First-time caller, business has shitty service, called 3 times, two calls straight to voicemail. When I waited an hour, the third call, the lady behind the desk answered me rudely. I asked a straightforward question, and she said, “I told you before we don’t do that”. I told her, “This is our first time talking to each other.” She said with a attitude “I saw you called the business an hour ago”. I said this was the first time getting an answer, and she immediately hung up on me.
Terrible customer service! I called to find out what time they were coming to pick up the car, and the woman who answered the phone treated me very, very rudely. I would NEVER call that company again, and I would NEVER recommend them.
Sold a junk car through Peddle and this is the company that picked it up. I really wish I had my drivers name because he was wonderful to deal with. Very friendly and spent the entire time he was getting my vehicle chatting with him. If I had another junker to get rid of I wouldn’t hesitate to go through them.
To the gentleman that picked up the white Pilot today, thank you. You were so friendly and pleasant to talk to. I wish I had your name, hopefully the business sees this review and figures out who it was because he’s the type of employee that gives their business a good name.
They stole my sisters car off her property had no reason to do so and have no remorse. EVERYBODY GOING TO JAIL THERE BUSINESS IS SHADY DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE
Was picking up vehicle and I was not ready when truck came to get. The patience & assistance of this driver (sorry I cannot recall his name) was unbelievable, he went above and beyond. It was 8pm and he still had about a 2 hour drive home. This driver, he is the kind of employee that gives a company a good name. Highly recommend.
Ray Torres was absolutely wonderful! He communicated effectively, kind, courteous, informative, extremely knowledgeable in his work and is One of the realest NEW YORKERS ive ever met!!! Keep up the good work man thanks for all the wisdom and knowledge
Awesome customer service. I observed the front desk associate trouble shooting with customers on the phone. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional as well as polite and pleasant. 5 stars for organizing, cleaning, and handling several calls at once. It's not often you see this level of service. Highly recommended!

Don't use them they don't stand by their word and appointments. Had a pick up for my truck on Saturday may 2nd they didn't show up or even call to let me know that they couldn't make the appointment after I set up my schedule around the pick up for early morning.I had talked to them 4 times during the week to make sure that I had the truck ready for a quick an easy pick up.Gio and Miguel had me fooled,so people of Marion,Lake,Seminole,Orange and surrounding counties don't get fooled by these irresponsible jokers.
So this company contacted me for a vehicle I had posted on craigslist. They offered like $175 at first and I ignored it. They contacted me again and offered $300. I accepted. I needed to get rid of the vehicle because I'm only allowed one where I live. They didnt coordinate a time with me, but told me they close at 4. I got a call the next day (Friday I think) and we arranged for the pick up to be Saturday. They did not call.
They called me Monday morning and asked if they could come get the vehicle. I told them Saturday would probably be best since I had to work the same hours they are open. I ended up getting the day off and called back less than 20 min later and spoke to Tiffany. I explained the situation and asked if they could make my pick up a priority since they blew me off saturday and I needed the vehicle gone that day. She replied with "Well I wasnt the one who put you on the board for Saturday and all the drivers are busy so they probably won't get to you today"
I told her again that we had an agreement for Saturday and they blew me off. She got angry and told me that she could take my name off the board and I could find someone else to pick the car up. I told her that wasnt necessary and to put me on the board for that day. (She didnt)
I ended up finding another buyer and having it taken away the same day.
The other guys I spoke to on the phone were great.
Tiffany on the other hand was extremely rude and entitled.
Just know that it's a "You pull it" place and you can't wear sandals! (The lady on the phone didn't tell me this, and it was my first time to a junk yard) So I thought that they do the work and I pay them. Nope. But they are reasonable with the pricing, and they do offer these... "boots" you can use.... but remember, EVERYBODY can use them.
We have done business on several occasions with Lady lake salvage. Last summer we bought a 2000 winsatar from them for an unbelievably low price and drove it to NY the next day no problems(we are crazy and took a big chance). We have also purchased parts for other vehicles from them. Love dealing with the staff and love pulling our own parts from the yard
When you arrive there is about three parking spots available because they permanently have semi trailers parked in their small lot. You should be prepared to be ignored at the window so that they can talk to whatever scum is hanging out with them that day. Do not pull parts before you have a price, otherwise you'll get their "extreme pricing" as they say. When you do find a part you need, if it isn't a door or engine, be prepared to have to explain to someone who doesn't really want to talk or has any mechanical experience what that part is. I gave up when she stopped talking to give someone else her phone number. Really sucks because they actually have a decent inventory
I drove an hour fro homosassa to have tires removed from the rim. When I arrived they told me they couldn’t do it. Asked I come back tomorrow. I explained I drove more than an hour because they said they could do it, I just got a whatever look and shrug.
Avoid at all cost. Bad business.
They Never want to help and always have an attitude about it. Anytime I call to ask about going to get someone to confirm they have the part, because its a "you pull the part" but they offer to pull it for $10 - they have some attitude about sending someone to go get it. A few times I have been told they will call me back to confirm, they dont, I call again the next day - get the same answer. I get they dont care, but come on, do your JOB.
If I could give them zero stars I would. We called on friday, they scheduled pickup on saturday morning. They called Saturday morning, and told me they would come after 12. I called at 2 and they said a couple of hours. I called at 4 and they told me that they would have to do it on monday. I waited at home all day and they did not even have the decency to call and cancel. The woman who answers the phones, Lori was very unprofessional and made it very clear that she did not care at all. Worst experience ever!!!
Jose told my husband on Tuesday that my motor would be at the shop by Wednesday since we paid a delivery fee. Well Thursday morning I get a call from the shop that says they have my car but no motor. Call and spoke to these people and Jose denies even giving my husband a day and time but says in 1 hour it will be at your shop. Well, 2 hours later I call the shop and still no motor. Call back to these poor business owners and their response is oh we just got a driver in so maybe another 30 minutes. Don't waste your time or money here. Go somewhere else because they truly have a poor business practice and are liars on top of it.
Worst juk yard ive ever been too. Ladys at the front desk are rude as hell. They over price every single thing you take up to them. Will never be back. Highly do not recomend this place, i will now drive 30 minutes out of my way to another salvage yard instead of going to this one 5 minutes down the road.
Bought an engine per Jose's recommendation they pulled it. Installed it only to discover a blown head gasket. Mechanic wanted double labor I signed the title over to him. I wasn't gonna get caught up in the little game. Now LLAS HAS $535.00 and don't feel they owe me a refund. They pulled it so they should guarantee it. I'm going to the BBB now. They apparently don't do any quality control! BUYERS BEWARE
is there a way to give less stars? i needed an exhaust manifold for my car. i called, they gave me a price of $40 if i pull it and $50 if they pull it. said thanks and hung up...called back a few days later just to confirm the price because i was going to head down there and get it. the lady came back and said she could "find" me one for around $100ish.i asked her to repeat as i thought i was crazy for what i heard. no, i was right she said $100ish. these people are high! whatever, they are on they should share it!!! beware of these people. shady, shifty...
1 person told me 1 thing over the phone and another person told me something completely different the next day over the phone. I rescheduled my work day to be there for pick up at the scheduled time and no one has followed through on calling me to get an address so I guess nobody is going to pick it up, I have no idea whats going on because there is no real communication. Unless you live really close to them I would go elsewhere
