I found myself vacationing in Florida but ran into some trouble on my road trip back home. I was able to call and get hold of somebody. They came to where I was broken down. I was able to sell my car and have one of the drivers drop me off at the bus terminal. I’m so grateful that they came through for me when they did.

Nick is by far one of the most compassionate and understanding people I believe not just in the junk yard business but also in the world. I was helping one of my friends junk his car and even though 9 other junk yards were pretty much telling me to go fly a kite on a stormy day I still kept trying and finally caught a break with Nick. He got my friend more than a fair deal and even when there was some miscommunication he not only chose to do the right thing and keep his word as a man but also handled the situation a lot faster than I know most other junk yards would've; so this review is not just for Nick but also for the staff at the yard as well. For anyone who wants a man who's honorable and reasonable you need to not look any further.

I called on Easter Saturday and George answered my call, was very professional; his people came out assessed the vehicle's value, paid me what I think was a fair price and towed the vehicle away. I’m in the process of relocating due to a new job. I no longer need my car and was shopping around to get rid of it, came across this business and honestly their service, and readiness was extremely impressive! They picked up my KeKe (Kia Soul) the same day and gave me cash on the spot! Not to mention they paid way more than the other places I called. The gentleman who picked up my vehicle was very courteous and respectful. Definitely recommend if u need cash right away and are no longer in need of your car!!

Extremely unprofessional, he won't pick up a junk vehicle because t doesn't have an engine in it, but thays nit the problem. The problem is this guy hung up on me and didn't let me finish talking

The first issue was that the two drivers arrived unequipped I told them that they needed to bring a battery. They brought a jumper box and said that it was the same as a battery. Then we had agreed price. We clarify the price multiple times the drivers come the next day and equipped again this time not even a tow truck And proceeded to hook up the jumper box again when I told him I do not want them taking my expensive marine battery that I will show them. The car starts and drives and is in mint condition no dents. And we clarified multiple times about paperwork. Everything was understood so I thought when the drivers come at night they change the price down to what was not agreed-upon. Not only that they had me wait since yesterday afternoon all day and try to come at 8 o’clock at night I called numerous times because they kept say an hour then a different time frame etc ……..and still just a waste of time I kept saying that I had things to do just give me a time and I meet you but they were very disorganized I was trying to pick up some very important medicine and they kept saying another hour another hour and I waited since the day before at 11 AM and all the way to the next day when they showed up at 8 PM I suggest going elsewhere.🤕
