesn’t work. We’ve called them several times, and it seems like every time we take it up there and they say they’re going to fix it. They are putting some kind of Band-Aid on it or something is being done improperly for this to be five times. We’ve left there and broken down. At this point, we have even had family members call because when I was calling Ben, the manager was never in the office anymore, so somebody would have to call me back, but I would never receive a callback. We’ve spent over $1000 on rental vehicles because this vehicle is my husband‘s work truck, and we run a business. We’ve also lost out on a $10,000 job because my husband broke down twice on the way to start a job after picking his truck up from Aces, so the customer thought that he wasn’t going to be reliable enough for the job. Unfortunately, at this point, if we don’t hear from an owner saying they want to fix the situation, the only option we feel as though we have is to take them to court in an effort to resolve this. If they do remedy the situation and do the right thing, we will update this review. In the meantime, we have hired another mechanic to diagnose the issue with the truck and to see whether or not the work and parts we’ve paid for are legitimate. The last two times we’ve picked up the vehicle. We were not given an invoice or given any kind of explanation on what they did to fix our vehicle, and we still don’t know what’s causing the problem. They never diagnosed the problem for us. Beware of taking your vehicle here. It will be a nightmare. Do not trust this place.
Our driver was outstanding, courteous, and very professional! Never fun being stuck on side of road with our motorcycle. Dispatch told us 20mins and they were right on! Driver Mark took good care of our bike while securing it on the truck. Thank you for the above and beyond care!
My car died and wouldn’t start. GEICO called Aces towing and Alex the driver called me and said he was on his way to pick up the car. He was very professional and nice to work with to provide the transportation to the repair shop. When he dropped off my car he texted me with a picture when he dropped it off at the shop

Excellent company on 4/18/25 send a nice guy named Miguel he came around 2am, 30 min after the service call, very patient knowledgeable pulled me out from a very Sandy place that I thought it was hard grass surface turned out to be actually sand is "Florida" near the Coast I messep up loaded with 43.500lb, I have made some mistakes like disconnecting from trailer but Miguel helped me in every way, a total Pro with over 20 years of experience he told me. This company was a huge life saver for my family tonight and we can not say enough great things about them!! We were about 800 miles from home when my husband and I broke down with four kids on a busy interstate at 10:30 on a Sunday night! From the very first phone call they were able to make me feel much better about the situation just by being kind and patient with us. We had to wait over an hour for a family member to come pick us up, but the driver stayed with us making sure we were able to get not just our kids but all of our luggage into another vehicle before he could leave with it. He was very informative about our options for first thing in the morning & we just can’t thank you all enough!! The world could use a lot more businesses that carry themselves the way this one does!

This company is not the company you should call if you want your car towed , parked in your yard and not in the side of the street. The driver John was trying to jump my car off while it was still on the back of his truck. I was telling him that I just purchased the battery yesterday and it wasn’t the battery. He ignored me and continued to try to jump it off. Then when that didn’t work he rolled my car off of his tow truck next to the street near my house not in my yard. I asked him if he could pull it in the yard and again he ignored me. Then he disconnected his towing equipment, gave me my key and left. I called the tow company and asked to speak with the manager. The guy that answered the phone asked what was the call about. I asked was he the manager he said yes. I asked his name and he said “Nick”. He said their policy is not to pull into the yard of customers. I asked so you just leave the cars next to the street near the house? He responded yes. As you see it is space in my driveway before he lie and say that it wasn’t. I would have never called this company to abandoned my car on the street near my house. I could have left it in the parking lot at my job. Be aware hard working people.
we called aces towing on a Thursday at 4:30 PM. The phone was answered immediately and a driver was dispatched. We were told that the driver would be there in 20 minutes. Five minutes later the driver called and he arrived in less than 20 minutes. service was excellent and affordable. I would highly recommend this company.
